For example, when the phone number is marked as "fraud" within the first preset time "1 day", the cloud server receives a phone number sent by the mobile terminal, and the tags of the phone number are classified and counted by the cloud server, and finds that the tags of the phone number from different mobile terminals are marked as "fraud" within the first preset time "1 day" 120, the tags of the number are marked as "taxi" 20, and before the first preset time "1 day", the phone number is specially marked as "taxi" and the marking times are 2000, the tag of the marked incoming call number is inconsistent with the specific tag of the number stored by the cloud server, the marking times of the tags of the phone number by the cloud server is preset in the first preset time "1 day" 80, the number of times of marking the tag of the "×" fraud "of the number exceeds the first threshold, it can be determined that the tag of the incoming number is a malicious tag, and the cloud server will not count the tag. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-1, when the calling number is "135 x 9512", and when the calling number is marked, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the cloud server according to the calling number, wherein the acquisition request is used for acquiring a specific mark of the number so as to determine whether the calling number shows a label of a fraud phone, a sales call, a courier phone, etc., and the user can decide whether to answer the call according to the answering intention. When the calling number is the first-time calling number which is not marked, or whether the calling number is stored in an address book (or a name card holder, a contact person and the like) of the mobile terminal is judged, if the calling number is not stored in the address book (or the name card holder, the contact person and the like) of the mobile terminal, the calling number is a strange calling number, the number is displayed in a calling display interface of the mobile terminal as a strange calling, after the calling is answered and communicated, a user knows that the calling number '135 x 9512' is the telephone number of a driver of a taxi, the number can be marked in a number marking interface displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal during or after the communication is finished, further, the accumulated number marked as the taxi in the displayed number marking interface can be displayed, as shown in fig. 2-1, the cumulative number of the calling number "135 x 2016" marked as "taxi" is 1, and the user can accurately mark the number by combining the judgment of the number type of the number according to the call information and the marked number of the label of the number displayed in the number marking interface. After the number is marked, the user can select to submit the label of the number to the cloud server in the number marking interface or select to close the number marking interface or store the number in the mobile terminal storage module. The server carries out classification statistics on different labels of the number, and at least one label of the number with the times of selective marking exceeding a preset threshold value is stored in the cloud server as a special mark of the number. As shown in fig. 2-2, when the calling number "135 x 2016" comes in again, the mobile terminal display interface will display a special mark of the number stored in the cloud server, and display that the number is marked, and the label of the number is "taxi".
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the calling number is an unmarked strange calling number, after the call is answered, a number marking interface may be displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal during or after the call is ended, so that the user knows that the calling number "138 × 2016" is the telephone number of the meal delivery person who takes out, and then displays a plurality of labels of the calling number and the marking times of each label, which are pushed by the cloud server, in the number marking interface. However, the number marking interface does not have a corresponding label of 'take out' to be marked by the number, the user can create a label of the number of 'take out' under the newly created label, and after the number is marked, the user can select to store the label of the number in the mobile terminal storage module or submit the label of the number to the cloud server in the number marking interface. The server carries out classified statistics on different labels of the number, and at least one label of the number with the times of selective marking exceeding a preset threshold value is stored in the cloud server as a special mark of the number. When the number calls again, a special mark stored by the cloud server is displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
Further, according to the functional modular thinking of the computer software, the invention also provides a mobile terminal applying the telephone number processing method, please refer to fig. 3. The mobile terminal comprises a request module 21, a receiving module 22 and a processing module 23, and a principle framework of the mobile terminal applying the telephone number processing method is built by using the request module 21, the receiving module 22 and the processing module 23, so that a modular implementation scheme is realized. The specific functions implemented by the modules are specifically disclosed below. In order to facilitate understanding of implementation of each module, the Android mobile phone is taken as a mobile terminal to exemplarily illustrate implementation of each module, but the Android mobile phone is not limited to the implementation of each module.
The receiving module 21 of the present invention is configured to receive data information through a preset transmission channel, where the data information includes current state information of a remote server that establishes a transmission channel with a local computer.
The request module 21 of the present invention is configured to request to display a tag of a calling number stored in a cloud server;
in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the request module 21 is configured to: when the calling number is the first incoming call number, after the call is answered, a number marking interface can be displayed on a mobile terminal display interface in the call process or after the call is ended, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the cloud server for acquiring a plurality of labels of the number and the marking times of each label stored in the cloud server, and then the labels are displayed in the number processing interface by the processing module 23. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the request module 21 is configured to: when the calling number is not the first incoming call number, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the cloud server for acquiring a specific mark of the calling number, and then the specific mark is displayed on the incoming call display interface of the mobile terminal by the processing module 23.
The receiving module 22 of the present invention is configured to receive a call from any calling number, and receive a tag of the number pushed by a cloud server;
in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module 22 is configured to: when the calling number is the first incoming call number, the receiving module 22 is configured to receive a plurality of tags of the number and the number of times of marking of each tag, where the tags are pushed by the cloud server. Which is then displayed in the number processing interface by the processing module 22.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module 22 is configured to: when the calling number is not the first incoming call number, the receiving module 22 receives a specific mark of the number pushed by the cloud server, and the specific mark is displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal by the processing module 23.
The processing module 23 of the present invention is configured to display the tag of the calling number in the displayed number marking interface when the calling number is the first incoming call number, and submit the tag of the marked calling number to the cloud server.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 23 is configured to: when the calling number is the first incoming call number, the number marking interface is displayed on the display interface, and a plurality of labels of the number and the marking times of each label are displayed in the number marking interface. The user can select a kind of label to mark the calling number or newly create a kind of label to mark the calling number in the number marking interface, and then the label of the number is submitted to the cloud server. Preferably, when the calling number is a first-time incoming call number, it is determined whether the calling number is stored in an address book (or a business card holder, a contact person, etc.) of the mobile terminal, and if the calling number is not stored in the address book (or the business card holder, the contact person, etc.) of the mobile terminal, the calling number is a strange incoming call number, and the calling number is marked in the number marking interface. Further, according to the functional modular thinking of computer software, the invention further provides a cloud server applying the telephone number processing method, please refer to fig. 4, the cloud server comprises an information receiving module 31, an information processing module 32, an information storage module 33 and an information pushing module 34 to build a principle framework of the cloud server, thereby realizing the modular implementation scheme. The specific functions implemented by the modules are specifically disclosed below.

