Preferably, the hot washing equipment further comprises a hood, the rotary drum is located in the hood, the bottom end of the front portion of the hood is in a groove shape and forms the soaking and washing tank, a hood discharge port is formed in the bottom end of the rear portion of the hood and located above the hood discharge port, and an exhaust port is formed in the top of the hood and used for exhausting gas generated in the hot washing treatment process.
Preferably, a water inlet and a medicament inlet are arranged on the side wall of the lower part of the feed hopper, and a flow meter and an electric control valve can be respectively arranged on the water inlet and the medicament inlet or on a pipeline connected with the water inlet and the medicament inlet and used for controlling the amount of water and the amount of medicament introduced into the rotary drum.
The liquid outlet can be connected with a feed inlet of a first-stage screening device in the multi-stage screening device.
Preferably, the auxiliary subsystem can further comprise a back-blending water tank, a dirty oil storage tank and a dosing device, a water phase outlet of the oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment is connected with a water inlet of the back-blending water tank, a water outlet of the back-blending water tank is connected with water inlets of water utilization equipment in the multi-stage hot washing screening system, and the back-blending water tank can be provided with a water replenishing port; an oil phase outlet of the oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment is connected with an oil inlet of the dirty oil storage tank, and the dirty oil storage tank is provided with an oil outlet; the medicine adding device can comprise a plurality of medicine storage boxes for containing different medicines, such as the demulsifier, the flocculant and the medicine used in the S3, and the medicine outlet of each medicine storage box is respectively connected with the medicine inlet of the corresponding medicine applying equipment.
Multistage hot washing screening system can be according to the actual processing condition and the needs of material, the suitable jar of keeping in (mainly used collects and the material of keeping in) or the groove of keeping in (mainly used washing, heating and/or stirring in the transportation of material) that is equipped with between two adjacent equipment in the application.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can screen and classify materials with different sizes in oil-containing mud sundries according to the size and respectively carry out different oil removal treatments, utilizes the rule that the specific surface area of solid particles determines the difficulty degree of cleaning, and carries out more cleaning treatments compared with materials with larger specific surface area, thereby not only cleaning dirty oil attached to larger sundries such as stones, bolts, gloves and the like, but also cleaning dirty oil attached to small-particle sundries such as stones, gravels, silt, mud and the like (carrying out oil removal treatments of different levels according to different sizes), ensuring that the oil content of discharged materials (discharged materials with different sizes) is less than 2 percent, and realizing the recovery of the dirty oil and the cyclic utilization of water.
2. Before the oil removing treatment is carried out on the oily sludge sundries, steam is firstly introduced into the oily sludge sundries for heating and fluidizing, so that firstly dirty oil attached to the surfaces of the sundries can be removed primarily through fluidizing and cleaning of the steam, the cleaning effect is improved, and secondly, the oily sludge sundries can be heated through the steam, so that the oily sludge sundries meet the feeding condition of a hot washing process, the problem that the traditional hot washing process cannot continuously produce (the oily sludge sundries are frozen in a storage pool) in winter is solved, and the treatment capacity is improved.
3. The hot washing treatment of the undersize material of the invention is respectively carried out different oil removal treatments aiming at solid matters with different sizes in the undersize material, can quickly and effectively clean oil sludge sand and oil stains attached to (smaller) production and household garbage (the cleaning in the hot washing treatment reaches the standard, the same applies below), and effectively solves the problem that the oil sludge sand mixed with the production and household garbage is difficult to clean the oil stains and reaches the unified cleaning standard due to different specific surface areas in the prior art. Especially, the material with small particle size (the undersize material in each stage of screening treatment in the undersize material hot washing treatment, usually fine oil sludge sand) is subjected to multistage soaking washing, screening and ultrasonic treatment, so that the oil stain attached to the fine oil sludge sand can be effectively cleaned, and the oil stain can be discharged after reaching the standard or conveyed to the next treatment process, and the technical problem that the oil stain attached to the fine oil sludge sand is difficult to clean or separate is solved.
