Or the terminal 101 may also have a third application software installed therein, and the third application software may be used as a third party to set an entry of the scheduling function provided by the second application software in the first application software.
The terminal 101 may be a portable device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook Computer, etc.) or a Personal Computer (PC).
Exemplary method
In the following, in connection with the application scenario of fig. 1, a method for creating a calendar according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention is described with reference to fig. 2. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a schedule creating method provided by the present invention, where an execution subject may be a terminal 101 in an application scene overview, as shown in fig. 2, and the schedule creating method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s201, analyzing the content of the mail text, and determining the time information contained in the mail text.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mail body can be a mail content part except a mail header (such as recipient information, sender information, mail title, time information and the like) in the mail. In this step, the text content of the mail text can be analyzed, and the time information contained in the mail text can be analyzed. The parsing method can be implemented by using an HTML text extraction technology, a regular matching technology, and the like in the prior art, and details are not repeated here.
Further, the time information in this step may include date information, time point information, and the like.
S202, respectively generating an entrance of a preset application scheduling function aiming at least one piece of time information determined in the S201.
The embodiment of the invention aims at the condition that at least one piece of time information can be analyzed from the mail text. And respectively generating an entrance of a scheduling function in the preset application for each determined time information. By accessing the portal, a schedule can be newly created for the time at the portal using a scheduling function of a preset application.
S203, responding to the operation of accessing the entry generated aiming at any time information by the user, and creating a schedule aiming at the time represented by any time information for a preset application based on the date corresponding to the time represented by any time information, wherein the preset application is used for providing the schedule for recording the corresponding time.
In this step, the user may access the entry generated for any time information, and when it is monitored that the user accesses the entry generated for any time information, the schedule scheduling function of the preset application may be automatically invoked, that is, a schedule for the time represented by any time information is created for the preset application based on the date corresponding to the time represented by any time information, without manually selecting the date and time of the created schedule, thereby improving efficiency.
In this embodiment, for the date information analyzed in step S201, step S203 may be implemented as the following steps:
and in response to the operation that the user accesses the entry generated for any date information, creating a schedule for the date for the preset application based on the date characterized by any date information.
In this step, the schedule can be created for the date in the preset application, and then the date is used as the start time of the schedule, and the default is to create the schedule for the all-day event.
In this embodiment, for the time point information analyzed in step S201, step S203 may be implemented as the following steps:
and in response to the operation of accessing the entry generated aiming at any time point information by the user, creating a schedule aiming at the time point represented by any time point information in the date for the preset application based on the date to which the time point represented by any time point information belongs.
Further, the schedule may be created for a time point in the preset application, and then the time point may be used as a start time of the schedule, and the schedule may be created for an event at the time point.
In this step, when creating a schedule with a time point as a start time, it is necessary to determine the date to which the time point belongs, and when creating a schedule, it is directly skipped to the time point within the date to which the time point belongs to create, and it is not necessary to manually select the date. In this embodiment, the date to which the time point represented by the time point information belongs may be determined as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: in response to the analysis result in the S201 meeting the trigger condition that the date information exists before the appearance position of the time point information in the mail body, triggering to determine the date represented by the date information with the appearance position closest to the appearance position of the time point information as the date to which the time point represented by the time point information belongs;
step two: and in response to the analysis result in the S201 meeting the trigger condition that no date information exists in the mail body before the appearance position of the time point information, triggering to determine the receiving date of the mail to which the mail body belongs as the date to which the time point represented by the time point information belongs.
And the execution of the step one and the step two is not in strict sequence.
It can be seen that, in the parsing process in step S201, for the parsed date information, a schedule may be directly created for the date, and for the parsed time point information, a date to which the time point belongs needs to be determined, and a schedule is created for the time points in the date to which the time point belongs.
In this embodiment, an implementation manner is provided for determining a date to which a time point represented by time point information belongs, and for a case that the date information can be analyzed in a mail text and a position where the date appears is before a time point appearing position, a date that the appearing position is in a date before the time point appearing position and is closest to the time point appearing position may be taken as a date to which the time point belongs; in the case where the mail body can analyze the date information, but the position where the date appears is behind the position where the date appears at the time point, or the mail body does not analyze the date information, the date at which the mail is received may be the date to which the time point belongs.
Therefore, the specific time corresponding to the time information in the mail body can be automatically determined in the embodiment of the invention, so that when a user accesses an entrance generated aiming at any time information, the specific time corresponding to the preset application can be automatically positioned, and the schedule is created at the specific time, the user does not need to manually select the corresponding time for the schedule, the efficiency is improved, the error rate is reduced, and better experience is brought to the user.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of a schedule creating method according to the present invention, in another embodiment of the present invention, when a user accesses an entry generated for any piece of time information, a schedule may be created on a mail text display page, and an execution subject may be the terminal 101 in an application scene overview, as shown in fig. 3, the schedule creating method according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s301, analyzing the content of the mail body and determining the time information contained in the mail body.
S302, respectively generating an entrance of a preset application scheduling function aiming at least one piece of time information determined in S301.
The step can be embodied as the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and displaying the at least one time information according to a preset display mode.
In the first step, the determined time information in the mail body may be displayed according to a preset display mode, for example: bold display, underlined display, etc., without limitation. So as to prompt the user that the entry at the time information for the preset application scheduling function is operable.
Step two: and generating an entrance of a preset application scheduling function at a display position of each time information in the at least one time information.
In the second step, the entries generated for each piece of time information in the at least one piece of time information are all directed to the schedule function of the same preset application, but the corresponding times of the schedules created when accessing different entries are different, and are determined by the corresponding times of the accessed entries.
And S303, responding to the operation of accessing the entry generated aiming at any time information by the user, and creating a schedule aiming at the time marked by any time information for the preset application in the mail application on the basis of the date corresponding to the time marked by any time information.
In this step, when the time represented by the time information accessed by the user is a date or a time point, reference may be made to the embodiment of step S203 for corresponding specific embodiments, which are not described herein again.
And S304, displaying the created schedule in a display interface of the mail text.
In steps S303 to S304, when the schedule is created for the preset application, the creation may be directly performed on the display interface of the mail text in the mail application without entering the preset application. During specific implementation, bubbles can be directly popped up on a mail text page, and the created schedule is displayed in the bubbles. And the time of the created schedule is automatically determined, the user can directly input schedule content, and the created schedule and the corresponding schedule content are stored in the preset application by the execution main body after the schedule content is input.
In the embodiment, the schedule creating date is automatically determined, and the schedule content can be input into the mail text page, so that switching between two applications is avoided, and the efficiency is further improved.
S305, in response to the operation that the user accesses the entry generated aiming at any time information, acquiring the created schedule aiming at the date corresponding to the time represented by any time information from the preset application, and displaying the created schedule.
Since a schedule may have been created for the time corresponding to the time information in the preset application, in order to avoid conflict of schedules, the schedule created for the date corresponding to the time in the preset application may be acquired and displayed. In specific implementation, when a user accesses an entry generated for any time information, a created schedule of a date corresponding to the represented time of any time information can be directly acquired and displayed, or a sub-entry for acquiring the created schedule can be set in the entry generated for any time information, and when the user accesses the sub-entry, the operation for acquiring the created schedule is executed and displayed.
Further, the execution of steps S303 to S304 and step S305 are not strictly sequential. That is, when the user accesses the entry generated for any piece of time information, the created schedule for the date corresponding to the time represented by any piece of time information in the preset application may be acquired and displayed (i.e., step S305 is executed), and then the schedule for the time represented by any piece of time information may be created and displayed (i.e., steps S303 to S304 are executed).
Further, step S305 may not be performed.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a schedule creating method according to another embodiment of the present invention, in yet another embodiment of the present invention, when a user accesses an entry generated for any piece of time information, the user may enter a preset application creation schedule, and an execution subject may be the terminal 101 in an application scene overview, as shown in fig. 4, the schedule creating method according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s401, analyzing the content of the mail text and determining the time information contained in the mail text.
S402, respectively generating an entrance of a preset application scheduling function aiming at least one piece of time information determined in the S401.
And S403, responding to the operation of accessing the entrance generated aiming at any time information by the user, and switching to a preset application.
S404, creating a schedule aiming at the time represented by any piece of time information in the preset application based on the date corresponding to the time represented by any piece of time information.
In this step, when the time represented by the time information accessed by the user is a date, switching to a preset application and then directly jumping to the date to create a schedule for the date; when the time represented by the time information accessed by the user is a time point, switching to a preset application and then directly jumping to the time point in the date corresponding to the time point, and creating a schedule aiming at the time point. The method for determining the corresponding date for the time point may refer to the specific implementation of step S203, which is not described herein again.
S405, in response to the operation that the user accesses the entry generated aiming at any time information, acquiring the created schedule aiming at the date corresponding to the time represented by any time information from the preset application, and displaying the created schedule.
Further, the execution of steps S403 to S404 and step S405 is not strictly sequential.
Further, step S405 may not be performed.
