Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent power supply and distribution system, which comprises: the system comprises a power distribution module, a direct-current power supply module, a bus bar, a controller module and a liquid crystal display screen; the power distribution module comprises a main power supply unit and a plurality of power distribution units, wherein any power distribution unit comprises a control circuit positioned on an upper layer and a power distribution assembly positioned on a lower layer, and a shielding partition plate is arranged between the control circuit and the power distribution assembly; the direct-current power supply module is used for supplying power to each power distribution unit through a direct-current power supply; the power distribution units are respectively connected with the electric equipment in the shelter and the van through electric connectors on the upper side of the power distribution box; the controller module and the liquid crystal display screen are connected with the power distribution module. The invention is based on modularization and standardization design, can realize the monitoring and control of the running state of the electric equipment of the square cabin and the van vehicle, and has the advantages of stable and reliable power supply, simple operation of the using method, convenient maintenance and repair, rapid fault diagnosis and good communication performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power distribution control of square cabins and van vehicles, in particular to an intelligent power supply and distribution system.
Background
At present, a power supply and distribution system of a conventional shelter, a van vehicle and the like is formed by connecting an analog instrument, a relay protection device and the like, and is used for completing a power distribution process of electric equipment in the shelter. However, the power supply and distribution system can only distribute electric energy to the electric equipment in one direction from the main network, and has no operation monitoring and control means, so that the actual operation efficiency is low. In addition, the power supply and distribution system adopts a passive mode to supply power, the power utilization management is extensive, the implementation of more complex control logic is relatively difficult, the economic operation efficiency is low, and the adaptability is poor.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the above problems.

The invention aims to provide an intelligent power supply and distribution system and a distribution box, which are used for overcoming the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an intelligent power supply and distribution system for a shelter and a van, the intelligent power supply and distribution system comprising: the system comprises a power distribution module, a direct-current power supply module, a bus bar, a controller module and a liquid crystal display screen;
the power distribution module comprises a main power supply unit and a plurality of power distribution units, wherein any power distribution unit comprises a control circuit positioned on an upper layer and a power distribution assembly positioned on a lower layer, and a shielding partition plate is arranged between the control circuit and the power distribution assembly; the direct-current power supply module is used for supplying power to each power distribution unit through a direct-current power supply; the power distribution units are respectively connected with the electric equipment in the shelter and the van through electric connectors on the upper side of the power distribution box; the controller module and the liquid crystal display screen are connected with the power distribution module.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system of the present invention, the power distribution units are respectively: the system comprises a heater power distribution unit, an in-cabin lighting power distribution unit, an air conditioner power distribution unit, a fan power distribution unit, an air defense lamp power distribution unit and a wall socket power distribution unit;
the direct current power supply module is connected with the main power supply unit through the bus bar, and the main power supply unit is connected with each power distribution unit through the bus bar.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the main power supply unit is connected with a 380V three-phase four-wire system power supply through a 5-core electric connector.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the direct-current power supply module is connected with the power supply of each power distribution unit through a 9-core electric connector.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, in any power distribution unit, the power distribution assembly comprises a filter assembly, an electromagnetic switch and an electric quantity sensor, and the control circuit receives a control instruction of the controller module to control the on-off of the electromagnetic switch.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the electromagnetic switch is a contactor or a relay.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the electric quantity sensor comprises a voltage sensor and a current sensor.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the bus bar comprises a plurality of rectangular copper bars which are distributed in a linear vertical mode.
As an improvement of the intelligent power supply and distribution system, the controller module comprises an ARM chip.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the intelligent power supply and distribution system is based on modularization and standardization design, can realize the monitoring and control of the running state of the electric equipment of the square cabin and the van vehicle, and has the advantages of stable and reliable power supply, simple operation of a using method, convenient maintenance and repair, rapid fault diagnosis and good communication performance.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but it should be understood that these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art should understand that functional, methodological, or structural equivalents or substitutions made by these embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent power supply and distribution system of the present invention is used in a shelter and a van vehicle, and includes: distribution module, direct current power supply module, busbar, controller module and liquid crystal display.
The power distribution module is used for realizing power distribution, line monitoring, line protection and state display of each electric device in the shelter and the van vehicle, has the functions of automatic protection of overcurrent, overload, short circuit and overheat, can set rated working current, warning current and tripping current, has the function of monitoring overvoltage and undervoltage and can set the alarm limit value of the overvoltage and undervoltage.
Specifically, the power distribution module includes a main power supply unit 110 and a plurality of power distribution units, and each power distribution unit includes a control circuit 11 located on an upper layer and a power distribution assembly 12 located on a lower layer. A shielding partition 13 is arranged between the control circuit 11 and the power distribution assembly 12. According to each electric device in the shelter and the van vehicle, the power distribution units are respectively as follows: a heater power distribution unit 111, an indoor lighting power distribution unit 112, an air conditioning power distribution unit 113, a fan power distribution unit 114, an air defense lamp power distribution unit 115, a wall socket power distribution unit 116, and a backup power supply power distribution unit 117. Therefore, the power distribution units form power distribution branches respectively, and the power distribution units of the power distribution branches are connected with the electrical equipment in the square cabin and the van vehicle through the upper side electric connector of the power distribution box and are used for realizing power distribution and supply of the electrical equipment such as a heater in the square cabin, illumination in the cabin, air conditioning power, a fan, an air defense lamp, a wall socket and the like.
Further, the dc power module 20 is used to realize dc power supply of each power distribution unit. Specifically, the dc power supply module 20 is connected to the 9-core electrical connector 15 installed on each power distribution unit for supplying power thereto, and meanwhile, the 9-core electrical connector 15 is further used for connecting the controller module 10, the liquid crystal display and the communication among the power distribution units.
The three-phase four-wire system alternating current is input to the main power supply unit 110 through the 5-core electric connector, so that the power supply connection of the intelligent power supply and distribution system is realized. The main power supply unit 110 performs centralized management and distribution on the electric energy, and transmits the electric energy to the dc power supply module 20 and each power distribution unit through the bus bar 30, wherein each power distribution unit constitutes each power distribution branch, and finally outputs the electric energy to each electric device from each connector of the upper panel to meet the power supply and distribution requirements of the system.
The busbar 30 is mainly formed by rectangular copper bars, is connected with each power distribution branch as a main incoming line, is laid in a L1+ L2+ L3+ N + PE mode, and is distributed in a linear vertical mode to be used for receiving and distributing electric energy, so that the power distribution of each power distribution unit is met.
The power distribution assembly 12 includes a filter assembly 120, an electromagnetic switch 121, and an electric quantity sensor 122, and the control circuit 11 receives a control instruction of the controller module to control on/off of the electromagnetic switch 121. The electromagnetic switch 121 is a contactor or a relay. The charge sensor 122 includes a voltage sensor and a current sensor.
The controller module 10 and the liquid crystal display screen are connected with the power distribution module, the controller module 10 is used for achieving data acquisition and processing and controlling data receiving and sending, and the controller module 10 comprises an ARM chip. The liquid crystal display screen forms an interpersonal interaction interface of the intelligent power supply and distribution system.
Therefore, when the operation is performed through the liquid crystal display, the controller module 10 processes the operation instruction of the liquid crystal display and transmits the operation instruction to the control circuit of each power distribution unit, and the control circuit responds to the instruction to control the on-off of the electromagnetic switch 121, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the power supply and distribution of the power distribution branch.
In conclusion, the intelligent power supply and distribution system is based on modularization and standardization design, can realize the monitoring and control of the running state of the electric equipment of the square cabin and the van vehicle, and has the advantages of stable and reliable power supply, simple operation of a using method, convenient maintenance and repair, rapid fault diagnosis and good communication performance.

