本发明属于生物技术领域,具体内容涉及一种天然熊胆粉的工厂化生产方法。
背景技术
熊胆粉是用熊科动物黑熊(Selenaretos thibetanus Cuvier)的胆汁制备得到的干燥品。现代医学研究证实:熊胆具有清热解毒、疏肝利胆、去翳名目、解痉镇痛等作用。同时,现代医学还证实,熊胆在人类肝胆系列、心血管系统、神经精神系统等诸多病症的治疗方面,都具有十分显著的临床疗效。据悉,熊胆粉广泛用于200余种中成药,用途极其广泛,市场上一直很紧缺。传统的黑熊养殖方法,品种未得到改良,喂养的饲料未进行科学的配制,取胆是靠将胆汁引流出体外,或利用手术方法,不仅熊胆粉产量低、品质差,且取胆方法对黑熊身体会造成一定的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述缺点和不足,提供一种制备得到的熊胆粉品质好、产量高、且对黑熊身体没有伤害的黑熊天然熊胆粉的工厂化生产方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现:
熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,该方法包括黑熊良种的选择、饲养、取胆、喂服中草药、超低温冷冻干燥,具体如下:
(1)黑熊良种的选择:选择身体健壮、品种特征明显、采食力强、生产性能好、体质结实、肢蹄健壮、3岁以上的黑熊做培养熊;
(2)饲养:对培养熊采用复合饲料进行喂养,所述复合饲料按质量比的配比为:玉米50~60份、鱼粉3~5份、大麦10~15份、炒熟的大豆10~15份、肉类3~5份、蚕蛹3~5份;喂养至黑熊体重达到90㎏及以上时开始取胆;
(3)取胆:采用动物自体造管无痛引流方法采胆,具体做法是,在黑熊的腹壁和胆囊之间,利用黑熊自身的组织在腹壁端制造环形括约肌,括约肌收缩时能关闭管腔,舒张时使管腔开放,括约肌受植物性神经的支配或激素调节,利用这一特性,采胆时给黑熊喂营养液,使黑熊括约肌舒张,管腔开放,用酒精棉球消毒开放的管腔通道口,把消毒后的不锈钢空心探针探入管腔通道,胆汁即沿着空心探针自动流到接胆汁的杯子中,取胆完成后拔出探针即可;
(4)喂服中草药:取胆完成后,给黑熊喂服加入糖浆水的中草药,连续喂服10天;所述中草药配方为:厚朴20~30份、青皮20~30份、肉桂20~30份、菠菜20~30份;何首乌20~30份、甘草20~30份、大青叶20~30份、板蓝根20~30份;玉米蛋白粉20~30份、黄豆粉20~30份、核桃粕20~30份、花生柏20~30份;女贞子40~50份、薏仁40~50份、陈皮5~10份、生姜5~10份;
将上述中草药粉碎并混合均匀后加入糖浆水喂服黑熊;
(5)超低温冷冻干燥:将取出的熊胆汁预先在-60℃温度及以下冻结,然后置于真空状态下,将其含有的水分升华,获得干燥的熊胆粉。
本发明方法在采胆时给黑熊喂的营养液为蜂密水、五味子水、奶粉、南瓜汁中的一种或几种。每只黑熊每天取胆两次,每次取胆汁75ml。黑熊采用圈养与放养相结合的方式进行饲养。
本发明方法科学合理,配制的复合饲料与有药用价值的野外黑熊的食物链近似度高,喂服黑熊的中草药十分有利于黑熊分泌与野生熊胆有效药用成分相近的胆汁。生产得到的天然熊胆粉不仅产量高,而且品质好,其有效成分牛磺熊去氧胆酸含量高达35%以上,远超国家药典规定,更具清热、解毒、保肝、利胆、溶石、明目、润肠通便作用。取胆方法科学,不会对黑熊身体造成伤害。
具体实施方式
本发明所述熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,包括黑熊良种的选择、饲养和和取胆、喂服中草药、超低温冷冻干燥,具体如下:
(1)黑熊良种的选择:采用日常跟踪观察选择、性能测定、遗传评估、选种选配、遗传交流等技术措施选育黑熊良种,对引进和现有黑熊进行品种选育,通过有关性状测定,选留优良种熊,以获得遗传进展,使每代种熊的生产性能都比上代高,性能一代比一代好,以期培育出适合我国云南省蒙自市环境条件的优良种熊,以此提高药用黑熊的养殖生产水平;针对选育的黑熊良种,选择身体健壮、品种特征明显、采食力强、生产性能好、体质结实、肢蹄健壮、3岁以上的黑熊做培养熊;
(2)饲养:对培养熊采用复合饲料进行喂养,以提高其胆汁的产量及质量。所述复合饲料按质量比的配比范围为:玉米50~60份、鱼粉3~5份、大麦10~15份、炒熟的大豆10~15份、肉类3~5份、蚕蛹3~5份。具体使用时可在上述范围内进行配制,例如:玉米50份、鱼粉4份、大麦10份、炒熟的大豆10份、肉类5份、蚕蛹3份;或者玉米55份、鱼粉5份、大麦12份、炒熟的大豆15份、肉类3份、蚕蛹4份;或者玉米60份、鱼粉3份、大麦15份、炒熟的大豆13份、肉类4份、蚕蛹5份或者玉米65份、鱼粉5份、大麦10份、炒熟的大豆10份、肉类5份、蚕蛹5份。所述肉类为各种可食用的动物肉。经过对黑熊野外生活习性及饮食习惯的观察发现,有药用价值的黑熊属杂食性动物,在野外有时吃腐肉、小动物、各种矿物质、中药材、野果等。本发明确定的饲料配方正是根据黑熊这一饮食习惯确定的完全复制野外药用黑熊食物链的饲料配方。黑熊可采用圈养与放养相结合的方式进行饲养。喂养至黑熊体重达到90㎏及以上时开始取胆;
(3)取胆:采用动物自体造管无痛引流方法采胆,具体做法是,在黑熊的腹壁和胆囊之间,利用黑熊自身的组织在腹壁端制造环形括约肌,括约肌收缩时能关闭管腔,舒张时使管腔开放,括约肌受植物性神经的支配或激素调节,利用这一特性,采胆时给黑熊喂营养液,如蜂密水、五味子水、奶粉、南瓜汁等,转移黑熊注意力,使括约肌舒张,管腔开放。用酒精棉球消毒开放的管腔通道口,把消毒后的不锈钢空心探针探入开放的管腔通道,胆汁即沿着空心探针自动流到接胆汁的杯子中,不再采用传统的引流方法或者手术,对黑熊身体无伤害。取胆完成后拔出探针即可。每只黑熊每天取胆两次,每次取胆汁75ml。黑熊每天分泌胆汁量约1500ml左右,一天只采150ml胆汁,不会影响熊的健康,更不会影响熊胆粉的质量;
(4)喂服中草药:取胆完成后,给黑熊喂服加入糖浆水的中草药,连续喂服10天;所述中草药配方按质量比为:厚朴20~30份、青皮20~30份、肉桂20~30份、菠菜20~30份;何首乌20~30份、甘草20~30份、大青叶20~30份、板蓝根20~30份;玉米蛋白粉20~30份、黄豆粉20~30份、核桃粕20~30份、花生柏20~30份;女贞子40~50份、薏仁40~50份、陈皮5~10份、生姜5~10份。实际使用时可在上述范围内合理配制。例如:厚朴25份、青皮25份、肉桂20份、菠菜30份;何首乌20份、甘草25份、大青叶30份、板蓝根20份;玉米蛋白粉25份、黄豆粉25份、核桃粕20份、花生柏30份;女贞子45份、薏仁50份、陈皮8份、生姜10份;或者厚朴20份、青皮30份、肉桂25份、菠菜25份;何首乌30份、甘草20份、大青叶25份、板蓝根30份;玉米蛋白粉30份、黄豆粉20份、核桃粕25份、花生柏20份;女贞子40份、薏仁45份、陈皮5份、生姜5份;或者厚朴30份、青皮20份、肉桂30份、菠菜20份;何首乌25份、甘草30份、大青叶20份、板蓝根25份;玉米蛋白粉20份、黄豆粉30份、核桃粕30份、花生柏25份;女贞子50份、薏仁45份、陈皮10份、生姜7份;或者厚朴25份、青皮25份、肉桂25份、菠菜25份;何首乌25份、甘草25份、大青叶25份、板蓝根25份;玉米蛋白粉25份、黄豆粉25份、核桃粕25份、花生柏25份;女贞子45份、薏仁45份、陈皮5份、生姜5份。
将上述中草药粉碎并混合均匀后加入糖浆水喂服黑熊。食用上述中草药配方可使黑熊分泌的熊胆汁与野生熊胆有效药用成分相近;
(5)超低温冷冻干燥:将取出的熊胆汁预先在-60℃温度及以下冻结,然后置于真空状态下,将其含有的水分升华,获得干燥的熊胆粉。经冷冻干燥处理的熊胆粉易于长期保存,加水后能恢复到冻干前的状态并保持原有的生化特性。
本发明经临床应用,效果突出。其中,一组选用两头3年龄、体重90㎏以上选育出的良种黑熊,平时喂复合饲料,进行圈养和放养,采用动物自体造管无痛引流取胆,取胆后灌服上述配方中草药,每年可取胆3500g。一组选用两头7年龄、体重170㎏左右选育出的良种黑熊,平时喂复合饲料,进行圈养和放养,采用动物自体造管无痛引流取胆,取胆后灌服上述配方中草药,每年可取胆4500g。一组选用两头9年龄、体重200㎏左右选育出的良种黑熊,平时喂复合饲料,进行圈养和放养,采用动物自体造管无痛引流取胆,取胆后灌服上述配方中草药,每年可取胆5500g。以上三组使用均获得成功,熊胆粉经送检,有效成分牛磺熊去氧胆酸含量为35%,质量均超过国家天然药用标准。
Claims (4)
1.熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括黑熊良种的选择、饲养、取胆、喂服中草药、超低温冷冻干燥,具体如下:
(1)黑熊良种的选择:选择身体健壮、品种特征明显、采食力强、生产性能好、体质结实、肢蹄健壮、3岁以上的黑熊做培养熊;
(2)饲养:对培养熊采用复合饲料进行喂养,所述复合饲料按质量比的配比为:玉米50~60份、鱼粉3~5份、大麦10~15份、炒熟的大豆10~15份、肉类3~5份、蚕蛹3~5份;喂养至黑熊体重达到90㎏及以上时开始取胆;
(3)取胆:采用动物自体造管无痛引流方法采胆,具体做法是,在黑熊的腹壁和胆囊之间,利用黑熊自身的组织在腹壁端制造环形括约肌,括约肌收缩时能关闭管腔,舒张时使管腔开放,括约肌受植物性神经的支配或激素调节,利用这一特性,采胆时给黑熊喂营养液,使黑熊括约肌舒张,管腔开放,用酒精棉球消毒开放的管腔通道口,把消毒后的不锈钢空心探针探入管腔通道,胆汁即沿着空心探针自动流到接胆汁的杯子中,取胆完成后拔出探针即可;
(4)喂服中草药:取胆完成后,给黑熊喂服加入糖浆水的中草药,连续喂服10天;所述中草药配方为:厚朴20~30份、青皮20~30份、肉桂20~30份、菠菜20~30份;何首乌20~30份、甘草20~30份、大青叶20~30份、板蓝根20~30份;玉米蛋白粉20~30份、黄豆粉20~30份、核桃粕20~30份、花生柏20~30份;女贞子40~50份、薏仁40~50份、陈皮5~10份、生姜5~10份;
将上述中草药粉碎并混合均匀后加入糖浆水喂服黑熊;
(5)超低温冷冻干燥:将取出的熊胆汁预先在-60℃温度及以下冻结,然后置于真空状态下,将其含有的水分升华,获得干燥的熊胆粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,其特征在于,采胆时给黑熊喂的营养液为蜂密水、五味子水、奶粉、南瓜汁中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,其特征在于,每只黑熊每天取胆两次,每次取胆汁75ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的熊胆粉工厂化生产的方法,其特征在于,黑熊采用圈养与放养相结合的方式进行饲养。
