Abstract
The invention relates to a saturated brine preparation device with a stepped salt bin structure, which comprises a water inlet, a liquid outlet, a barrel cover, a barrel body and a barrel bottom, and also comprises a water spray pipe and a stepped salt tank structure, wherein the water spray pipe is communicated with the water inlet and is fixed at the upper part of the barrel body, and water spray holes which are uniformly distributed are arranged below the water spray pipe; the stepped salt tank structure comprises a first-layer salt tank and a bottom-layer salt tank, the first-layer salt tank is of an annular groove structure, and the barrel body and the first-layer salt tank are of an integral structure; the bottom salt tank is of a circular structure, and the barrel bottom and the bottom salt tank are of an integral structure; a saturated brine tank is arranged between the bottom salt tank and the barrel body and communicated with the liquid outlet. The invention adopts the design of the multilayer salt bins with different heights, and can fully mix salt and water when in use; and the upper openings of the salt bins are arranged in a staggered manner, so that salt is conveniently added from the upper opening of the device, and the transparent barrel body is convenient for observing the dissolving condition of the salt. The device has the advantages of simple structure, sufficient mixing of salt and water, convenient operation and easy maintenance.

Technical Field

In the production process of sodium hypochlorite, saturated saline is required to be used for preparing 3% saline to be used as an electrolytic solution of an electrolytic cell. Moreover, the bubble method for preparing brine requires an additional gas generator, which is complicated in structure.
