The foam flocs move upwards to the liquid level along with the water flow, and rise to the liquid level by the buoyancy of the foam flocs to form scum, so that the solid-liquid separation process of air floatation is completed. The clean water flow separated out of the flocs flows to the bottom of the pool in a turn-back mode from the liquid level, the clean water flow flows into the folded plate type inclined plate assembly in the middle, and in the system, the water flow is changed into a laminar flow system in hydraulics from turbulent flow. The water flow is very stable, and some non-floating micro flocs in the sewage can finish the floating process again in a calm environment. Even if the floating is not floated, the solid-liquid separation can be finished by falling on the folded plate type inclined plate. Clear water separated out of flocs flows above a sludge hopper at the bottom of the tank body, returns back again to pass through the triangular high-resistance clear water collecting assembly arranged upwards when reaching the middle part of the tank body, generates a water level difference of about 200 mm through the assembly, and can ensure that clear water collected by the triangular high-resistance clear water collecting assembly moves for more than 10 meters to reach a clear water chamber at the middle part of the tank body and is discharged to enter the next treatment unit.
The design point of the novel water body purification device is controlled at 30-40 cubic meters per square meter per hour, so that the operation efficiency is improved by three to five times. The reflux ratio of the novel water body purification device is 8-10% of the design point, and the operation energy consumption is reduced by three times. According to the design of the design point, the single treatment capacity of the water body purification device can reach 20000 cubic meters per day. The transportation size of a single water body purification device can meet the normal transportation requirement on the highway.