4. According to the on-screen material hot washing treatment, the on-screen material subjected to primary screening is subjected to soaking washing and screening, so that silt carried in the material (large production and domestic garbage) can be simply and effectively cleaned and separated, particularly, the impurities (the on-screen material in the screening stage of each hot washing screening treatment) are subjected to multiple hot washing screening treatments, dirty oil attached to the impurities can be effectively cleaned, the separation efficiency of silt is improved, the impurities are ensured to be discharged up to standard, and the environment pollution is avoided.
5. When the invention is used for treating oil-containing sludge sundries, the sundries are degreased by utilizing the cavitation effect generated by ultrasonic waves, on one hand, when the ultrasonic waves act on a mixed system (oil-liquid-solid three-phase mixing), instantaneous negative pressure and instantaneous positive pressure are repeatedly and alternately generated, vacuum cavities are generated in liquid in a half period of generating negative pressure, liquid steam or gas dissolved in the liquid enters the cavities to form bubbles, then in the half period of positive pressure, the bubbles are compressed and broken, and strong pressure (up to thousands of atmospheric pressures) is instantaneously generated to form impact force on solids in the mixed system; on the other hand, the ultrasonic waves can generate obvious reflection action at the heterogeneous interface with different densities, and due to the reflection sound difference, liquid on the interface is stirred violently to form strong impact force on solids in a mixing system, and the impact force strongly scours dirty oil on the surface of the solids, so that oil removal is realized. The cavitation effect that adopts the ultrasonic wave to produce degreases can effectual improvement on the one hand to the deoiling effect of debris, and on the other hand can cooperate with the high temperature that the heating formed, and most bubbles that the supersound formed can directly be in the same place with oil diversity group, form better air supporting effect, make dirty oil be taken away by the water smoothly to can avoid dirty oil to adhere to on debris once more.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a multistage hot washing screening method for oily sludge sundries, which screens and classifies materials with different sizes in the oily sludge sundries according to sizes, respectively carries out different oil removal treatments, and cleans dirty oil attached to the sundries, and comprises the following steps:
s1: primarily screening the oily sludge impurities;
s2: sequentially carrying out hot washing treatment and multi-stage screening treatment on the undersize materials (screened small-particle materials such as stones, gravel, silt, mud and the like) subjected to primary screening until the treatment requirements are met, wherein the materials subjected to the first-stage screening treatment in the multi-stage screening treatment are discharged materials (namely discharged small-particle materials) subjected to hot washing treatment on the undersize materials, and the materials subjected to any one next-stage screening treatment are undersize materials subjected to the previous-stage screening treatment;
s3: carrying out hot washing treatment on the oversize material (screened large-particle material such as stone, bolts, gloves and other sundries) subjected to primary screening;
s4: and (4) performing solid-liquid separation on the undersize material subjected to the final-stage screening treatment in S2, and performing oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation on a liquid phase after the solid-liquid separation.
The oil-containing impurities generally refer to impurities with an oil content of 5-20% (wt), a solid content of 20-40% (wt) and a water content of 40-75% (wt).
In S1, the oily sludge impurity is preferably heated and fluidized before being primarily screened. The heating and fluidization are generally carried out by introducing steam into the oily sludge impurities.
In S2, it is preferable that the sieve opening of the sieve device used in any one of the next-stage sieving processes is smaller than the sieve opening of the sieve device used in the previous-stage sieving process, and when a sieve device having no sieve opening (for example, a cyclone sand remover or a cyclone mud remover) is used in a certain-stage sieving process, the particle size of the fine material separated by the sieve device is smaller than the particle size of the undersize material or the particle size of the separated fine material of the sieve device used in the previous-stage sieving process.
In S4, it is preferable that the undersize material subjected to the final stage of screening treatment is subjected to demulsification, degreasing, flocculation and precipitation, and then subjected to solid-liquid separation. Demulsification and deoiling are generally performed by adding a demulsifier to undersize materials subjected to final screening treatment, and flocculation and precipitation are performed by adding a flocculant to the materials subjected to demulsification and deoiling.
