本发明公开了一种用于锅炉除尘的高效滤纸。所述滤纸包括以下重量份数的原料:聚酰胺纤维100‑150份、玻璃纤维30‑40份、竹纤维20‑30份、酚醛树脂20‑30份、聚乙二醇10‑20份、聚醚10‑20份、聚硅氧烷5‑10份、丙烯酸乳液20‑30份、硬脂酸钾2‑8份和环状糊精10‑15份。本发明的滤纸可以替代布袋除尘器中的布袋,制备简单,价格低廉,过滤效果好,通过加入玻璃纤维和竹纤维,使得滤纸的机械强度高,撕裂度高,通过加入酚醛树脂、聚乙二醇、聚醚、聚硅氧烷、丙烯酸乳液、硬脂酸钾和环状糊精,改善了浆料的分散性,提高了稳定性;本发明的丙烯酸乳液具有良好的稳定性,具有防水功效。

背景技术
随着改革开放的深入发展与经济的快速增长,中国环境资源问题越来越严重。为适应全球可持续发展的趋势和中国的可持续发展目标,我国出台了一系列有关环境保护的政策、法规和措施,加大环保正常的实施力度,取得一定的成效。环境保护,正逐渐从政府专职转变为全民的共同事业。我国目前的环境状况可以概括为:局部有所改善,总体仍在恶化。环境污染和生态破坏日益成为我国经济和社会发展的重要制约因素,我国环境保护工作虽然取得多项进展,但形势仍然非常严峻。其中大气污染十分严重,我国大气污染属于煤烟型污染,以尘和酸雨(二氧化硫)污染危害最大,并呈发展趋势。煤炭是我国的主要能源,煤炭占能源总量的73%。目前,中国二氧化硫和二氧化碳排放量均居世界第二位,我国好多地区空气质量相当恶化,连续出现酸雨和雾霾天气。环境是人类生存和发展的基本前提,因此环境保护刻不容缓。
布袋除尘器是环保机器设备当中最常见的一种,因此结构原理简单,工艺参数要求较低,成为当前普及度最高的一种除尘器。对于除尘器使用的布袋来说,要求具有耐高温、质量轻、强度高、不吸水和表面光滑的特性,能够有效减少因为布袋吸水导致的堵塞,增加布袋使用效率和寿命,减少更换和清洗的频率。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于锅炉除尘的高效滤纸。