The information processing module 32 is configured to perform classification statistics on different labels of the same calling number, and use at least one label with a labeling frequency exceeding a preset threshold as a specific label of the number.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the information processing module 32 is further configured to set a statistical period for each number, the cloud server performs classification statistics on different tags of the number in the statistical period, and if at least one tag whose marking frequency exceeds a preset threshold in the current period is inconsistent with a specific tag stored in the cloud server, replace the at least one tag whose marking frequency exceeds the preset threshold with the specific tag.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the information processing module 32 is further configured to determine that the tag of the calling number in the first preset time is a malicious tag if the tag of the calling number is inconsistent with the specific tag of the number stored in the cloud server within a first preset time and the tag number of the tag of the calling number exceeds a first threshold, and the cloud server does not count the tag.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the calling number is a first incoming call number, the information processing module 32 is configured to: and carrying out classified statistics on tags of the same number marked by different mobile terminals, and storing at least one tag with the marking frequency exceeding a preset threshold value as a special tag of the number into the cloud server after judgment.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the calling number is not a first incoming call number, the information processing module 32 is configured to: and searching the labels of the numbers and the corresponding marking times thereof stored in the cloud server database of the corresponding telephone incoming numbers.
The information storage module 33 is configured to store a cloud server database of the tag of the telephone number. Specifically, the received first incoming call code sent by the mobile terminal and the tag thereof are stored in a database in the cloud server. The information pushing module 34 is configured to respond to an obtaining request of the incoming call number of the mobile terminal, and push a tag of a corresponding number. Furthermore, the cloud server database is a database of shared resources, and the plurality of mobile terminals are in communication connection with the cloud server through a network and can simultaneously acquire the tags of the numbers stored in the cloud server database.

