本发明公开了一种环保型花生田用农药,其组份按重量份数包括仲丁灵10‑20份、异丙甲草胺5‑15份、烯草酮4‑12份、植物附着剂5‑15份、烷基苯磺酸10‑15份、大蒜素4‑12份、乙基黄原酸钠10‑20份、扁豆花8‑12份、骆驼蓬子7‑15份、赶风柴10‑20份、黄花蒿8‑15份以及山艾树皮10‑15份,本发明制备工艺简单,制得农药环保,对土壤环境无污染,同时其能够有效的清除花生田中的各种杂草,而且不会伤害花生叶。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药制备技术领域,具体为一种环保型花生田用农药。
背景技术
花生又名落花生、双子叶植物,叶脉为网状脉,种子有花生果皮包被。历史上曾叫长生果、地豆、落花参、落地松、成寿果、番豆、无花果、地果、唐人豆。花生长于滋养补益,有助于延年益寿,所以民间又称“长生果”,并且和黄豆一样被誉为“植物肉”、“素中之荤”。现有的花生田用农药虽然在一定程度上除去杂草,但是其在除草的同时伤害的花生叶,而且其残留物对土壤和环境均产生影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型花生田用农药,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型花生田用农药,其组份按重量份数包括仲丁灵10-20份、异丙甲草胺5-15份、烯草酮4-12份、植物附着剂5-15份、烷基苯磺酸10-15份、大蒜素4-12份、乙基黄原酸钠10-20份、扁豆花8-12份、骆驼蓬子7-15份、赶风柴10-20份、黄花蒿8-15份以及山艾树皮10-15份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:仲丁灵15份、异丙甲草胺10份、烯草酮8份、植物附着剂10份、烷基苯磺酸12份、大蒜素8份、乙基黄原酸钠15份、扁豆花10份、骆驼蓬子11份、赶风柴15份、黄花蒿12份以及山艾树皮12份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将扁豆花、骆驼蓬子、赶风柴、黄花蒿以及山艾树皮混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为3000转/分,粉碎时间为20min,之后过150目筛,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入仲丁灵、异丙甲草胺、烯草酮、植物附着剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为45℃,加热时间为10min,之后冷却至常温,得到混合物B;
C、在混合物B中加入烷基苯磺酸、大蒜素、乙基黄原酸钠,在常温下进行充分搅拌,之后静置2h,即得到农药。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制得农药环保,对土壤环境无污染,同时其能够有效的清除花生田中的各种杂草,而且不会伤害花生叶;本发明是一种环境友好型农药,对环境无污染、无残留、易分解、符合国家倡导的发展“绿色农业”的要求。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保型花生田用农药,其组份按重量份数包括仲丁灵10-20份、异丙甲草胺5-15份、烯草酮4-12份、植物附着剂5-15份、烷基苯磺酸10-15份、大蒜素4-12份、乙基黄原酸钠10-20份、扁豆花8-12份、骆驼蓬子7-15份、赶风柴10-20份、黄花蒿8-15份以及山艾树皮10-15份。

采用的成分配比为:仲丁灵12份、异丙甲草胺6份、烯草酮5份、植物附着剂6份、烷基苯磺酸11份、大蒜素5份、乙基黄原酸钠12份、扁豆花9份、骆驼蓬子8份、赶风柴12份、黄花蒿9份以及山艾树皮11份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将扁豆花、骆驼蓬子、赶风柴、黄花蒿以及山艾树皮混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为3000转/分,粉碎时间为20min,之后过150目筛,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入仲丁灵、异丙甲草胺、烯草酮、植物附着剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为45℃,加热时间为10min,之后冷却至常温,得到混合物B;

1.一种环保型花生田用农药,其特征在于:其组份按重量份数包括仲丁灵10-20份、异丙甲草胺5-15份、烯草酮4-12份、植物附着剂5-15份、烷基苯磺酸10-15份、大蒜素4-12份、乙基黄原酸钠10-20份、扁豆花8-12份、骆驼蓬子7-15份、赶风柴10-20份、黄花蒿8-15份以及山艾树皮10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型花生田用农药,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:仲丁灵15份、异丙甲草胺10份、烯草酮8份、植物附着剂10份、烷基苯磺酸12份、大蒜素8份、乙基黄原酸钠15份、扁豆花10份、骆驼蓬子11份、赶风柴15份、黄花蒿12份以及山艾树皮12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型花生田用农药,其特征在于:其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将扁豆花、骆驼蓬子、赶风柴、黄花蒿以及山艾树皮混合后加入粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎机转速为3000转/分,粉碎时间为20min,之后过150目筛,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入仲丁灵、异丙甲草胺、烯草酮、植物附着剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为45℃,加热时间为10min,之后冷却至常温,得到混合物B;
C、在混合物B中加入烷基苯磺酸、大蒜素、乙基黄原酸钠,在常温下进行充分搅拌,之后静置2h,即得到农药。
