本发明公开了一种高性能混凝土,材料包括普通硅酸盐水泥,粉煤灰,砂,碎石,添加剂等组分。本发明高性能混凝土,材料中添加粉煤灰作为基础填料,并配合砂,碎石等填料,有效提高了混凝土的强度,原材料容易获得,成本更低,同时施加减水剂,激发剂等助剂,有效改善了混凝土的综合性能,28天强度以及抗碳化能力均达到国家标准。

本发明混凝土领域,具体涉及一种高性能混凝土。
背景技术
随着环境保护的加强和固体废弃物资源化综合利用研究的深入,大掺量粉煤灰混凝土,在道路、桥梁、房屋建筑等工程中的应用越来越广泛。与此同时,各种复杂的工作环境对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的强度和耐久性提出了新的要求,即具备高性能。
粉煤灰,是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物。随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,成为我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。粉煤灰可资源化利用,如作为混凝土的掺合料等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高性能混凝土。
一种高性能混凝土,其特征在于,包括以下材料按照重量份配制而成:
普通硅酸盐水泥 30-45份
粉煤灰 5-20份
砂 15-20份
碎石 20-30份
添加剂 1-5份。
优选地,所述的粉煤灰是Ⅱ级粉煤灰。
优选地,所述的添加剂包括减水剂和激发剂。
优选地,所述的激发剂是由石膏和硫酸钠按照质量比为2:5混合组成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明高性能混凝土,材料中添加粉煤灰作为基础填料,并配合砂,碎石等填料,有效提高了混凝土的强度,原材料容易获得,成本更低,同时施加减水剂,激发剂等助剂,有效改善了混凝土的综合性能,28天强度以及抗碳化能力均达到国家标准。

普通硅酸盐水泥 43份
Ⅱ级粉煤灰 12份
砂 19份
碎石 22份
激发剂 2份
减水剂 2份。

普通硅酸盐水泥 30-45份
粉煤灰 5-20份
砂 15-20份
碎石 20-30份
添加剂 1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能混凝土,其特征在于,所述的粉煤灰是Ⅱ级粉煤灰。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能混凝土,其特征在于,所述的添加剂包括减水剂和激发剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高性能混凝土,其特征在于,所述的激发剂是由石膏和硫酸钠按照质量比为2:5混合组成。