The solid-liquid separation and the oil-liquid solid three-phase separation in the S4 are preferably performed by adopting a centrifugal separation mode. For example, a two-phase horizontal screw centrifuge is used for solid-liquid separation, and a three-phase vertical disk centrifuge is used for oil-liquid-solid separation.
The hot washing treatment of the undersize material preferably comprises the following steps:
s21: soaking and washing the materials;
s22: the method comprises the steps of carrying out multistage screening on materials washed by soaking until the materials meet the treatment requirements, wherein the materials treated by the first-stage screening treatment are fed, the materials treated by any next-stage screening treatment are undersize materials treated by the previous-stage screening treatment, applying ultrasonic waves to the conveyed materials in the conveying process of conveying the undersize materials treated by the previous-stage screening treatment into the next-stage screening treatment, so that oil is stripped from the surfaces of the materials, three phases of the materials, oil and water are layered, and collecting oil floating on the upper layer.
In the S21, it is preferable that the mixed system (mixture) of the material and the foam washing water is heated and stirred. The heating can be realized by introducing steam, and the stirring can be realized by turning (rotating) a roller, arranging a spiral material copying plate in the roller, stirring by using pneumatic force (for example, by using the pneumatic force of introducing steam), and the like.
In S22, the materials on the screen subjected to screening treatment at different levels are preferably leached and deoiled, so that the deoiling effect and the discharge standard of the materials on the screen are further ensured.
In S22, the sieve opening of the sieving device used in any next-stage sieving treatment is preferably smaller than the sieve opening of the sieving device used in the previous-stage sieving treatment, so that the undersize materials in each-stage sieving treatment have different particle sizes, and the oil removing treatment of different grades and modes can be conveniently performed on the materials with different particle sizes.
In S22, a material baffle is preferably arranged on a conveying channel for conveying the undersize material subjected to the previous-stage screening treatment into the next-stage screening treatment, the flowing speed of the material is controlled by adjusting the height of the material baffle, the action time of the material subjected to ultrasonic waves is controlled, and the optimal oil removing effect is achieved.
S3, the oily sludge sundries are firstly crushed, then the crushed sundries are subjected to hot washing and screening treatment, the mode of the hot washing and screening treatment is that a medicament and water are added into the treatment equipment, the medicament and the water are heated and stirred together with the sundries to be treated in the treatment equipment, screening is carried out while heating and stirring is carried out, the hot washing and screening treatment is carried out once or for multiple times (until the treatment requirement is met), and after the hot washing and screening treatment is completed every time, undersize materials and liquid are discharged.
The heating is preferably carried out by introducing steam into a mixed system of impurities, medicaments and water, the steam is preferably introduced by adopting an aeration mode, and the mixed system is stirred by utilizing a steam aeration mode and/or a mechanical stirring mode. The heating of mixing system can make the irregular motion of hydrone accelerate, increases the diffusion velocity of sump oil, and under steam aeration and/or mechanical stirring's effect, the contact interface of sump oil and medicament can be increased to the oiliness mud debris, and effectual acceleration cleaning speed improves the cleaning efficiency.
The treatment equipment is preferably provided with a rotary drum and a soaking and washing tank, the rotary drum is a horizontal rotary drum with sieve pores, the bottom of the rotary drum is immersed in soaking and washing liquid of the soaking and washing tank, the soaking and washing liquid is formed by mixing medicament and water added into the treatment equipment, sundries to be treated are located in the rotary drum, and sieved undersize materials fall into the soaking and washing tank. The sundries to be treated are usually subjected to a plurality of times of hot washing screening treatment in the treatment equipment (the specific times are determined by the cleaning effect and the cleaning target) until the sundries are cleaned to meet the treatment requirement.
Ultrasonic waves can be applied to a mixed system of the materials, the medicament and water in the hot washing treatment process, and the stripping of the dirty oil from the materials is accelerated by utilizing the cavitation effect generated by the ultrasonic waves.
