本发明公开了一种液体点滴速度监控装置,包括显示模块、报警模块、红外水位判断模块、单片机、键盘控制、红外测速模块、电机驱动和步进电机,所述单片机分别与显示模块、报警模块、红外水位判断模块、键盘控制、红外测速模块和电机驱动连接;所述电动驱动与步进电机连接;所述步进电机与红外测速模块连接,利用步进电机和压强的原理来控制水滴的速度,由公式:P=p*g*h可以知道由于液面高度的不同,压强也不同,从而改变液滴的速度。本发明的一种液体点滴速度监控装置,可以用键盘准备控制速度,可以报警,设备结构简单,费用低等,利于广泛推广使用。

本发明涉及一种液体点滴速度监控装置。
背景技术
目前,市面上所使用的静脉输液器都是悬挂在病人之上才能输液,输液速度难以准确限制,这对特护病人和对输液速度有较严格的病人会造成不便,而现有的输液临控报警器,体积较大,笨重,价格相对昂贵,增加医院和病人的费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液体点滴速度监控装置,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种液体点滴速度监控装置,包括显示模块、报警模块、红外水位判断模块、单片机、键盘控制、红外测速模块、电机驱动和步进电机,所述单片机分别与显示模块、报警模块、红外水位判断模块、键盘控制、红外测速模块和电机驱动连接;所述电动驱动与步进电机连接;所述步进电机与红外测速模块连接,利用步进电机和压强的原理来控制水滴的速度,由公式:P=p*g*h可以知道由于液面高度的不同,压强也不同,从而改变液滴的速度。
本发明的有益效果:
提供了一种液体点滴速度监控装置,可以用键盘准备控制速度,可以报警,设备结构简单,费用低等,利于广泛推广使用。

如图1所示,一种液体点滴速度监控装置,包括显示模块 1、报警模块2、红外水位判断模块3、单片机4、键盘控制5、红外测速模块6、电机驱动7和步进电机8,所述单片机4分别与显示模块1、报警模块2、红外水位判断模块3、键盘控制5、红外测速模块6和电机驱动7连接;所述电动驱动7与步进电机8连接;所述步进电机8与红外测速模块6连接,利用步进电机和压强的原理来控制水滴的速度,由公式:P=p*g*h可以知道由于液面高度的不同,压强也不同,从而改变液滴的速度。
