Abstract
本发明涉及一种油田注入水处理方法,其特征在于向将要注入地层的注入水中加入石灰;通过加入一定量的石灰,将注入水的pH值调到9.5至11,然后再对注入水进行常规处理,最后注入地层。经本方法处理的油田注入水,具有对油田管线和设备腐蚀性很小,不结垢,∑Fe和机械杂质含量低的特点。
Description
本发明涉及一种油田注入水的处理方法,属油田开采技术领域。
在油田开采后期,由于地层压力的减小,常需向地层进行注水,以保持一定的地层压力。在将水注入地层之前,必须将要注入地层的注入水进行一定的化学处理。现在油田普遍采用的注入水常规处理方法,是先向将要注入地层的注入水中加入缓蚀剂、杀菌剂和净水剂,经过沉降分离,加压过滤后,再加入阻垢剂,然后注入地层。但对于某些高矿化度、高钙或镁离子含量、高碳酸氢根离子含量的弱酸性注入水,经上述常规方法处理后,仍然存在着某些不足之处,如对油田管线及设备具有很强的腐蚀性和很强的结垢倾向,∑Fe和机械杂质含量高。
为了克服上述现有处理方法的不足之处,本发明的任务是提供一种新的油田注入水处理方法,使注入水具有对管线及设备腐蚀性小,不结垢的效果。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到,向将要注入地层的各种水质的油田注入水中,加入一定量的石灰,将注入水的PH值调到9.5至11以后,再按常规的方法对其进行处理,最后注入地层。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到,通过加入一定量的石灰,将注入水的PH值调到9.5至11,所加入的石灰,可以是氧化钙,也可以是氢氧化钙。
本发明所述的油田注入水处理方法与现有的常规处理方法相比,经本发明的处理方法处理过的注入水具有对油田管线和设备的腐蚀性小,不结垢,∑Fe和机械杂质含量低的特点。
附图是本发明油田注入水处理方法的流程图。
实施本发明的油田注入水处理方法,在注入水中加入石灰,将注入水的PH值调到本发明的要求值后,注入水中铁的各种价数的离子完全水解,形成絮状物,机械杂质被吸附在絮状物上,而一同沉降下来。通常有利于腐蚀性细菌生长的溶液PH值为5.5至9,而在PH值为9.5以上的溶液中,细菌不能存活,同时溶液的PH值在9.5以上,就消除了碳酸盐垢形成的主要阴离子--碳酸氢根离子。对于高矿化度、高钙或镁离子含量、高碳酸氢根离子含量的弱酸性注入水,经本发明的处理方法处理后,SRB为0个/ml,结垢量<0.04mg,∑Fe<0.12mg/ml,机械杂质为0.6mg/ml,腐蚀速度为0.00326g/m2·h年腐蚀深度为0.0037mm/y。

1、一种油田注入水处理方法,其特征在于向将要注入地层的注入水中加入石灰,将注入水的PH值调到9.5至11。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油田注入水处理方法,其特征在于向注入水中加入的石灰为氧化钙。
3、根据权利要求1所述的油田注入水处理方法,其特征在于向注入水中加入的石灰为氢氧化钙。
