交错齿形保温砌块及保温墙体砌筑方法,交错齿形保温砌块,包括交错齿形保温主砌块和交错齿形保温配砌块,交错齿形保温主砌块一侧设为不等高锯齿形,另一侧设为平直,不等高锯齿形侧中间设有一个大突出接口,不等高锯齿形一侧的两端设有两个小突出接口,大突出接口和小突出接口之间设有凹进接口;在平直侧内部设置有非接口侧横向保温板,不等高锯齿形侧的大突出接口的内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板;交错齿形保温配砌块设置为“L”型,一侧为非接口端,另一侧为接口端,接口端设置有一个小突出接口,非接口端内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板,交错齿形保温主砌块上的凹进接口和凸出接口能使交错齿形保温主砌块能紧密咬合,保温墙体整体性好。

技术领域
本发明属于墙体保温技术领域,具体涉及到交错齿形保温砌块及墙体砌筑方法,特别涉及可避免砌块的非保温部位、砌筑接缝的热桥效应的交错齿形保温砌块及墙体砌筑方法。
背景技术
砌块的生产和应用与资源、能源、生态环境及居住状况有密切的关系。我国新型墙体材料的发展、产品结构调整、装备技术水平的提升、产品性能和质量的提高、施工应用技术的完善,都将进一步推动我国建材与建筑节能事业的发展,并对我国可持续发展战略的实施产生积极地作用。砌块建筑作为一种适合我国国情的建筑形式,其优越性主要表现在:抗震性能较为突出 ;施工技术方便、速度快 ;对于减轻建筑物自重、提高砌筑效率、节约材料、减少运输量和降低工程造价都有重要作用,这无疑有着广阔的前景。
目前研究开发的自保温砌块有中国专利号 201110107200.3 公开了一种名称为“一种复合自保温砌块”发明专利 ;中国专利号 201010247051.6 公开了一种名称为“X 形自保温砌块”的发明专利 ;中国专利号 200910020920.9公开了一种名称为“外墙自保温砌块”发明专利 ;中国专利号 201010210598.9 公开了一种名称为“泡沫混凝土夹心自保温砌块”的发明专利 ;中国专利号 200910185178.7 公开了一种名称为“非同质混凝土复合自保温砌块”发明专利 ;中国专利号 201010555170.8 公开了一种名称为“无热桥格构式自保温砌块”的发明专利 ;中国专利号 201110277104.3 公开了一种名称为“轻质粉煤灰多排孔自保温砌块”发明专利 ;中国专利号 201110364481.0 公开了一种名称为“一种混凝土自保温砌块”的发明专利;然而这些专利同样存在下面的缺陷:自保温砌块的接缝处的热桥无法得到有效解决,在砌体结构中,单一的砌块墙体在砌块的非保温部位、砌筑的接缝等部位存在热桥,使保温效果不理想,节能效果也不突出。
因此,隔断单一保温砌块材料的热桥,提高砌块的外墙保温性能,对建筑物的保温节能和绿色生态环境具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明提供一种交错齿形保温砌块及墙体砌筑方法,采用单一的保温砌块,不采用其它的保温层就可避免砌块的非保温部位、砌筑接缝等部位的热桥效应,提高了外墙的保温效果,有效地解决了建筑节能的问题,并且砌筑过程采用干作业,施工简单方便经济,能够适用于不同的自保温墙体的要求。
本发明的目的是由如下方案实现的:交错齿形保温砌块,包括交错齿形保温主砌块和交错齿形保温配砌块,所述交错齿形保温主砌块包括非接口侧横向保温板、突出大接口横向保温板、凹进接口、大突出接口和小突出接口;
