Background
Generally, a bidet is installed on sanitary ware, and after a person has defecated, the anus and genitals of the person are washed with washing water sprayed from a nozzle, and then dried with warm air supplied from a dryer.
The control part for operating the bidet is generally integrally formed at one side of the bidet, and performs various functions according to the operation of the defecation person, but because the control part is formed at one side of the bidet, the size of the bidet becomes large, and because of the restriction of the design space, there is a problem that the bidet is not located even.
Further, the process and structure of forming the control part on one side of the bidet are complicated, which not only causes a decrease in productivity, but also causes a problem that the bidet function is lost if the control part is damaged by carelessness of a defecation person.

a battery case on which the printed circuit board is mounted and fixed, and a mounting space for mounting a battery is formed at one side of the bottom surface;
an upper sealing member mounted on the upper surface of the battery case to receive the printed circuit board and blocking inflow of moisture and water;
an upper cover plate for accommodating the upper end of the battery box in a manner that the upper sealing component is tightly attached to the inner side surface;
a lower sealing member closely attached to the bottom surface of the battery case to receive the mounting space, and blocking inflow of moisture and water;
a lower cover plate which pressurizes the lower sealing member, is mounted on the battery case in a manner that the mounting space and the moving space are communicated, and is closely attached to the upper cover plate;
and a battery cover for pressurizing the lower sealing part and fixing the battery cover in the moving space.
According to the present invention, the battery case is installed between the upper and lower cover plates to separate the upper and lower cover plates, and the upper sealing member is installed between the upper cover plate and the battery case to block the inflow of moisture or water into the printed circuit board installed on the battery case, thereby maintaining the function of the remote controller and ensuring the safety of use.
Further, according to the present invention, the lower sealing member is installed between the battery case and the battery cover installed on the lower cover plate to block the inflow of moisture or water into the battery installed in the battery case, so that the loss of the battery can be prevented and the safety of use can be secured, and thus there can be an advantage in that the reliability of the product for the user can be improved.

The waterproof bidet remote controller 100 of the present invention includes the following configuration: a battery case 120 on which the printed circuit board 110 is mounted and fixed and in which a mounting space 121' for mounting a battery is formed at one side of a bottom surface; an upper sealing member 130 mounted on the upper surface of the battery case 120 to receive the printed circuit board 110, and blocking inflow of moisture and water; an upper lid 140 for housing the battery case upper end 120 so that the upper sealing member 130 is in close contact with the inner surface; a lower sealing member 150 closely attached to the bottom surface of the battery case 120 to receive the mounting space 121' and blocking the inflow of moisture and water; a lower cover 160 which is attached to the battery case 120 so as to communicate the attachment space 121' with the movement space 161 by pressurizing the lower sealing member 150, and which is in close contact with the upper cover 140; and a battery cover 170 for pressurizing the lower sealing member 150 and fixedly installed in the moving space 161. This is further specifically described below.
The battery case 120 includes: a case 121 formed with an installation space 121' in which the battery is installed; a step 122 recessed in the outer circumferential surface of the case 121 to allow the latching protrusion 162 of the lower cover 160 to be latched; a cartridge coupling protrusion 123 protruding from an upper end of the cartridge body 12 and coupled to the cartridge coupling groove 133 of the upper sealing member 130; and a mounting groove 124 recessed in the bottom surface of the case body 121 and mounting a lower sealing member 150.
The upper sealing member 130 includes: an upper sealing body 131 for accommodating the printed circuit board 110; a coupling protrusion 132 protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the upper sealing body 131 and coupled to the coupling groove 141 of the upper cover plate 140; and a case coupling groove 133 recessed in the bottom surface of the upper sealing body 131 to couple the battery case 120.
The lower sealing member 150 includes: a lower sealing body 151 having an interior thereof penetrated; and a mounting protrusion 152 protruding from the upper surface of the lower sealing body 151 and mounted to the mounting groove 124 of the battery case 120.
The lower sealing member 150 further includes: and a guide protrusion 153 protruding from the bottom surface of the lower sealing body 151 to guide the coupling of the lower cover plate 160 and the battery cover 170.
The lower cover plate 160 further includes: and a locking protrusion 162 protruding from an inner circumferential surface of an upper end of the lower cover 160 to lock the step 122 of the battery case 120.
The invention also includes: and a closing member 180 which wraps and closes the lower cover 160 or the lower cover 160 and the lower ends of the battery case 120 and the upper cover 140.