The medicament preferably adopts sodium silicate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution, is nontoxic, and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment after the materials are treated. The mass ratio of the sodium silicate to the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 6:4, and the mass ratio of the total amount of the sodium silicate and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in the medicament to the water is 1: 5. The mass concentration of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in the soaking and washing water (the mixed liquid of the medicament and the water added into the treatment equipment) is 3.5-4.0%, such as 3.5%, 3.8% or 4.0%. The special components and the proportioning relation of the medicament enable the medicament to have the lipophilic group and the hydrophilic group, when the oily sludge sundries are subjected to hot washing treatment, the lipophilic group can be quickly combined with dirty oil on the sundries, and the combined groups can be dissolved in water and taken away under the action of the hydrophilic group, so that the dirty oil can be quickly separated from the surfaces of the sundries, the separation and removal of the dirty oil are accelerated, and the oil removal efficiency of the oily sludge sundries is improved. The mass concentration range of the effective medicament components in the soaking and washing water is set, so that the activities of the lipophilic group and the hydrophilic group in the soaking and washing water are strongest, on one hand, the cleaning effect on oil sludge impurities is good, and on the other hand, the waste of medicaments can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention also discloses a multistage hot washing screening system containing oil sludge sundries, which can be applied to any one of the multistage hot washing screening methods containing oil sludge sundries of the invention to treat the oil sludge sundries, and comprises the following steps:
the feeding subsystem is mainly used for feeding the multistage hot washing and screening system and comprises impurity screening equipment, wherein the impurity screening equipment is provided with a screening device, a large-particle material outlet and a small-particle material outlet;
the hot washing and screening subsystem is mainly used for carrying out hot washing, oil removing and screening treatment on the small granular materials screened out by the sundries screening equipment and comprises the small granular material hot washing equipment and multi-stage screening equipment which are sequentially connected, wherein a small granular material outlet is connected with a feed inlet of the small granular material hot washing equipment, and a screen underflow material outlet of any one upper stage of screening equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the next lower stage of screening equipment;
the centrifugal separation subsystem is mainly used for carrying out-phase separation treatment on the materials treated by the hot washing screening subsystem and comprises solid-liquid separation equipment and oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment, wherein an undersize material outlet of the last-stage screening equipment in the multistage screening equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the solid-liquid separation equipment, and a liquid phase outlet of the solid-liquid separation equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment;
the auxiliary subsystem is mainly used for carrying out hot washing oil removal and screening treatment on large-particle materials screened out by the sundries screening equipment, the equipment is hot washed by the large-particle materials, and a large-particle material outlet is connected with a feed inlet of the large-particle material hot washing equipment.
The feeding subsystem can further comprise an impurity storage pool, an impurity conveying device (such as a gantry crane and a grab bucket) and a vacuum feeding machine (such as a vacuum pump for short), wherein the impurity storage pool is used for storing oil-containing mud impurity incoming materials, the oil-containing mud impurities are usually conveyed (unloaded) to the inside of the impurity storage pool through a mud transport vehicle, a steam inlet pipe is laid on the inner side of the side wall and/or the inner side of the bottom wall of the impurity storage pool, a steam nozzle or a steam outlet is arranged on the steam inlet pipe and used for introducing steam to heat and fluidize the oil-containing mud impurities, the introduced steam pressure is usually 0.3-0.6 MPa (G), and the introduced steam temperature is usually 143-168 ℃. The sundries conveying equipment is used for conveying the oily sludge sundries heated and fluidized in the sundries storage tank to the sundries screening equipment. The oil-bearing mud sundries after being heated and fluidized are subjected to primary screening in the sundries screening equipment, and screened small-particle materials and large-particle materials are discharged from the small-particle material outlet and the large-particle material outlet respectively. The feed inlet of vacuum material loading machine is connected the granule material export of debris screening equipment, the