Abstract

本发明涉及一种单开缝自润滑关节轴承及其制造方法,由单开缝轴承钢外圈与高强铜合金基体的内圈组成,内圈外球面均布占其总面积的20%~30%孔穴,孔穴内镶有固体润滑剂;其组装方法是外圈由胎胀开、内圈球面两侧垫有防划伤垫片压入内圈,抽出垫片,使开缝处缓慢闭合,成为单开缝自润滑关节轴承,它具有高承载,摩擦系数小,耐高温、耐磨损寿命长结构合理,加工容易,成本低、免维护等优点,特别适用于重载工况。

Description

一种单开缝自润滑关节轴承及其制造方法
一种单开缝自润滑关节轴承及其组装方法,属该种轴承的组装工艺技术。
目前市场上现有技术中有类比的轴承,由轴承钢淬火后制造的内、外圈,外圈为单开缝,组装时不用任何胎具,可将内圈直接压入外圈内,因高硬度(HRC58~64)不产生任何划伤现象,另外还有其外圈为双开缝和外圈为便于装入内圈,在外圈内加工双缺口,上述技术存在着承载面积小、非整体结构给包装运输安装等带来不便等缺点,特别是高强度铜合金基体镶嵌固体润滑剂的内圈直接压入轴承钢外圈内的技术难度大,因高强度合金硬度(HB200)低造成相当严重的划伤,致使废品率很高,甚至无成品可言。
针对上述技术存在的缺点和不足,特别是不同材质、不同硬度,内外圈无法压入的技术难题,本发明的目的提供一种能在不同材质,不同硬度的高强度铜合金基镶嵌固体润滑剂的内圈压入单开缝轴承钢外圈中而不产生任何划伤,实现一种单开缝自润滑关节轴承。
本发明的目的可通过下述技术方案来实现:一种包括内圈、外圈的单开缝自润滑关节轴承,内圈的外球面均布占其总面积的20~30%的若干个孔穴,孔穴中镶有固体润滑剂,其特征是单开缝自润滑关节轴承为高强度铜合金内圈装入具有脆开单开缝的轴承钢外圈的单开缝自润滑关节轴承;其组装方法:胀胎压入轴承钢外圈使其在弹性变形范围内胀开一单开缝,将单开缝的外圈和胀胎放入支承套内,放上内圈同时在内圈球面两侧垫上其硬度较小的具有一定塑性材质的垫片,并将限位楔铁放入胀开的开缝处,用压胎将内圈压入外圈内,同时退出胀胎,抽出垫片,抽出限位楔铁,使轴承外圈开口处缓慢闭合,即组装成整体的单开缝自润滑关节轴承。
本发明与现有技术相比,解决了过去的高强铜合金镶嵌固体润滑剂轴承内圈无法装入轴承钢单开缝轴承外圈的技术难题,克服了原有关节轴承非一体结构及为了组装成一体结构。而外圈为双开缝与外圈内加工两缺口而缩小承载面积,给包装、运输、按装等带来不便等缺点和问题,实现了单开缝自润滑关节轴承,而这种轴承具有高承载,它的的许用动载荷为120MPa,摩擦系数小≤0.12,摩擦过程中润滑剂可随时补充,在摩擦付表面均形成牢固的转移固体润滑膜,耐高温,抗污染耐摩损,寿命长、免维护、成本低等特点,特别适用于重载工况。

下面结合附图具体描述本发明的实施例:
由附图1所示本发明的单开缝自润滑关节轴承,轴承内圈(1)是由高强度铜合金铸件,经粗加工内孔和外球面,球面钻孔或穴,通孔或盲孔,内圈外球面均布占其总面积的20~30%的若干个孔穴(4),然后在孔穴中镶入多组份的固体润滑剂(3),如:碳、硫化物、软金属、聚四氟乙烯、氟化石墨等。之后粗车球面最后磨球面和内孔,轴承外圈(2)是由轴承钢粗加工内球面和外径、再经淬火处理最后磨内球面和外径在外圈内侧沿轴向磨两个小缺口,然后脆开单开缝(5)的外圈(2),内、外圈机械加工由轴承加工专用的传统设备及工艺即可完成,由附图2所示,用通过设计的一套组装胎具将外圈(2)单开缝胀开,但这时要求在弹性变形范围内,放入防划伤垫片(8),此垫片(8)可为铜网基聚四氟乙烯薄板或铜、铝垫片,用压胎(9)将轴承内圈(1)压入由胎胀开的单形缝(5)、轴承钢轴承外圈(2)内,将胀胎(7)和胀开的外圈放在支承套(6)中,在内圈球面两对应处放上防划伤垫片(8),放上内圈,在胀开的开缝处放入楔铁(10)限制开口,用压胎(10)把内圈(1)压入到外圈(2),同时退出胀胎(7),抽出垫片(8)、抽出楔铁(10)使开口处缓慢闭合,即组装成单开缝自润滑关节轴承,该轴承性能独特。该种轴承用于水电机组、水工金属结构、工程机械、运输机械、石油机械交通运输、冶会设备、农机等的机械行业轴承。

Claims (2)

1、一种单开缝自润滑关节轴承,包括内圈(1)、外圈(2),内圈的外球面均布占其总面积的20~30%的若干孔穴(4),孔穴中镶有固体润滑剂(3),其特征在于单开缝自润滑关节轴承为高强铜合金内圈(1)装入具有脆开单开缝(5)的轴承钢外圈的自润滑关节轴承。
2、一种按权利要求1的轴承的制造方法,其特征在于:胀胎压入轴承钢外圈(2),使其胀开一单开缝(5),将单开缝的外圈(2)和胀胎被入支承套(6)内,放上内圈(1),同时在内圈球面两侧垫上其硬度较小,具有一定塑性材质的垫片(8),并将限位楔铁(10)放入胀开的开缝处,用压胎(9)将内圈(1)压入外圈(2)内,同时退出胀胎,抽出垫片、抽出限位楔铁,使轴承外圈开口处缓慢闭合,即组装成整体的单开缝自润滑关节轴承。
