Abstract
一种管道式过滤器，它涉及一种工业液体过滤器。它的过滤器圆筒侧面中间位置焊接流体管道进口(3)带法兰接管，夹角180度侧面焊接流体管道出口(4)带法兰接管。过滤器圆筒一端用堵板堵掉，一端焊接密封盖。在过滤器圆筒内侧液体进口处焊接两块导流板(11)，在液体出口处焊接过滤网托架(13)，在过滤网托架(13)和导流板(11)之间安装过滤网(12)，过滤网(12)铺满过滤网托架(13)和导流板(11)之间的所有空间。它完全清除工业生产过程中工艺液体中含有的固体杂质，避免固体杂质进入下道工序，保证工业生产的连续性和稳定性。过滤网清理方便，清理时间短。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道式过滤器。
背景技术
在工业生产中因工艺液体中含有大量的固体杂质，对后续工艺中的设备及管道喷头出现堵塞，影响工业生产的连续性及稳定性。在工业生产中现有的过滤装置，不仅固体杂质过滤不完全，而且过滤网清理困难，过滤网清理时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种管道式过滤器，它完全清除工业生产过程中工艺液体中含有的固体杂质，避免固体杂质进入下道工序，保证工业生产的连续性和稳定性。过滤网清理方便，清理时间短。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案：它包含过滤器圆筒1、密封盖2、流体进口3、流体出口4和密封垫片5。所述的过滤圆筒1内包含导流板11、过滤网12和过滤网托架13。
在工艺液体进入过滤器时，对液体的流动方向进行导向，使液体逐层通过过滤网12，清理过滤网12只需要打开过滤器密封盖，对第一第二层过滤网进行清理或更换。本过滤器为圆筒状，液体从过滤器侧面中间进出，进出口呈180度。过滤器内设置导流板11对流体进行导流，避免液体在通过过滤网时出现偏流。过滤器的大小根据工业流体管道直径及流量大小来确定。
本发明具以下有益效果：
1、本过滤器结构简单。
2、采用导流板对进入过滤器的液体进行导流，使液体逐层通过过滤网，提高过滤效率。
3、清理时只需要清理过滤网第一第二层，清理时间短。

具体实施方式
参照图1，根据流体管道直径及流量计算出过滤器圆筒1的直径及长度，在过滤器圆筒1侧面中间位置焊接液体管道进口3带法兰接管，夹角180度侧面焊接液体管道出口4带法兰接管。过滤器圆筒1一端用堵板堵掉，一端焊接密封盖2，密封盖2和过滤器圆筒1连接用螺栓连接，中间加密封垫片5。
参照图2，在过滤器圆筒内侧流体进口处焊接两块导流板11，两块导流板11长度和过滤器圆筒长度相同，安装位置夹角120度。在液体出口处焊接过滤网托架13，过滤网托架13的宽度大于出口流体管道直径，长度和过滤器圆筒1相同。在过滤网托架13和导流板11之间安装过滤网12，过滤网12铺满过滤网托架13和导流板11之间的所有空间。过滤网12的材质和网孔大小根据液体介质特性来确定。

1.一种管道式过滤器，其特征在于它包含过滤器圆筒(1)、密封盖(2)、流体进口(3)、流体出口(4)和密封垫片(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道式过滤器，其特征在于所述的过滤器圆筒(1)内部包含导流板(11)、过滤网（12）和过滤网托架（13），导流板(11)与过滤网（12）相连位置夹角120度，过滤网（12）与过滤网托架（13）相连。