In summary, in the solution provided by the present invention, when the mobile terminal receiving module 21 receives an incoming call from any calling number, it determines whether the calling number is a first-time incoming call number, and if the calling number is stored in the address book of the mobile terminal, if the calling number is not stored in the address book of the mobile terminal, the calling number is a strange incoming call number. Or the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the cloud server according to the calling number, and the acquisition request is used for acquiring the specific mark of the number stored in the cloud server, so that whether the calling number is displayed as a label of a certain fraud phone, a certain sales promotion phone, a certain express delivery phone and the like is determined, and if the calling number is displayed as a label, the calling number is determined not to be a strange phone number of a first incoming call. Otherwise, the number is the strange calling number. After the user answers the strange incoming call number, the display interface displays a number marking interface and displays a plurality of labels of the number and marking times of each label, wherein the labels are pushed by the cloud server. The information receiving module 31 of the cloud server receives a tag of a first incoming call number sent by the mobile terminal, the information processing module 32 of the cloud server performs classified statistics on different tags of the same number, and at least one tag with the selective marking frequency exceeding a preset threshold is stored in the cloud server as a special tag of the number. Meanwhile, a counting period is set for each number, the cloud server carries out classification counting on different labels of the number in the counting period, and if at least one label with the marking frequency exceeding a preset threshold value in the current period is inconsistent with a specific label of the cloud server, at least one label with the marking frequency exceeding the preset threshold value in the current period is replaced by the specific label. This makes it possible to have an error correction function for the error flag during sharing. Setting a first preset time, wherein the tag of the marked calling number is inconsistent with the specific tag of the number stored by the cloud server, and the marking frequency of the tag of the calling number exceeds a first threshold value, the tag of the calling number in the first preset time is judged to be a malicious tag, and the cloud server does not count the tag. Therefore, the problem that the telephone number is maliciously marked by others is solved. And the cloud server information storage module stores the label of the number in a cloud server database. And the cloud server is in communication connection with the plurality of mobile terminals through a network, so that the labels of the numbers in the cloud server database are shared in the number marking interface of the mobile terminals. The technical scheme provided by the invention can accurately mark the incoming call of the telephone number so that the incoming call can correctly identify the type of the number, has an automatic error correction function on the marked number, and solves the trouble of people on the incoming call number, thereby greatly facilitating the life of people.

Claims (20)

1. A telephone number processing method, comprising the steps of:
receiving an incoming call from any calling number, and judging whether the calling number is a first incoming call number or not;
if yes, displaying a number marking interface after receiving the call;
receiving a tag of the calling number marked in the number marking interface by a user, submitting the tag of the calling number to a cloud server, performing classification statistics on different tags of the calling number by the cloud server, and taking at least one tag with the marking frequency exceeding a preset threshold value as a specific tag of the calling number, wherein in a first preset time, when the tag of the calling number is inconsistent with the specific tag of the calling number stored in the cloud server and the marking frequency of the tag of the calling number exceeds the first threshold value, the tag of the calling number is judged to be a malicious tag in the first preset time, and the cloud server does not perform statistics on the tag.
2. The telephone number processing method according to claim 1,
and when the calling number is the first incoming call number, judging whether the calling number is stored in an address book of the mobile terminal, and if the calling number is not stored in the address book of the mobile terminal, marking the calling number in the number marking interface as a strange incoming call number.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the number calls again, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the cloud server for acquiring the specific mark of the number, receives the specific mark pushed by the cloud server, and displays the specific mark on a call display interface of the mobile terminal.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving the incoming call from any calling number and determining whether the calling number is a first incoming call number, the method further comprises:
and if the calling number is the first incoming call number, the mobile terminal receives a plurality of labels and the marking times of each label, which are pushed by the cloud server.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of tags of the calling number and the tagging times of each tag pushed by a cloud server are displayed in the number tagging interface.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cloud server performs classification statistics on different labels of the number, and uses at least one label with a labeling frequency exceeding a preset threshold as a specific label of the number, further comprising: setting a counting period for each number, carrying out classification counting on different labels of the number by the cloud server in the counting period, and replacing at least one label of the number with a specific label, wherein the labeling frequency in the current period exceeds a preset threshold value, if the label of at least one kind of the number is inconsistent with the specific label stored by the cloud server, and the labeling frequency in the current period exceeds the preset threshold value.
9. A mobile terminal applying a telephone number processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the request module is used for requesting to display a tag of the calling number stored in the cloud server;
the receiving module is used for receiving a call from any calling number and receiving a label of the number pushed by the cloud server;
the processing module is used for displaying a tag of the calling number in a displayed number marking interface and submitting the tagged tag of the calling number to the cloud server when the calling number is a first incoming call number, wherein in a first preset time, when the tag of the calling number is inconsistent with a specific tag of the calling number stored by the cloud server and the marking frequency of the tag of the calling number exceeds a first threshold value, the tag of the calling number is judged to be a malicious tag in the first preset time, and the cloud server does not count the tag.

The mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the receiving module is further used for receiving a specific mark of the number pushed by the cloud server when the calling number calls again, and the specific mark is displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal.

The mobile terminal according to claim 10, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the receiving module is further configured to receive, in a number marking interface, a plurality of labels of the number and marking times of each label, which are pushed by the cloud server, when the calling number is a first incoming call number.
12. The mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the processing module further comprises a plurality of labels of the calling number and the marking times of each label, which are pushed by the cloud server, are displayed in the number marking interface.
13. The mobile terminal of claim 12, wherein the processing module is further configured to receive a tag selected by a user to tag the calling number or receive a tag newly created by the user to tag the calling number in the number tagging interface.

The mobile terminal of claim 13, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the processing module is further configured to determine whether the calling number is stored in the address book of the mobile terminal when the calling number is a first incoming call number, and if the calling number is not stored in the address book of the mobile terminal, the calling number marked in the number marking interface is a strange incoming call number.
15. The mobile terminal according to claim 13, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the labels of the number comprise fraud, express, harassment, food delivery, taxi, house property intermediary, insurance, advertising and promotion and recruitment hunting.

the mobile terminal comprises an information receiving module, a first-time incoming call number sending module and a second-time incoming call number sending module, wherein the information receiving module is used for receiving a tag of a first-time incoming call number sent by the mobile terminal and an acquisition request of the tag for displaying the number sent by the mobile terminal;
the information processing module is used for carrying out classified statistics on different labels of the same calling number by the cloud server, and at least one label of the number with the labeling frequency exceeding a preset threshold value is used as a specific label of the number, wherein in a first preset time, when the label of the calling number is inconsistent with the specific label of the calling number stored by the cloud server and the labeling frequency of the label of the calling number exceeds a first threshold value, the label of the calling number is judged to be a malicious label in the first preset time, and the cloud server does not carry out statistics on the label;
the information storage module is used for storing a cloud server database of the label of the number;
and the information pushing module is used for responding to a request that the mobile terminal acquires the label of the calling number and pushing the corresponding label of the number.

The cloud server of claim 16, wherein: the information processing module is further used for setting a counting period for each number, the cloud server carries out classification counting on different labels of the number in the counting period, and if the label of at least one number with the marking frequency exceeding a preset threshold in the current period is inconsistent with a specific label stored by the cloud server, the label of at least one number with the marking frequency exceeding the preset threshold in the current period is replaced by the specific label.
18. The cloud server of claim 16, wherein: the information pushing module is further used for pushing a plurality of labels of the calling number and the marking times of each label to the mobile terminal by the cloud server when the calling number is the first incoming call number.
19. The cloud server of claim 18, wherein: the information pushing module is further used for pushing the specific mark of the calling number to the mobile terminal by the cloud server when the calling number is not the first incoming call number.
