本发明属于建筑技术领域,特别涉及一种环保水泥砖。
背景技术
现在,随着国民经济的快速发展、基础建设的大力投入,目前,粉煤灰可与水泥混合使用,但生产的混合水泥早期强度低而掺加量一般较小,否则制品强度无法达到国家标准的要求。因此粉煤灰的利用率一直很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保水泥砖,解决了粉煤灰的利用率的问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保水泥砖,所述水泥砖的原料为粉煤灰和液体活化剂,所述主原料包括:80重量份的粉煤灰、4重量份的液体活化剂、10重量份的石灰、2重量份的沙子。
优选地,所述主原料还包括20重量份的铁屑。
优选地,所述液体活化剂为生石灰、熟石灰、KOH、NaOH 和强碱弱酸盐。
本发明采用以上的环保水泥砖,减少粉煤灰排放污染,具有很高的稳定性,耐久性和抗化学侵蚀性,强度高。
