本发明涉及一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,它包括以下重量份数的原料组分:有机溶剂80~150份;橡胶基体20~30份;羟基丙烯酸树脂20~30份;乙烯基硫脲1~3份;抗氧化剂1~3份;增粘树脂5~10份;聚氨酯弹性体20~30份。通过将橡胶基体、聚(1‑乙烯基‑3‑丁基咪唑溴盐)、羟基丙烯酸树脂和增粘树脂等原料进行混合交联,具有很高的粘结强度和耐老化的特性。

一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物
技术领域
本发明属于胶黏剂领域,具体涉及一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物。
背景技术
现有使用的粘贴乒乓球拍胶皮覆盖物的粘合剂,多为采用的是溶剂型橡胶粘合剂,其中溶剂多为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、烷烃、环烷烃、卤代烃等影响人体健康、危害环境的有机溶剂。随着国际乒联等体育组织对乒乓球竞赛中严格限制使用上述溶剂规定的出台,一些生产厂商开始着手开发水基型、非溶剂型粘合剂。如JP2006169443A号专利公布的水基型粘合剂采用的是以PVA等水溶型树脂的水溶液作为粘合剂。此类粘合剂虽有一定粘合效果,但是由于粘合剂在贴合时对乒乓球拍覆盖物的润湿性能差、容易产生剥离,另外该粘合剂使用时干燥时间长不方便。JP07067994A号专利提供了一种类似于双面贴,以硫化橡胶薄膜作为基底,两面覆有粘合层的非溶剂型粘合剂。这种薄膜型压敏粘合剂虽然不象水基粘合剂那样需要长时间干燥,但是乒乓器材技术规范上对粘合层厚度有严格限制,硫化橡胶薄膜的制备以及粘合层涂敷等工艺较为复杂,制造成本高。粘贴乒乓球拍胶皮覆盖物的粘合剂应具有赋予乒乓球拍胶皮覆盖物更高的回弹性的功能。目前乒乓球拍胶皮覆盖物普遍使用的溶剂型粘合剂虽具有增弹效果,但是因为溶剂挥发快,增弹效果的维持时间较短,仅有几十分钟。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的一种技术方案是:一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,它包括以下重量份数的原料组分:
优化地,所述有机溶剂为乙醇与丙酮的混合物,其质量比为1:1~5。
优化地,所述橡胶基体为异戊二烯聚合物、顺式丁二烯聚合物、丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯丁二烯和氯磺化聚乙烯中一种或多种组成的混合物。
优化地,所述增粘树脂为松香、改性松香、萜烯树脂和酚醛树脂中的一种或种组成的混合物。
优化地,所述羟基丙烯酸树脂的数均分子量为10000~100000。
优化地,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,通过将橡胶基体、聚(1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑溴盐)、羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯弹性体和增粘树脂等原料进行混合交联,能够用于容置有机溶剂,提高其增弹时间,具有很高的粘结强度和耐老化的特性。

其制备方法为:将上述配方物质加入开放式炼胶机进行混炼搅拌即可(混炼温度为90~120℃)。

注:上表中的回弹高度测试方法是:将普通的乒乓球在30cm高度自由落体至胶皮上(采用现有的胶皮,其下表面依次形成1mm厚的上述粘合剂和1cm厚的乒乓球拍木板层)。

1.一种持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于,它包括以下重量份数的原料组分:
有机溶剂 80~150份;
橡胶基体 20~30份;
羟基丙烯酸树脂 20~30份;
乙烯基硫脲 1~3份;
抗氧化剂 1~3份;
增粘树脂 5~10份;
聚氨酯弹性体 20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙醇与丙酮的混合物,其质量比为1:1~5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于:所述橡胶基体为异戊二烯聚合物、顺式丁二烯聚合物、丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯丁二烯和氯磺化聚乙烯中一种或多种组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂为松香、改性松香、萜烯树脂和酚醛树脂中的一种或种组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于:所述羟基丙烯酸树脂的数均分子量为10000~100000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的持续型乒乓球拍胶皮粘接组合物,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
