Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front view of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the suction tube body of the present invention taken along the line A-A in FIG. 2. Figure 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the suction tube body, camera module and end cap of the present invention.
The visual suction tube of the present invention generally comprises: comprises a suction tube body 1, wherein a suction channel 11 and a liquid spraying channel 13 which are isolated from each other are arranged in the suction tube body, and a suction port 19 communicated with the suction channel 11 is arranged at the front part of the suction tube body 1; an end cover 2 which is arranged at the front end of the suction tube body 1 and is used for closing the front end of the suction tube body 1 and enclosing a mounting cavity 9 with the suction tube body 1; a handle 4 mounted at the rear end of the suction tube body 1; a cable connector 5 electrically connected to the camera module 8; an air suction joint 6 connected with the air path of the suction channel 11, and a liquid spray joint 7 connected with the liquid spray channel 13 in a liquid path; and a camera module 8 installed in the installation cavity 9, the camera module 8 being connected with a flexible circuit line 12 attached to an inner wall of the suction channel 11 and close to the liquid spraying channel 13, the structure being advantageous for maximizing a flow cross-sectional area of the suction channel 11. In the present embodiment, the cross section of the liquid spraying channel 13 is circular, and in other embodiments, the cross section of the liquid spraying channel 13 may be other shapes. The handle 4 is provided with a liquid valve which is arranged between the liquid spraying joint 7 and the liquid spraying channel 11 in series, and the flow of the flushing liquid can be changed through the liquid valve to realize the flushing of the light path at the transparent window and/or the flushing of the target tissue.
The front end of the end cover 2 is provided with a transparent window 28, and the camera module 8 is arranged facing the transparent window 28. The end cover 2 is correspondingly provided with a liquid outlet channel 23 communicated with the liquid spraying channel 13, so that flushing liquid can be sprayed out of a liquid outlet 231 of the liquid outlet channel 23 through the liquid spraying channel 13 to flush a light path at the transparent window 28. Preferably, the transparent window 28 is spherical. The liquid outlet 231 of the liquid outlet channel 23 is located above the transparent window 28. It should be noted that, more conventionally, the flushing liquid may be water, or water added with some chemical/pharmaceutical components, for example: physiological saline, such as: water with specific anti-inflammatory ingredients is added to flush and aid in the targeted tissue and the entire aspiration procedure. In practical application, the device can be a flushing liquid with various components, and can be replaced according to the requirement according to the process of the suction process. This design provides the necessary care/treatment functions in addition to the basic irrigation function.
The camera module 8 includes a main body 81 and a mount 82 for mounting the main body 81. The camera module 8 is mounted in front of the suction port 19 through a mounting base 82. Preferably, the front end face of the camera module 8 is spaced from the inner end face of the transparent window 28 by a distance d. Preferably, the set interval is smaller than (1+cot (FOV/2)) ×d/2, where cot is a cotangent function, D is the inner diameter of the spherical cap of the transparent window, and FOV is the angle of view of the camera module 8 (defined by the angle between the upper field-of-view side a and the lower field-of-view side a' of the camera module 8). By the design, the field angle FOV of the camera module 8 can be utilized to the maximum extent, the field range of the visual suction tube can be expanded to the maximum extent, and irrelevant images in the images can be avoided.
A section of the liquid outlet channel 23 near the liquid outlet 231 is curved toward the transparent window 28 and has a tapered flow cross-sectional area. In the present embodiment, near the liquid outlet 231, the top side U of the liquid outlet channel 23 is closed toward the bottom side L of the liquid outlet channel 23, so that the liquid outlet channel 23 is gradually narrowed. Preferably, the top side U of the liquid outlet channel 23 is curved, and the bottom side L of the liquid outlet channel 23 is curved, wherein the bottom side L of the liquid outlet channel 23 and the top side U of the liquid outlet channel 23 are curved in the same direction. With this configuration, the rinse liquid discharged from the liquid outlet 231 can be ensured to flow as close as possible to the outer surface of the transparent window 28 of the end cover 2, so that the best effect of rinsing the outer surface and/or the target tissue in the visual field can be achieved.
In addition, the view angle center line S of the camera module 8 is not coincident with the spherical crown center line 0 of the transparent window 28, and the intersection of the two defines a view angle DOV, preferably, the view angle DOV ranges from 0 to 90 degrees. The design principle of the view angle DOV is smaller and better, and the upper view edge a of the camera module 8 is just lower than the bottom side L of the liquid outlet 231. By the design, a complete and good visual field can be ensured, that is, the appearance of images of the liquid outlet 231 in the visual field can be avoided, and the visual field can be ensured to be forward as much as possible, so that the use habit and requirements of doctors can be better met.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of another embodiment of a suction tube body, camera module and end shield. Unlike the previous embodiment presented in fig. 4 above, this embodiment, shown in fig. 5, the main differences are: the liquid outlet channels 23 are straight and have equal cross-sectional flow areas. In this embodiment, the top side U and the bottom side L of the liquid outlet channel 23 are both straight near the liquid outlet 231. This construction is simpler and more focused on irrigation of the target tissue while simultaneously allowing for irrigation of the outer surface of the transparent window 28.
The invention has the advantages that by skillfully arranging the liquid spraying channel 13 in the suction tube body 1 and arranging the liquid outlet channel 23 on the end cover 2 matched with the suction tube body 1, the flushing liquid can be sprayed out from the liquid outlet 231 of the liquid outlet channel 23 through the liquid spraying channel 13, the flushing of the light path and/or the flushing of the target tissue at the transparent window 28 can be realized, and the visual effect can be effectively improved.
It should be understood that the foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical solutions of the present invention, and not limiting thereof, and that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art; such modifications and substitutions are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