Claims (8)

An intelligent power supply and distribution system for a shelter and a van vehicle, the intelligent power supply and distribution system comprising: the system comprises a power distribution module, a direct-current power supply module, a bus bar, a controller module and a liquid crystal display screen;
the power distribution module comprises a main power supply unit and a plurality of power distribution units, any power distribution unit comprises a control circuit positioned on an upper layer and a power distribution assembly positioned on a lower layer, a shielding partition plate is arranged between the control circuit and the power distribution assembly, in any power distribution unit, the power distribution assembly comprises a filter assembly, an electromagnetic switch and an electric quantity sensor, and the control circuit receives a control instruction of the controller module to control the on-off of the electromagnetic switch; the direct-current power supply module is used for supplying power to each power distribution unit through a direct-current power supply; the power distribution units are respectively connected with the electric equipment in the shelter and the van through electric connectors on the upper side of the power distribution box; the controller module and the liquid crystal display screen are connected with the power distribution module.

The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of power distribution units are respectively: the system comprises a heater power distribution unit, an in-cabin lighting power distribution unit, an air conditioner power distribution unit, a fan power distribution unit, an air defense lamp power distribution unit and a wall socket power distribution unit;
the direct current power supply module is connected with the main power supply unit through the bus bar, and the main power supply unit is connected with each power distribution unit through the bus bar.
3. The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 2, wherein the main power supply unit is connected to a 380V three-phase four-wire system power supply through a 5-core electrical connector.
4. The intelligent power supply and distribution system of claim 1, wherein the dc power supply module is connected to the power supply of each power distribution unit via a 9-core electrical connector.
5. The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the electromagnetic switch is a contactor or a relay.
6. The intelligent power supply and distribution system of claim 1 wherein the charge sensor comprises a voltage sensor and a current sensor.
7. The intelligent power supply and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the bus bar comprises a plurality of rectangular copper bars distributed in a linear vertical manner.
8. The intelligent power supply and distribution system of claim 1 wherein the controller module comprises an ARM chip.
