Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于纳米技术的治疗肾阳虚阳痿的艾灸配方及灸疗贴,按照重量份计算,包括以下组分的纳米粉末:肉苁蓉27-40g,葫芦巴9-17g,阳起石29-38g,仙灵脾15-25g,巴戟天8-20g,炙黄芪28-37g,艾叶340-640g,金礞石28-37g,托玛琳28-37g,远红外纳米粉27-37g,磁石17-31g。本发明采取了上述方案后,该艾灸配方和灸疗贴的治疗效果更佳,且根据实践测试,其对肾阳虚阳痿具有良好的治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,涉及一种基于纳米技术的治疗肾阳虚阳痿的艾灸配方及其灸疗贴。
背景技术
艾灸:中医针灸疗法中的灸法。点燃用艾叶制成的艾炷、艾条为主,熏烤人体的穴位以达到保健治病的一种自然疗法。
艾灸产生于中国远古时代,因为它的作用机理和针疗有相近之处,并且与针疗有相辅相成的治疗作用,通常针、灸并用,故称为针灸。针灸治病在国内外有着深远的影响,但现代人说针灸,多数时候仅指针疗,已经很少包含艾灸的内容了。
是用艾叶制成的艾灸材料产生的艾热刺激体表穴位或特定部位,通过激发经气的活动来调整人体紊乱的生理生化功能,从而达到防病治病目的的一种治疗方法。
申请人2011年12月8日申请的,专利号为201120505846.2,名称为《一种可以随身紧固的经络调理装置及其紧固带》,公开了一种随身携带的艾灸装置,其主要包括灸疗贴片或者灸疗贴包和一个自发热袋,用以实现随时随地地进行艾灸。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的基于纳米技术的艾灸配方和灸疗贴,用以配合申请人的上述发明,实现更佳的艾灸理疗效果。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案如下:
一种基于纳米技术的治疗肾阳虚阳痿的艾灸配方,按照重量份计算,包括以下组分的纳米粉末:肉苁蓉27-40g,葫芦巴9-17g,阳起石29-38g,仙灵脾15-25g,巴戟天8-20g,炙黄芪28-37g,艾叶340-640g,金礞石28-37g,托玛琳28-37g,远红外纳米粉27-37g,磁石17-31g。
进一步地,优选的是,按照重量份计算,包括以下组分:肉苁蓉30g,葫芦巴10g,阳起石30g,仙灵脾15g,巴戟天10g,炙黄芪30g,艾叶440g,金礞石30g,托玛琳30g,远红外纳米粉30g,磁石22g。

进一步地,优选的是,所述灸疗贴为圆形或者方形,其直径为5-10厘米,厚度为0.2-0.6厘米。
本发明采取了上述方案后,该艾灸配方和灸疗贴的治疗效果更 佳,且根据实践测试,其对肾阳虚阳痿具有良好的治疗效果。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。需要说明的是,只要不构成冲突,本发明中的各个实施例以及各实施例中的各个特征可以相互结合,所形成的技术方案均在本发明的保护范围之内。
具体来说,本发明中主要应用了各类中药,其中:
肉苁蓉(学名:Cistanche deserticola Ma),别名疆芸、寸芸、苁蓉、查干告亚(蒙语)。高大草本,高40-160厘米,大部分地下生。花期5-6月,果期6-8月。是中国传统的名贵中药材。肉苁蓉味甘、性温,具有补肾壮阳、填精补髓、养血润燥、悦色延年等功效。肉苁蓉药食两用,长期食用可增加体力、增强耐力以及抵抗疲劳,同时又可以增强人类及动物的性能力及生育力。
主产于新疆、内蒙古阿拉善盟,甘肃、宁夏、也有分布。肉苁蓉是一种寄生在沙漠树木梭梭根部的寄生植物,从梭梭寄主中吸取养分及水份。
葫芦巴,二名法:Trigonella foenum-graecum。别名:苦豆、 香草、葫芦巴、芦巴子、胡巴、季豆、小木夏、香豆子、芸香草、苦 草、苦朵菜、香苜蓿。种子略呈斜方形,长3-5mm,宽2-3mm,厚约2mm。表面黄棕色或红棕色,微有灰色短毛,两侧各有一深斜沟,两沟相接处为种脐。质坚硬。气香,味微苦。
主要功效:温肾助阳,散寒止痛。