所述交错齿形保温主砌块一侧设置为不等高锯齿形,且另一侧设置为平直,不等高锯齿形侧中间设置有一个大突出接口,不等高锯齿形一侧的两端设置有两个小突出接口,大突出接口和小突出接口之间设置有凹进接口;在平直侧内部设置有非接口侧横向保温板,不等高锯齿形侧的大突出接口的内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板;
所述交错齿形保温配砌块设置为“L”型,一侧为非接口端,另一侧为接口端,接口端设置有一个小突出接口,非接口端内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述交错齿形保温主砌块和交错齿形保温配砌块的小突出接口尺寸设置相同。
交错齿形保温砌块的保温墙体砌筑方法,包括一字形保温墙体砌筑方法、L形保温墙体砌筑方法、L形保温墙体砌筑方法和十字形保温墙体墙体砌筑方法;
所述一字形保温墙体砌筑方法具体是指:若干个交错齿形保温主砌块正反交错设置而成,每一行的最外端的交错齿形保温主砌块的两端分别设置有交错齿形保温配砌块,且交错齿形保温配砌块的小突出接口 插设在相邻交错齿形保温主砌块的凹进接口内;相邻交错齿形保温主砌块正反交错设置,其中一个交错齿形保温主砌块中的小突出接口插设在另一个交错齿形保温主砌块的凹进接口内;
一字型保温墙体的内外层均形成保温层,保温层是指若干行,若干个交错齿形保温主砌块在正反交错设置时,若干行交错齿形保温主砌块中的非接口侧横向保温板和若干行交错齿形保温主砌块中的突出大接口横向保温板构成,且一字型保温墙体的内层非接口侧横向保温板与一字型保温墙体的外层突出大接口横向保温板 对应设置;
每一行相邻交错齿形保温主砌块之间的水平接缝相互错开,相邻交错齿形保温主砌块之间的水平接缝是指:其中一个交错齿形保温主砌块的小突出接口插入到另一个交错齿形保温主砌块中的凹进接口处;
相邻两行的若干个交错齿形保温主砌块的接缝错开;每隔一行的若干个交错齿形保温主砌块间的接缝上下对齐,每一行若干个交错齿形保温配砌块间的竖向接缝相互错开,且均与上下行若干个交错齿形保温配砌块间的接缝错开,每隔一行的若干个交错齿形保温主砌块的接缝上下对齐;
所述L形保温墙体砌筑方法具体是指每一行的纵横保温墙体砌筑方法与一字型保温墙体的砌筑方法相同,在砌筑过程中,奇数行先砌纵保温墙再砌横保温墙;偶数行先砌横保温墙再砌纵保温墙,每一行的纵横保温墙,交错施工,纵向保温墙和横向保温墙交接处相互咬合;
所述T形保温墙体砌筑方法具体是指每一行纵横保温墙体砌筑方法与一字型保温墙体的砌筑方法相同,在砌筑过程中,奇数行先砌纵保温墙再砌横保温墙;偶数行先砌横保温墙再砌纵保温墙,纵向保温墙分两段进行砌筑,每一行的纵横保温墙交错施工,纵向保温墙和横向保温墙交接处相互咬合;

与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果在于:砌筑保温墙体的所有水平和竖向接缝相互错开,不采用其它的保温层就可避免砌块的非保温部位、砌筑的接缝等部位的热桥效应;交错齿形保温主砌块上的凹进接口和凸出接口能使交错齿形保温主砌块能紧密咬合,保温墙体整体性好;交错齿形保温主砌块和交错齿形保温配砌块体形较大,在很大程度上加快了施工速度;砌筑过程采用干作业施工,施工简单方便经济,能够适用于不同的自保温墙体的要求。

所述交错齿形保温主砌块一侧设置为不等高锯齿形,且另一侧设置为平直,不等高锯齿形侧中间设置有一个大突出接口4,不等高锯齿形一侧的两端设置有两个小突出接口5,大突出接口4和小突出接口5之间设置有凹进接口3;在平直侧内部设置有非接口侧横向保温板1,不等高锯齿形侧的大突出接口4的内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板2;

所述交错齿形保温配砌块设置为“L”型,一侧为非接口端,另一侧为接口端,接口端设置有一个小突出接口(5),非接口端内部设置有突出大接口横向保温板(2)。
