技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业管道式液体过滤器。
背景技术
在工业生产中因工艺液体中含有大量的固体杂质,对后续工艺中的设备及管道喷头出现堵塞,影响工业生产的连续性及稳定性。在工业生产中现有的过滤装置,不仅固体杂质过滤不完全,而且过滤网清理困难,过滤网清理时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业管道式液体过滤器,它完全清除工业生产过程中工艺液体中含有的固体杂质,避免固体杂质进入下道工序,保证工业生产的连续性和稳定性。过滤网清理方便,清理时间短。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含过滤器圆筒1、密封盖2、流体进口3、流体出口4和密封垫片5。所述的过滤圆筒1内包含导流板11、过滤网12和过滤网托架13。
在工艺液体进入过滤器时,对液体的流动方向进行导向,使液体逐层通过过滤网12,清理过滤网12只需要打开过滤器密封盖,对第一第二层过滤网进行清理或更换。本过滤器为圆筒状,液体从过滤器侧面中间进出,进出口呈180度。过滤器内设置导流板11对流体进行导流,避免液体在通过过滤网时出现偏流。过滤器的大小根据工业流体管道直径及流量大小来确定。
本发明具以下有益效果:
1、本过滤器结构简单。
2、采用导流板对进入过滤器的液体进行导流,使液体逐层通过过滤网,提高过滤效率。
3、清理时只需要清理过滤网第一第二层,清理时间短。

具体实施方式
参照图1,根据流体管道直径及流量计算出过滤器圆筒1的直径及长度,在过滤器圆筒1侧面中间位置焊接液体管道进口3带法兰接管,夹角180度侧面焊接液体管道出口4带法兰接管。过滤器圆筒1一端用堵板堵掉,一端焊接密封盖2,密封盖2和过滤器圆筒1连接用螺栓连接,中间加密封垫片5。
参照图2,在过滤器圆筒内侧流体进口处焊接两块导流板11,两块导流板11长度和过滤器圆筒长度相同,安装位置夹角120度。在液体出口处焊接过滤网托架13,过滤网托架13的宽度大于出口流体管道直径,长度和过滤器圆筒1相同。在过滤网托架13和导流板11之间安装过滤网12,过滤网12铺满过滤网托架13和导流板11之间的所有空间。过滤网12的材质和网孔大小根据液体介质特性来确定。

1.一种工业管道式液体过滤器,其特征在于它包含过滤器圆筒(1)、密封盖(2)、流体进口(3)、流体出口(4)和密封垫片(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业管道式液体过滤器,其特征在于所述的过滤器圆筒(1)内部包含导流板(11)、过滤网(12)和过滤网托架(13),导流板(11)与过滤网(12)相连位置夹角120度,过滤网(12)与过滤网托架(13)相连。