阳起石为硅酸盐类矿物,块状、致密的阳起石被中医认为性温咸,有温肾壮阳的功效,用来治疗阳痿、遗精、早泄等症状。
仙灵脾,中文学名淫羊藿。别名:箭叶淫羊藿,心叶淫羊藿,仙灵脾,仙灵毗,放杖草,弃杖草,三枝九叶草,锕丝草,肺经草,三叉骨,三角莲,三叉风,羊角风,牛角花,铁菱角,铁打杵,黄连祖,干鸡筋,千两金,刚前。多年生草本,高30~40厘米。根茎长,横走,质硬,须根多数。叶为2回3出复叶,小叶9片,有长柄,小叶片薄革质,卵形至长卵圆形,长4.5~9厘米,宽3.5~7.5厘米,先端尖,边缘有细锯齿,锯齿先端成刺状毛,基部深心形,侧生小叶基部斜形,上面幼时有疏毛,开花后毛渐脱落,下面有长柔毛。花4~6朵成总状花序,花序轴无毛或偶有毛,花梗长约1厘米;基部有苞片,卵状披针形,膜质;花大,直径约2厘米,黄白色或乳白色;花萼8片,卵状披针形,2轮,外面4片小,不同形,内面4片较大,同形;花瓣4,近圆形,具长距;雄蕊4;雌蕊1,花柱长。蓇葖果纺锤形,成熟时2裂。花期4~5月。果期5~6月。生长于多荫蔽的树林及灌丛中。分布黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、山东、江苏、江西、湖南、 广西、四川、贵州、陕西、甘肃。
主要功效:补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精,筋骨痿软,风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛;更年期高血压。
巴戟天,别名:巴戟、巴吉天、戟天、巴戟肉、鸡肠风、猫肠筋、兔儿肠。根扁圆柱形式圆柱形,略弯曲,长度不等,直径1-2cm,表面灰黄色或灰黄棕色,有的微带紫色,具纵皱及深陷的横纹,有的呈缢缩状或皮部横向断离而露出木部,形如鸡肠。质坚韧,折断面不平,皮部厚5-7mm,淡紫色,木部直径2-4mm。气微,味苦,略涩。
产江西、福建、台湾、广东、香港、海南、广西等省区。生于平 原路旁、沟边等灌丛中或平卧于裸地上;丘陵地的灌丛中或疏林下亦常见,但通常不分布至山地林内。分布于菲律宾和越南。
主治:肾虚阳痿;遗精早泄;少腹冷痛;小便不禁;宫冷不孕;风寒湿痹;腰膝酸软;风湿肢气。
功能:补肾助阳;强筋壮骨;祛风除湿。
炙黄芪,英文名:RADIX ASTRAGALI PREPARATA。本品为圆形或椭圆形的片,直径0.8-3.5cm,厚0.1-0.4cm。外表皮浅棕黄或棕褐色,略有光泽,可见纵皱纹或纵沟。切面皮部浅黄色,木质部黄色,有放射状纹理及裂隙,有的中心偶有枯朽状,黑褐色或呈空洞。具蜜香气,味甜,略带黏性,嚼之微有豆腥味。
功能主治:益气补中。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏。一般与党参等合并使用,主要用于补气之用。
艾叶,中药名,别称:艾蒿、家艾。为菊科植物艾Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant.的干燥叶。夏季花未开时采摘,除去杂质,晒干。
金礞石,中药名。为变质岩类蛭石片岩或水黑云母片岩。分布于河南、山西、河北等地。具有坠痰下气,平肝镇惊之功效。常用于顽痰胶结,咳逆喘急,癫痫发狂,烦躁胸闷,惊风抽搐。
托玛琳石是一种天然宝石,在矿物学中称为电气石,是一种含硼及成分复杂的硅酸盐矿物。一般为柱状结晶体形态。托玛琳既是一种晶体,又是一种电介质,还是一种带电的石头。
托玛琳具有保健功能特性。其中之一:具有生物电极微电流。对人体的各种细胞、各种组织(肌肉、神经等组织)和各种器官(心、脑等),在相对静止状态或活动状态时,都带有电位并发生电位变化,促进新陈代谢,具有调节中枢神经系统和植物神经系统,调节大脑皮层的功能,对心脏节律和血液循环,特别是微循环都有有益的改善作用;对于细胞膜细胞内外的体液调节,特别是负离子的调换、能量交换、信息交换都是一个良性的信号。其中之二。可使人体体液呈弱碱性,将身体调节到最佳状态;使活性氧无毒化,保证健康的内环境,抵御有害因子的侵扰;使细胞活化,保证新陈代谢正常进行;净化血 液,清除毒素;恢复疲劳,保证旺盛的精力;调节植物神经系统的平衡,保证内脏器官的正常运转;增强抗病能力,减少疾病的发生;具有镇痛、镇静作用;改善过敏体质,防止免疫变态性疾病的发生;延缓衰老,促进健康长寿。