Here, the space 110 ' formed in the printed circuit board 110 and the through hole 131 ' formed in the upper sealing member 130 are coupled to the rib 121a protruding from the case body 121 of the battery case 120, and a separate fixing member (not shown) is fitted to the rib 121a through the through hole 131 ' of the upper sealing member 130, thereby fixing the upper sealing member 130, the printed circuit board 110, and the battery case 120.
After the upper sealing member 130 and the printed circuit board 110 are fixed to the battery case 120, the upper cover plate 140 is mounted on the upper sealing member 130, at this time, the coupling groove 141 formed on the upper cover plate 140 is coupled to the coupling protrusion 132 of the upper sealing member 130, and is coupled to the rib (not shown) formed on the upper cover plate 140 and the rib (not shown) formed on the case body 121 of the battery case 120, and then, a special fixing member (not shown) is assembled to the rib of the upper cover plate 140 through the rib of the case body 121 to be fixed.
The lower cover 160 is coupled to the case 120 in a state in which the mounting protrusion 152 of the lower sealing member 150 is mounted in the mounting groove 124 formed in the bottom surface of the case 121 of the battery case 120, and the lower sealing body 151 is closely attached to the bottom surface of the case 121 of the battery case 120.
At this time, the moving space 161 formed in the lower cover 160 and the mounting space 121' formed in the battery case 120 are communicated with each other on the same line, the engaging protrusion 162 of the lower cover 160 is engaged with and fixed to the step 122 of the battery case 120, and the pressing protrusion 163 of the lower cover 160 presses the lower sealing body 151 of the lower sealing member 150 according to the guide of the guide protrusion 153, thereby eliminating the gap.

In the remote controller 100 formed through the above-described steps, since the key 142 of the upper cover 140, the contact protrusion 134 of the upper sealing member 130, and the switch 111 of the printed circuit board 110 are located on the same line, a signal is transmitted to the transmission part according to the pressing of the selected key 142, and a function corresponding to the received signal can be performed when the signal is received at the reception part of the bidet.

an upper sealing member mounted on the upper surface of the battery case to receive the printed circuit board and blocking inflow of moisture and water;
an upper cover plate for accommodating the upper end of the battery box in a manner that the upper sealing component is tightly attached to the inner side surface;
a lower sealing member which is penetrated to closely contact the bottom surface of the battery case so as to accommodate the mounting space, has a cover protrusion groove formed in the bottom surface, and blocks the inflow of moisture and water;
a lower cover plate which pressurizes the lower sealing member, is mounted on the battery case in a manner that the mounting space and the moving space are communicated, and is closely attached to the upper cover plate;
and a battery cover closely attached to the bottom surface of the lower sealing member to pressurize the lower sealing member, having a cover plate protrusion installed in the cover protrusion groove, and installed and fixed in the moving space.
2. The waterproof bidet remote of claim 1, wherein the battery compartment comprises:
a case formed with an installation space for installing the battery;
the outer peripheral surface of the box body is recessed so that the clamping of the lower cover plate is protruded to be clamped;
a box combining protrusion protruding from the upper end of the box body and combined with the box combining groove of the upper sealing part;
and a mounting groove recessed in the bottom surface of the case body and allowing the lower sealing member to be mounted.

an upper sealing body for accommodating the printed circuit board;

4. The waterproof bidet remote of claim 1, wherein the lower sealing member comprises:
a lower sealing body, the interior of which is communicated;
and a mounting protrusion protruding from the upper surface of the lower sealing body and mounted in the mounting groove of the battery case.
5. The waterproof bidet remote controller of claim 4, comprising:
and a guide protrusion protruding from a bottom surface of the lower sealing body to guide the coupling of the lower cover plate and the battery cover.
6. The waterproof bidet remote controller of claim 1, comprising:
