Abstract

本发明公开了一种混合动力车用复合结构双转子电机,它包括由内转子(2)与中间转子(3)构成的内电机(23)以及由中间转子(3)与定子(4)构成的外电机(43),中间转子(3)面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有齿轮(11),发动机输出轴上装有套筒(12),齿轮(11)的外齿与套筒(12)的内齿配合,推动套筒沿轴向移动的推杆(13)与套筒(12)连接。本发明解决了双转子电机长期存在的因电气系统故障引起停车的问题和高速行驶时传动效率过低的问题,增加了双转子电机工作模式,拓宽了双转子电机应用范围,提高了混合动力车的可靠性。

Description

一种混合动力车用复合结构双转子电机
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种双转子电机。
背景技术
目前,包含双转子电机的混合动力系统结构如图1所示,发动机1的输出轴直接与双转子电机的内转子2相连,中间转子3的输出轴与主减速器5相连。双转子电机中,内转子2与中间转子3构成内电机23、中间转子3与定子4构成外电机43,内转子绕组通过滑环和第一电力电子变换器7与电池6的电极相连,电池电极还通过第二电力电子变换器8连接至定子绕组。
混合动力车行驶时,发动机工作在最佳燃油利用率附近,内电机工作在发电状态,通过第一电力电子变换器向外电机传输电能。电池起到能量平衡的作用,当车辆需求转矩较小时,电池吸收内电机发出的多余的电能,当车辆需求转矩较大时,电池通过第二电力电子变换器释放电能补充外电机转矩。当车辆刹车时,外电机可以工作在发电状态回收能量,并通过第二电力电子变换器传递给电池充电。该双转子电机特别适用于频繁起停的城市道路中,但是,它存在以下问题:
1、由于汽车的工作环境恶劣,如存在震动、噪声、电磁干扰等因素,电气系统易失效,当电气系统发生故障时,起动力产生和动力传输作用的双转子电机不能工作,汽车无法行驶而停车,给用户带来了很大困扰。现有技术通常采用优化控制系统电路设计和器件布局等手段,虽然一定程度上能减弱电磁干扰带来的影响,增强其可靠性,但仍然不能避免电力电子变换器中的逆变器和控制系统出现故障。
2、汽车在高速行驶时,普通燃油汽车发动机燃油利用率和整车效率都在比较高,利用双转子电机实施机械传动的效率较低;在这种情况下,混合动力车与普通车辆相比没有节能的优势,尽管运用高性能材料和先进的控制策略可以提高双转子电机的传动效率,但双转子电机仍然小于传统的机械传动机构。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种混合动力车用复合结构双转子电机,它能够避免电气系统故障造成的汽车停车,且在汽车长时间高速行驶时机械传动维持高效率。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过这样的技术方案实现的,它包括由内转子与中间转子构成的内电机以及由中间转子与定子构成的外电机,中间转子面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有齿轮,发动机输出轴上装有套筒,齿轮的外齿与套筒的内齿配合,推动套筒沿轴向移动的推杆与套筒连接;
或者中间转子面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有套筒,发动机输出轴上装有齿轮,齿轮的外齿与套筒的内齿配合,推动齿轮沿轴向移动的推杆与齿轮连接。
套筒与齿轮啮合后,本发明可用作单转子电机,或者单转子电机不工作,仅用于机械传动;套筒与齿轮分离后,本发明恢复双转子电机的功能。
本发明的技术效果是:在电气系统发生故障时,本发明仍能实现动力传输功能,避免了行进中的汽车停车,同时在长时间高速行驶时能获得理想的机械传动效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图2和图3所示,本发明包括由内转子2与中间转子3构成的内电机23以及由中间转子3与定子4构成的外电机43,中间转子3面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有齿轮11,发动机输出轴上装有套筒12,齿轮11的外齿与套筒12的内齿配合,推动套筒沿轴向移动的推杆13与套筒12连接。
中间转子3可以是单鼠笼型、单永磁型、双鼠笼型、双永磁型或鼠笼永磁复合型。
本发明的工作原理是:
在电池电量较低时,启动汽车发动机,内电机23工作在发电状态,通过第一电力电子变换器给电池充电,同时向外电机43输送电能使外电机工作在电动状态。内转子2通过磁场耦合传递给中间转子3部分转矩,中间转子3输出轴连接至汽车主减速齿轮驱动汽车前进,此时汽车工作在混合动力模式。
在城市道路使用时,通过推杆13将套筒12与齿轮11啮合,发动机离合器断开,本发明的内转子与中间转子连为一体,电池向外电机43提供电能驱动车辆行驶,此时车辆工作在纯电动模式。
当汽车在高速公路上行驶时,通过推杆13将套筒12与齿轮11啮合,发动机离合器啮合,发动机直接驱动车辆行驶,电气系统退出工作,可以一方面提高电池和电力电子变换器的使用寿命,另一方面提高混合动力车的效率。
在电气系统发生故障时,推杆13推动套筒12与齿轮11啮合,混合动力车仍然能够行驶,不会出现停车事故,用户可以自行开往维修公司维修。
安装本发明的混合动力车电池装有充电接口,用户在不使用汽车时可以将电池连接至市电进行充电。
容易理解地,与上述实施例相对应,将中间转子3面向发动机一侧的侧面上装上套筒12,发动机输出轴上装上齿轮11,齿轮11的外齿与套筒12的内齿配合,推动齿轮沿轴向移动的推杆13与齿轮11连接。该结构的工作原理同上述实施例一样。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、创造性地将机械齿轮和双转子电机结合在一起,解决了双转子电机长期存在的因电气系统故障引起停车的问题和高速行驶时传动效率过低的问题,拓宽了双转子电机应用范围,提高了混合动力车的可靠性;
2、将本发明应用于混合动力车中,增加了双转子电机工作模式,提高了混合动力车的燃油经济性;
3、本发明的电气系统发生故障时,混合动力车仍然可以行驶,避免了拖车费用和用户等待时间,节省了车辆维修成本,具有较好的社会效益。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合动力车用复合结构双转子电机,包括由内转子(2)与中间转子(3)构成的内电机(23)以及由中间转子(3)与定子(4)构成的外电机(43),其特征是:中间转子(3)面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有齿轮(11),发动机输出轴上装有套筒(12),齿轮(11)的外齿与套筒(12)的内齿配合,推动套筒沿轴向移动的推杆(13)与套筒(12)连接;
或者中间转子(3)面向发动机一侧的侧面上装有套筒(12),发动机输出轴上装有齿轮(11),齿轮(11)的外齿与套筒(12)的内齿配合,驱动齿轮沿轴向移动的推杆(13)与齿轮(11)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车用复合结构双转子电机,其特征是:所述中间转子(3)为单鼠笼型、单永磁型、双鼠笼型、双永磁型或鼠笼永磁复合型。
