Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for upgrading an external program of a product, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the product to be upgraded is in communication connection with the computer through external equipment, and a plurality of I/O port states of each controller of the product to be upgraded are set through the external equipment; meanwhile, the state of the communication chip is set by using external equipment so as to prevent the interference among a plurality of processors in the product to be upgraded; the product is powered on, the state of each controller is checked through external equipment, the controller to be upgraded is ensured to be in a standby state, and other processors are in a normal power-on state; changing a communication signal of external equipment, and entering a communication standby mode; the computer sends a response signal to the product to be upgraded through the external equipment to confirm that the processor to be upgraded receives the data; the computer communicates with the product to be upgraded through the external equipment to finish the program upgrade of1 processor; and (4) powering off the product, switching and setting the state of the I/O port of the other controller of the product to be upgraded, and repeating the steps.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for upgrading a product program, and more particularly, to a method and a system for upgrading an external program that is simple to operate and does not damage a product.
Background
With the rapid development of modern electronic technology, electronic products are applied more and more, and the development and the upgrade of the products are more and more, and the internal program upgrade work is required.
At present, the traditional method adopts a Jtag port of a controller to upgrade programs, a product shell needs to be detached in operation, the operation is complicated and time-consuming, particularly for precision products, the quality of the products cannot be guaranteed under the condition that the field condition is not available, and the products are easily damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe product external program upgrading method which can be carried out without dismantling a product shell, can realize external program upgrading of a multiprocessor in a product, and is convenient and feasible without influencing the quality of the product.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for achieving the purpose is as follows:
a method for upgrading a program outside a product is provided, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, a product to be upgraded is in communication connection with a computer through external equipment, and a plurality of I/O port states of a controller of the product to be upgraded are set through the external equipment; meanwhile, the external equipment sets the state of a communication chip of the external equipment so as to prevent the interference among a plurality of processors in the product to be upgraded;
step 2, electrifying the product, checking the state of each controller through external equipment, and ensuring that the controller to be upgraded is in a standby state and other processors are in a normal electrifying state;
step 3, changing the communication signal of the external equipment, and entering a communication standby mode;
step 4, sending a response signal to the product to be upgraded through the external equipment, and confirming that the processor to be upgraded receives data;
step 5, the computer communicates with the product to be upgraded through the external equipment to finish the program upgrade of1 processor;
and 6, powering off the product, switching and setting the state of the I/O port of the other controller of the product to be upgraded, and repeating the steps 2 to 5.
The invention also provides a system for upgrading the external program of the product, which comprises a computer, external equipment and the product to be upgraded; wherein:
the computer stores an upgrading program;
the external equipment is connected with the computer and comprises a communication chip and an indicator lamp group;
the product to be upgraded is connected with external equipment, the product to be upgraded comprises a plurality of controllers, I/O ports of the controllers are connected with the external equipment, I/O states of the controllers are set through the external equipment and are in communication connection with a computer, an upgrading program is obtained, and program upgrading of the controllers is completed in sequence.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention connects the computer and the product to be upgraded through the external equipment, monitors the whole program upgrading process through the external equipment and the computer interface display, can upgrade the product program without dismantling the product shell, can realize the external program upgrading of the multiprocessor in the product, is convenient and feasible, and does not influence the quality of the product.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the system for upgrading the external program of the product of the present invention includes a computer, an external device and a product to be upgraded; wherein:
the computer stores an upgrading program;
the external equipment is connected with the computer and comprises a communication chip and an indicator lamp group;
the product to be upgraded is connected with external equipment, the product to be upgraded comprises a plurality of controllers, I/O ports of the controllers are connected with the external equipment, I/O states of the controllers are set through the external equipment and are in communication connection with a computer, an upgrading program is obtained, and program upgrading of the controllers is completed in sequence. The controller may be F2812.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for upgrading an external program of a product according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 1, setting a plurality of I/O port states of1 controller of a product to be upgraded on external equipment;
step 2, electrifying the product, judging the selection mode of the controller to be upgraded by checking an indicator lamp of the external equipment, and ensuring that the controller needing program upgrading is in a standby state;
and electrifying the product, and observing the state indication condition of the controller on the external equipment to ensure that the processor to be upgraded is in a standby state and other processors are in a normal electrifying state. Special attention is paid to the initialization state of the other processors so as not to affect the controller to be programmed and upgraded. All I/O port conditions associated with step 1 should be monitored.