远红外纳米粉是用特殊纳米复合技术精制而成的新型纳米复合远红外保健功能材料。经中国计量科学研究院检测,常温下在波长2-18μm范围内的红外发射率高达92%。日本在常温远红外技术的研究与开发处于国际领先水平,据日本专利介绍,远红外纺织品选用的陶瓷粉常温辐射率一般大于0.65,较好的大于0.75,最好的大于0.90。现在,远红外纳米粉的粒径可生产1250目-80纳米。
磁石,中药名。为氧化物类矿物尖晶石族磁铁矿,主含四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)。采挖后,除去杂石。该品为块状集合体,呈不规则块状,或略带方形,多具棱角。灰黑色或棕褐色,条痕黑色,具金属光泽。体重,质坚硬,断面不整齐。具磁性。有土腥气,无味。

其中,指纳米技术(nanotechnology),也称毫微技术,是研究结构尺寸在1纳米至100纳米范围内材料的性质和应用的一种技术。1981年扫描隧道显微镜发明后,诞生了一门以0.1到100纳米长度为研究分子世界,它的最终目标是直接以原子或分子来构造具有特定功能的产品。因此,纳米技术其实就是一种用单个原子、分子射程物质的技术。
从迄今为止的研究来看,关于纳米技术分为三种概念:
第一种,是1986年美国科学家德雷克斯勒博士在《创造的机器》一书中提出的分子纳米技术。根据这一概念,可以使组合分子的机器实用化,从而可以任意组合所有种类的分子,可以制造出任何种类的分子结构。这种概念的纳米技术还未取得重大进展。
第二种概念把纳米技术定位为微加工技术的极限。也就是通过纳米精度的″加工″来人工形成纳米大小的结构的技术。这种纳米级的加工技术,也使半导体微型化即将达到极限。现有技术即使发展下去,从理论上讲终将会达到限度,这是因为,如果把电路的线幅逐渐变小,将使构成电路的绝缘膜变得极薄,这样将破坏绝缘效果。此外,还有发热和晃动等问题。为了解决这些问题,研究人员正在研究新型的纳米技术。
第三种概念是从生物的角度出发而提出的。本来,生物在细胞和生物膜内就存在纳米级的结构。DNA分子计算机、细胞生物计算机的开发,成为纳米生物技术的重要内容。
当前纳米技术的研究和应用主要在材料和制备、微电子和计算机技术、医学与健康、航天和航空、环境和能源、生物技术和农产品等方面。用纳米材料制作的器材重量更轻、硬度更强、寿命更长、维修费更低、设计更方便。利用纳米材料还可以制作出特定性质的材料或自然界不存在的材料,制作出生物材料和仿生材料。
本实施例中,基于纳米技术的特性,将所有的配方都制成纳米粉末,其在作用时,方便药剂的散发和使用。

进一步地,优选的是,所述灸疗贴片为圆形或者方形,其直径为5-10厘米,厚度为0.2-0.6厘米。
并且,所述磁石的磁场强度为600-1500高斯。
临床试验如下:
试验1:周某某,北京人,男性,35岁,正常性生活功能减退,腰膝酸软、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷,利用该配方制成的灸疗贴连续使用3个月,症状明显减轻。
试验2:王某某,河北人,男性,30岁,因湿热下注、肝气郁结等所致,影响正常性生活,利用该配方制成的灸疗贴连续使用2个月,症状明显减轻。
试验3:吴某某,山东人,男性,40岁,因所处行业竞争残酷,压力过大导致其身心俱疲,精力衰退,夫妻生活不和谐,利用该配方制成的灸疗贴连续使用2个月,症状明显减轻。
本发明采取了上述方案后,该艾灸配方和艾灸片的治疗效果更佳,且根据实践测试,其对肾阳虚阳痿具有良好的治疗效果。

7.根据权利要求5所述的艾灸配方,其特征在于,所述磁石的磁场强度为600-1500高斯。
8.一种基于纳米技术的治疗肾阳虚阳痿的灸疗贴,其特征在于,所述灸疗贴的配方如下:肉苁蓉27-40g,葫芦巴9-17g,阳起石29-38g,仙灵脾15-25g,巴戟天8-20g,炙黄芪28-37g,艾叶340-640g,金礞石28-37g,托玛琳28-37g,远红外纳米粉27-37g,磁石17-31g。
