本发明属于管道防腐技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐候性防腐胶带,该防腐胶带的胶层是有以下原料制备而成:环氧树脂、丁基橡胶粉、磷酸锌、黑云母、罗丹明B、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、硼化硅、β‑(3,5‑二叔丁基‑4‑羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、聚乙二醇。本发明制备的产品耐候性好,使用寿命长,应用于需要保护的管道等材质上时,能够瞬间达到初黏强度。

本发明属于管道防腐技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐候性防腐胶带。
背景技术
防腐胶带是指用于防腐缠绕使用的胶粘带,耐真菌、耐细菌的胶带,具有很好的抗冲击强度、良好的韧性和拉伸强度,具有耐潮湿、耐热膨胀、耐磨损的特点。聚乙烯防腐胶带是由聚乙烯基材和胶层组成的防腐用工业型胶带,主要应用于石油、天然气传输、化工、城市建设中的给排水和煤气输送等埋地钢质管道的外表面防腐,具有施工方便、无污染等特点。但聚乙烯防腐胶带在运行过程中,会因为增塑剂迁移变脆、微生物侵蚀变疏松,老化快,褪色及粉化等弱点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种高耐候性防腐胶带。
本发明为了实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成,所述胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂40-50份、丁基橡胶粉22-30份、磷酸锌3-5份、黑云母1-2份、罗丹明B0.5-2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐0.8-1.5份、硼化硅5-7份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯3-5份、聚乙二醇1-2份。
进一步的,所述基层为聚乙烯膜片;所述聚乙烯膜片预先涂抹一层处理液。
进一步的,所述处理液是由贻贝黏蛋白1份、乙醇6份及聚乙烯乙酸酯10份。
上述处理液的涂抹量为5-10g/ m3
进一步的,所述胶层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
本发明的有益效果为;制备的产品耐候性好,使用寿命长,应用于需要保护的管道等材质上时,能够瞬间达到初黏强度。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,应该明白的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1
一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成:
胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂40份、丁基橡胶粉28份、磷酸锌5份、黑云母1份、罗丹明B0.5份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.5、硼化硅5份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯5份、聚乙二醇1份;
基层为按照5-10g/ m3的涂抹量预先涂抹一层处理液的聚乙烯膜片(厚度为0.2mm),胶层的厚度为0.6mm;
所述处理液是由贻贝黏蛋白1份、乙醇6份及聚乙烯乙酸酯10份。
实施例2
一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成:
胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂46份、丁基橡胶粉30份、磷酸锌4份、黑云母2份、罗丹明B1.2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.3、硼化硅7份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯4份、聚乙二醇2份;

一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成:
胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂50份、丁基橡胶粉22份、磷酸锌3份、黑云母2份、罗丹明B2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐0.8、硼化硅6份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯3份、聚乙二醇2份;
基层的组成及处理方式同实施例1。

胶层组成同实施例2。
基层为不预先涂抹处理液的聚乙烯膜片。

对比例2
一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成:
胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂46份、丁基橡胶粉30份、磷酸锌4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.3、硼化硅7份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯4份;
基层为不预先涂抹处理液的聚乙烯膜片。
(一)性能检测
1.将实施例1-4及对比例1-2按照《钢制管道聚乙烯胶粘带防腐层技术标准》进行相关性能的检测,基层聚乙烯膜片的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均符合标准,具体测定结果见表1。

进行上述测定时,当组分中仅采用单一的环氧树脂或采用单一的丁基橡胶粉时,各项性能均下降5-8%。
2、模拟缺氧的土壤环境下,由于在此环境下,微生物、细菌活动频繁,人工添加硫酸盐还原菌、硫氧化菌、铁细菌,使其微生物等的浓度远远大于实际的施工环境,将缠绕防腐胶带后的钢管埋于该土壤环境下,相同时间下,对比例制备的防腐胶带取出晾干后变脆有粉化现象,而实施例4的较对比例状况减轻,而实施例1-3制备的防腐胶带无明显变化。

1.一种高耐候性防腐胶带,由基层和胶层两部分组成,其特征在于,所述胶层是由以下重量份原料组成:环氧树脂40-50份、丁基橡胶粉22-30份、磷酸锌3-5份、黑云母1-2份、罗丹明B0.5-2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐0.8-1.5份、硼化硅5-7份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯3-5份、聚乙二醇1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐候性防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述基层为聚乙烯膜片;所述聚乙烯膜片预先涂抹一层处理液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高耐候性防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述处理液是由贻贝黏蛋白1份、乙醇6份及聚乙烯乙酸酯10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高耐候性防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述处理液的涂抹量为5-10g/ m3
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高耐候性防腐胶带,其特征在于,所述胶层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
