Abstract
本发明是造纸施胶增效剂的制造方法。
近年以来,造纸施胶剂向阳离子分散松香施胶发展,即分散松香以一定的比例与阳离子分散剂混合施胶,本发明提供一种合成水溶性高分子施胶增效剂的制造方法,该方法是用烯类单体与丙烯酸共聚合,过氧化物为引发剂,在水或乙二醇乙醚,介质中聚合而成。该方法制备的施胶增效剂经使用效果良好,可使施胶效果提高2~3倍,产品成本有所降低。
Description
本发明是一种造纸施胶剂的制造方法。
施胶是使纸板获得抗水性能施胶剂的加工工序,施胶剂,通常有皂化松香胶,硬脂酸胶,石蜡胶,石腊松香胶,沥青胶,石油树脂胶等,还有合成胶料如烷基烯酮二聚体等,在上述胶料中以松香胶料用量最大,施胶效果以分散松香胶为最好。由于纸张用量大,对施胶剂的需求也大,由于松香资源有限,使得近年来松香价格不断上涨,近一段时期,国外已合成出一些新型施胶剂,合成施胶剂的共同特点是施胶效果好,但价格较高,只适合于特种纸施胶。近年来施胶剂有向阳离子型分散松香施胶发展的趋势,即将分散松香以一定的比例与阳离子分散剂混合进或将松香阳离子化进行施胶取得了良好的效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种由丙烯酸与烯类单体共聚合成一种水溶性高分子聚合物的制造方法。
本发明是通过如下的步骤实现的:丙烯酸类0.2~0.5mol,丙烯酸酯类0.1~0.4mol,苯乙烯0.2~0.6mol,采用过氧化物为引发剂,其用量为总量的1%~5%,在水,乙二醇甲醚或乙醚介质中于60-90℃温度下反应2-6小时,然后加入胺类中和至pH=8-10,最后加水调至固含量为20%,所得产物具有如下的物理指标:
外观 透明
颜色 淡黄
相对密度 1.12
粘度 100-200mPa.s
固含量 20%
pH值 8-10上述的丙烯酸类可以是甲基丙烯酸,丙烯酸酯类可以是丙烯酸甲酯、乙酯、丁酯等,加入的胺类可以是二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺,以及三甲胺等。
本发明所提供的施胶增效剂与松香施胶剂配合使用在同样条件和同样用量的情况下,其施胶效果可以提高2-3倍,加入增效剂的施胶剂比普通施胶剂的成本增加不多,因为浓度为20%的增效剂的成本比含量为50%的分散松香只稍微高一些,但是由于增效剂的协同作用使施胶剂减少了用量,所以总的来说降低了施胶成本,本发明所提供的增效剂能实现中性抄纸。
实施例一
丙烯酸0.3mol,丙烯酸甲酯0.4mol,苯乙烯0.4mol,过氧化苯甲酰3%(对单体总量),介质:乙二醇乙醚,上述单体混合在带有搅拌的三颈瓶中在温度80℃下反应3小时,加入三乙醇胺至pH=9,充分搅拌,最后加入适量的水使产物的固含量为20%左右。
实施例二
甲基丙烯酸0.2mol,甲基丙烯酸丁酯0.25mol,苯乙烯0.5mol,过氧化苯甲酰4%(对单体总量),介质乙二醇乙醚,上述单体混合物在有搅拌器的三颈瓶中在温度70℃下回流反应5小时,加入三乙醇胺至pH=9.5,充分搅拌,最后加入适量的水至产物固含量为20%左右。
Claims (1)
1.一种施胶增效剂的制造方法,其特征在于苯乙烯单体与丙烯酸类,丙烯酸酯类共聚,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,在水或乙二醇乙醚(甲醚)介质中聚合而成,引发剂用量为单体总量的1~5%,温度60~90℃,时间2~6小时,加入胺类中和至pH=8~10,得到含固量为20%的产品,其中,丙烯酸类为丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸,丙烯酸酯类为丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸乙酯,或丙烯酸丁酯,胺类为二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺或三甲胺。
