本发明涉及电冰箱技术领域，具体涉及一种电冰箱门铰链。
背景技术
现市场上多数冰箱门密封条裸露，既影响美观，又存在卫生问题，需要一种成熟的内嵌式铰链，调整冰箱体与门的组合结构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术不足，提供一种利用偏心轴技术，使电冰箱门铰链轴位移，实施冰箱门的内嵌式安装。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种电冰箱门铰链，主要由固定板、轴承、方孔管、铰链轴组成，固定板圆弧形的一端设有凹坑，其另一端设有多个安装孔，轴承固定在固定板的凹坑中，轴承内圈一侧装有方孔管，铰链轴设有方头的一端插入方孔管腔内，另一端设有连接板。
所述固定板凹坑下端设有通孔，通孔直径大于轴承内圈直径。
所述轴承内圈的高度与方孔管高度相同，且低于固定板凹坑的深度。
所述铰链轴方头的下端设有轴肩，其连接板上设有多个安装孔。
本发明的有益效果是，一种电冰箱门铰链,结构简单，连接强度高，可轻松转动，易加工，且具有内嵌式铰链功能，使电冰箱体与门之间结合更加科学适用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例作本发明的进一步说明。一种电冰箱门铰链，主要由固定板1、轴承2、方孔管3、铰链轴4组成，固定板1圆弧形的一端设有凹坑11，其另一端设有多个安装孔13，用螺丝通过安装孔13将固定板1固定在冰箱体5上。轴承2固定在固定板的凹坑11中，轴承内圈21一侧装有方孔管3，使铰链轴4与轴承内圈21两者组合后可形成偏心轴技术，铰链轴4设有方头41的一端插入方孔管3腔内，使铰链轴4与轴承内圈21连为一体，另一端设有连接板43，连接板43固定在冰箱门52上。
所述固定板凹坑11下端设有通孔12，通孔12直径大于轴承内圈21直径，使铰链轴4有移动空间。
所述轴承内圈21的高度与方孔管3高度相同，且低于固定板凹坑11的深度，便于在固定板1上安装外罩。
所述铰链轴方头41的下端设有轴肩42，其连接板43上设有多个安装孔。
电冰箱门铰链的使用，冰箱门52关闭状态时，铰链轴4处在离冰箱体5相对近位置(见图2)，当开启冰箱门52时，随着冰箱门52开启的角度增大，在铰链轴4与轴承内圈21两者组合的偏心轴技术作用下，使铰链轴4与冰箱体5的距离逐渐加大，当冰箱门52转到与冰箱体5垂直位置时，铰链轴4处在离冰箱体5相对远的位置(见图3)。由于铰链轴4的位置可移动，冰箱门52与冰箱体5之间安装时可调整到较小的缝隙，其两者结合部的可设计为：密封条53比冰箱门52凸出，密封条吸体比51冰箱体5凹进，这样既可使冰箱密封条53隐蔽，不裸露，又不影响冰箱门52的开启和关闭。

1.一种电冰箱门铰链，其特征在于：主要由固定板(1)、轴承(2)、方孔管(3)、铰链轴(4)组成，固定板(1)圆弧形的一端设有凹坑(11)，其另一端设有多个安装孔(13)，轴承(2)固定在固定板的凹坑(11)中，轴承内圈(21)一侧装有方孔管(3)，铰链轴(4)设有方头(41)的一端插入方孔管(3)腔内，另一端设有连接板(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电冰箱门铰链，其特征在于：所述固定板凹坑(11)下端设有通孔(12)，通孔(12)直径大于轴承内圈(21)直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电冰箱门铰链，其特征在于：所述轴承内圈(21)的高度与方孔管(3)高度相同，且低于固定板凹坑(11)的深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电冰箱门铰链，其特征在于：所述铰链轴方头(41)的下端设有轴肩(42)，其连接板(43)上设有多个安装孔。