Step 3, changing the communication signal of the external equipment, and entering a communication standby mode;
and changing the states of I/O ports GPIOF4 and GPIOF5 of the controller to be upgraded to ensure that the communication standby mode is entered.
Step 4, sending a response signal, and determining whether the internal processor receives data;
and checking the SDflash interface to determine whether the data is received or not by connecting with the computer so as to determine the successful connection.
Step 5, communication is carried out, and program upgrading of1 processor is completed;
and connecting the software upgrading device with a computer, checking a program upgrading progress bar on the SDflash interface, and finishing program upgrading.
And 6, powering off the product, switching and setting the state of an I/O port of another controller, and repeating the steps 2 to 5. Thereby completing the upgrade of all controllers.
With the increase of the functional requirements of products, each I/O port of the controller will be used, taking F2812 controller as an example, program upgrade needs to use the GPIOF port of the controller, so the state setting of the GPIOF port is very important, and not only needs to consider the level requirement of the GPIOF port in program upgrade, but also needs to consider the state of the GPIOF port and the GPIOF port relationship among multiple controllers when the products are working.
The GPIOF2, GPIOF3, GPIOF4 and GPIOF12 ports of each controller of a product to be upgraded are led out to external equipment, the GPIOF ports are uniformly distributed through the external equipment, for example, the level of the GPIOF ports is set through each switch according to the following table and is output to the controller to be upgraded, and meanwhile, the lead relation of the GPIOF ports corresponding to other controllers is disconnected, so that the other controllers are in a normal power-on working state, and the functions of the controllers are not influenced.
The external device sets the states of GPIOF4, GPIOF3, GPIOF2 and GPIOF12 of one F2812 controller of the product to be upgraded and sets the state of the communication chip of the product, thereby effectively preventing interference among a plurality of processors, especially interference of initialization states among a plurality of processors. The external equipment can display the state of each I/O port of the controller and judge whether the controller is upgraded or not according to the state indicator lamp.
It will be understood that modifications and variations can be made by persons skilled in the art in light of the above teachings and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (2)
1. A method for upgrading a program external to a product, comprising the steps of:
step 1, a product to be upgraded is in communication connection with a computer through external equipment, and a plurality of I/O port states of a controller of the product to be upgraded are set through the external equipment; meanwhile, the state of the communication chip is set by using external equipment so as to prevent the interference among a plurality of controllers in the product to be upgraded;
step 2, electrifying the product, checking the state of each controller through external equipment, and ensuring that the controller to be upgraded is in a standby state and other controllers are in a normal electrifying state;
step 3, changing the communication signal of the external equipment, and entering a communication standby mode;
step 4, sending a response signal to the product to be upgraded through the external equipment, and confirming that the controller to be upgraded receives data;
step 5, the computer communicates with the product to be upgraded through the external equipment to finish the program upgrade of1 controller;
and 6, powering off the product, switching and setting the state of the I/O port of the other controller of the product to be upgraded, and repeating the steps 2 to 5.
2. A system for external program upgrade of a product based on the method for external program upgrade of a product according to claim 1, comprising a computer, an external device and a product to be upgraded; wherein:
the computer stores the program to be upgraded;
the external equipment is connected with the computer and comprises a communication chip and an indicator lamp group;
the product to be upgraded is connected with external equipment, the product to be upgraded comprises a plurality of controllers, I/O ports of the controllers are connected with the external equipment, I/O states of the controllers are set through the external equipment and are in communication connection with a computer, an upgrading program is obtained, and program upgrading of the controllers is completed in sequence.