discharge gate of vacuum material loading machine is connected the feed inlet of granule material hot washing equipment for with the granule material that debris screening equipment was sieved is carried extremely granule material hot washing equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, the sundries screening device is preferably a vibrating hopper, the vibrating hopper comprises a hopper 1, a vibrating screen (the screening device) 2 and a chute 3, the upper part of the hopper is columnar, the lower part of the hopper is inverted conical, the upper part and the lower part of the hopper can adopt an integrally formed structure or a split structure, and when the split structure is adopted, the bottom end of the upper part of the hopper is connected with the top end of the lower part of the hopper, or the bottom end of the upper part of the hopper is inserted into the top end of the lower part of the hopper. The vibrating screen is obliquely arranged in the upper portion of the hopper, the inclination angle is usually 10-30 degrees, screen holes of the vibrating screen are preferably rhombic holes, the length of a long diagonal line of the rhombic holes is usually 20-100 mm, the rhombic holes are arranged regularly in a longitudinal and transverse mode, the rhombic holes in any adjacent row are preferably arranged in a staggered mode, namely adjacent sides of any two adjacent rhombic holes in any adjacent row are opposite in parallel, so that the aperture ratio is improved, and the screening efficiency of materials is improved. The top of the hopper is open, the small particle material outlet 4 is arranged at the bottom end of the hopper, the large particle material outlet is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the hopper and is positioned at the joint of the lower end of the vibrating screen and the side wall of the upper part of the hopper, the chute is arranged outwards and obliquely downwards from the hopper, the top end of the chute is connected with the large particle material outlet (or the large particle material outlet is inserted into the top part of the chute), the bottom end of the chute is connected with the feed inlet or the feeding device of the large particle material hot washing equipment, the large particle material outlet can be provided with a discharge door 6 which can be opened outwards, the side wall of the lower part of the hopper can be provided with a water inlet pipe 7 and a compressed air inlet pipe 8, the compressed air inlet pipe is provided with a nozzle or an outlet facing the small particle material outlet and is used for preventing the small particle material outlet from being blocked by a compressed air aeration mode, meanwhile, the cleaning function can be achieved, and the pressure of the compressed air is usually 0.05-0.3 MPa (G).
Referring to fig. 3-10, the small particle material hot washing device preferably comprises one or more hot washing devices, each hot washing device comprises a horizontal roller 9 and a vertical separation tank 10, each roller is of a cylindrical structure, the inner wall of each roller is covered with a rolled wear-resistant steel plate or is formed by rolling the wear-resistant steel plates so as to improve the structural strength and the corrosion resistance, and the inner wall of each roller is provided with a spiral material copying plate 11 from front to back. Claims (10)

1. The multistage hot washing screening method for the oil-containing sludge impurities is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: primarily screening the oily sludge impurities;
s2: the undersize material of the primary screening is sequentially subjected to undersize material hot washing treatment and multi-stage screening treatment, the material treated by the first stage screening treatment in the multi-stage screening treatment is the discharge material of the undersize material hot washing treatment, the material treated by any next stage screening treatment is the undersize material of the previous stage screening treatment, the sieve pore of the screening device used in any next stage screening treatment is smaller than that of the screening device used in the previous stage screening treatment, so that the undersize material in each stage screening treatment has different particle sizes, the materials with different particle sizes are subjected to oil removal treatment in different grades and modes, in the conveying process of conveying the undersize material of the previous stage screening treatment into the next stage screening treatment, ultrasonic waves are applied to the conveyed material to peel the oil from the surface of the material, the oil and the water are layered, and the oil floating on the upper layer is collected, leaching and deoiling the oversize materials subjected to screening treatment at each level, and further ensuring the deoiling effect and the discharge standard of the oversize materials to be up to standard;
s3: carrying out hot washing treatment on the oversize material subjected to primary screening;
s4: and (4) performing solid-liquid separation on the undersize material subjected to the final-stage screening treatment in S2, and performing oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation on the liquid phase after the solid-liquid separation.
2. The multi-stage hot washing screening method of oily sludge impurities as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that in said S4, the undersize material of the final stage screening treatment is firstly subjected to demulsification, oil removal and flocculation precipitation, and then is subjected to solid-liquid separation.
3. The multi-stage hot washing screening method for the oily sludge impurities as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the hot washing treatment and the multi-stage screening treatment of the undersize materials comprise the following steps:
s21: soaking and washing the materials;
s22: and (2) carrying out multistage screening on the soaked and washed materials, wherein the materials processed by the first stage of screening treatment are fed materials, the materials processed by any next stage of screening treatment are undersize materials processed by the previous stage of screening treatment, in the conveying process of conveying the undersize materials processed by the previous stage of screening treatment into the next stage of screening treatment, ultrasonic waves are applied to the conveyed materials, so that oil is stripped from the surfaces of the materials, three phases of the materials, oil and water are layered, and the oil floating on the upper layer is collected.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in S21, the mixture of material and washing water is heated and stirred, and in S22, the material on the screen is rinsed to remove oil.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step S3, the sludge-containing impurities are crushed, and then the crushed impurities are subjected to a hot-washing screening treatment, wherein the hot-washing screening treatment is performed by adding a chemical agent and water into the treatment equipment, heating and stirring the chemical agent and the water together with the impurities to be treated in the treatment equipment, and screening the impurities while heating and stirring, wherein the hot-washing screening treatment is performed one or more times, and after each hot-washing screening treatment is completed, undersize materials and liquid are discharged.

The multi-stage hot washing screening method of the sludge-containing impurities as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the heating is carried out by introducing steam into the mixed system of the impurities, the medicament and the water, and the mixed system is agitated by steam aeration and/or mechanical agitation.
7. Multistage hot washing screening system that contains fatlute debris, its characterized in that includes:
the feeding subsystem comprises impurity screening equipment, and the impurity screening equipment is provided with a screening device, a large-particle material outlet and a small-particle material outlet;
the hot washing sieve molecular system comprises small particle material hot washing equipment and multistage screening equipment which are sequentially connected, wherein a small particle material outlet is connected with a feed inlet of the small particle material hot washing equipment, an undersize material outlet of any one upper stage screening equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the next lower stage screening equipment, the multistage screening equipment comprises three screening equipment, a first vibrating screen, a second vibrating screen and a cyclone desander are sequentially arranged from front to back, and washing tanks are respectively arranged between the small particle material hot washing equipment and the first vibrating screen, between each stage of screening equipment and between the last stage of screening equipment and a centrifugal separation subsystem;
the centrifugal separation subsystem comprises solid-liquid separation equipment and oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment, wherein an undersize material outlet of the last-stage screening equipment in the multi-stage screening equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the solid-liquid separation equipment, and a liquid phase outlet of the solid-liquid separation equipment is connected with a feed inlet of the oil-liquid-solid three-phase separation equipment;
and the auxiliary subsystem comprises a large-particle material hot washing device, and the large-particle material outlet is connected with a feed inlet of the large-particle material hot washing device.

The multi-stage hot washing and screening system for the oil-containing sludge impurities of claim 7, wherein the small particle material hot washing device comprises a hot washing device, the hot washing device comprises a horizontal roller and a vertical separation tank, a spiral material shoveling plate is arranged on the inner wall of the roller from front to back, the front part of the roller is a soaking section, the rear part of the roller is a screening section, the soaking section and the screening section are connected through a conical section, the diameter of the screening section is smaller than that of the soaking section, through holes penetrating from inside to outside and used as screen holes are densely distributed on the wall of the screening section, the roller penetrates through the side wall of the separation tank and is rotatably connected with the separation tank, the screening section is positioned in the separation tank, the roller is provided with a rotary driving mechanism for driving the roller to rotate, a material conveying groove is arranged in the separation tank, and the material conveying groove is obliquely arranged from front to back, and one or more ultrasonic vibration rods are arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the material conveying groove.
