Abstract
The invention relates to an arc welding tool for a robot welding automobile hinge support welding assembly, which comprises a clamp bottom plate, a positioning module and a compacting module, wherein the clamp bottom plate is arranged on a robot welding station platform; when the hinge support is welded, the hinge support is positioned and pressed by the positioning module and the pressing module, and the concentricity and the position degree of the hinge support and the screw plate of the accessory to be welded are rapidly positioned by the positioning module and the pressing module, so that the accessory to be welded is welded on the hinge support. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of simple operation, easy and quick assembly and disassembly, convenient maintenance and disassembly of the robot welding platform, good error detection, ensured stability of the welding quality of the robot, high production efficiency and the like.

Technical Field

Background
Automotive hinges are typically configured to include a door component rigidly connected to a closure panel and a body component rigidly connected to a body structure. Such structural connection of the components may be achieved by means of welded joints, riveted joints, bolted joints or similar mechanical fastening means. Simple rotational movement of the door component relative to the body component is typically achieved by means of a pivot pin and associated bearing surface. The body and door parts of an automobile hinge are typically formed from steel or aluminum by stamping, forging, casting, rolling or extrusion. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the requirements on the appearance quality of the automobile body are higher and higher, the gap surface difference between the plates is the focus of direct attention of customers, and the welding adjustment is the most direct factor for forming the gap surface of the automobile body.
At present, the welding fixture of many automobile hinge support welding assemblies has complex operation, unstable positioning, poor matching performance with a robot welding station platform and incapability of realizing quick disassembly, so that a corresponding special arc welding fixture is required in the welding process, thereby further improving the welding efficiency and ensuring the welding stability.

The coaxial positioning module comprises a positioning pin and a supporting block, wherein the supporting block is arranged on the clamp bottom plate, and the positioning pin is arranged on the clamp bottom plate.
The to-be-welded accessory anti-rotation module comprises an air cylinder base, a pushing air cylinder, a connecting plate, a pushing block and an adjusting gasket; the cylinder base is arranged on the clamp bottom plate; the pushing cylinder is arranged on the cylinder base; the connecting plate is connected with the pushing cylinder; the pushing block is arranged on the connecting plate, and the adjusting gasket is arranged between the connecting plate and the pushing block.

The clamp bottom plate is provided with at least two groups of positioning modules and pressing modules, and two sets of automobile hinge support welding assemblies can be welded simultaneously.
The two pushing blocks and the two adjusting gaskets are respectively positioned at two ends of the connecting plate, and the two sets of accessories to be welded are compressed and prevented from rotating at the same time; the coaxial positioning module and the hinge support anti-rotation module are provided with two sets of hinge supports for positioning two sets of automobile hinge supports respectively.
The left limiting anti-rotation block of the hinge support and the right limiting anti-rotation block of the hinge support and the pushing block are provided with chamfers; the head part of the error-proof pin is a taper pin;
the left limiting anti-rotation block of the hinge support and the right limiting anti-rotation block of the hinge support are made of copper, so that welding splashing is prevented from sticking to the limiting anti-rotation block of the hinge support and the hinge support, and a workpiece is taken after welding is finished conveniently.
The fixture bottom plate on be equipped with round hole and location waist hole for quick positioning dismouting in robot welding station platform.

The positioning module comprises a coaxial positioning module, an accessory anti-rotation module to be welded and a hinge support anti-rotation module; the coaxial positioning module is arranged in the middle of the clamp bottom plate 1, and the anti-rotation module compacting modules of the fittings to be welded are arranged at two ends of the clamp bottom plate 1; the hinge support anti-rotation module is arranged on the coaxial positioning module.
The coaxial positioning module comprises a positioning pin 12 and a supporting block 9, wherein the supporting block 9 is arranged on the clamp bottom plate 1, and the positioning pin 12 is arranged on the positioning pin 12.
The coaxial positioning module and the hinge support anti-rotation module are provided with two sets of hinge supports for positioning two sets of automobile hinge supports respectively.
The hinge support anti-rotation module comprises a hinge support left limit anti-rotation block 10, a hinge support right limit anti-rotation block 11, a first supporting block 14, a first switching block 13, a second switching block 15, a third switching block 16 and an error-proofing pin 17; the hinge support left limit anti-rotation block 10 and the hinge support right limit anti-rotation block 11 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting block 9 respectively, and the first adapter block 13 is arranged on the clamp bottom plate 1; the first supporting block 14 and the second switching block 15 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the side surface of the first switching block 13; the second adapter block 15 is connected with the first adapter block 13, the third adapter block 16 is connected with the second adapter block 15, and the error-proofing pin 17 is arranged on the third adapter block 16.
The compressing module comprises a compressing cylinder 23, a cylinder triple piece 24, a switching block IV 3, a compressing arm limiting block 5, a compressing arm 4, a switching block V6, a switching block V7, a switching block V8 and a compressing rod 21, wherein the switching block IV 3 is connected with the clamp base plate 1, and the cylinder triple piece 24 is connected with the switching block IV 3; the compression cylinder 23 is arranged on the cylinder triplet 24; the pressing arm 4 is connected with the cylinder triplet 24; the pressing arm limiting block 5 is arranged on the fourth switching block 3; the adapter block five 6 and the adapter block six 7 are respectively connected to two sides of the pressing arm 4; the two adapter blocks seven 8 are respectively connected with the adapter blocks five 6 and six 7, and the two pressing rods 21 are respectively connected with the two adapter blocks seven 8.
The left limiting anti-rotation block 10 of the hinge support, the right limiting anti-rotation block 10 of the hinge support and the pushing block 19 are provided with chamfers; the head of the error-proofing pin 17 is a taper pin;
the left limiting anti-rotation block 10 of the hinge support and the right limiting anti-rotation block 10 of the hinge support are made of copper.
The to-be-welded accessory anti-rotation module comprises an air cylinder base 2, a pushing air cylinder 22, a connecting plate 18, a pushing block 19 and an adjusting gasket 20; the cylinder base 2 is arranged on the clamp base plate 1; the pushing cylinder 22 is arranged on the cylinder base 2; the connecting plate 18 is connected with a pushing cylinder 22; the pushing block 19 is arranged on the connecting plate 18, and the adjusting gasket 20 is arranged between the connecting plate 18 and the pushing block 19. The two pushing blocks 19 and the two adjusting gaskets 20 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting plate 18, and the other parts are common, so that two sets of accessories to be welded are simultaneously pressed and prevented from rotating;
the fixture bottom plate 1 is provided with a round hole and a positioning waist hole for quick positioning, dismounting and mounting on a robot welding station platform.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
the device is quickly arranged on a robot welding platform through waist holes and round holes on a clamp bottom plate 1, clamped through tightening hole assembly, and then a reference hole of a hinge support 25 passes through a positioning pin 12 to be placed on a supporting block 9; two sides of one end of the hinge support 25 respectively lean against the left limit anti-rotation block 10 of the hinge support and the right limit anti-rotation block 11 of the hinge support, and the other end is supported by the first supporting block 14, and the first supporting block 14 aims at auxiliary support during the installation of the hinge support, so that the installation is convenient; then starting the anti-rotation module of the to-be-welded accessory, so that the pushing cylinder 22 pushes the pushing block 19 to the to-be-welded accessory 26, and the pushing block 19 is fully attached to one side of the to-be-welded accessory 26; then the pressing module is started, the pressing rod 21 is pressed on the fitting 26 to be welded, the fitting 26 to be welded is fully attached to the hinge support 25, and welding is started.
