技术领域
本发明涉及指中医药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸及其制备方法。
背景技术
感冒是一种常见病，西医认为感冒是由感冒病毒引起的一类疾病，常伴有发热、浑身疼痛、鼻塞、咽喉痒痛、咳嗽等症状。感冒的发病率较高，全年皆可发病，冬春季较多。西医治疗感冒一般采用抗病毒药、解热镇痛药之类，这类药物容易产生抗药性，副作用加大，且治疗效果往往不理想。
中医把感冒归为外感(外邪)疾病，其中包括现代医学的上呼吸道感染和流行性感冒。中医采用辨证疗法，将感冒根据起因分为风寒感冒、风热感冒、气虚性感冒等多种。其中，气虚性感冒，传统中医认为是由于卫气不固，外感风寒，气虚托送无力，邪不易解，恶寒较甚，发热，无汗，身楚倦怠，咳嗽，咳痰无力、舌苔淡白，脉浮无力。治则益气解表，方剂用参苏饮。
但是，由于多方面原因，现有的中医处方对气虚性感冒的治疗效果往往不尽理想。目前，还没有能够有效治疗气虚性感冒的中药成分的中药丸。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷，并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸及其制备方法，所述中药丸能够有效治疗气虚性感冒，不易复发。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸，其中，包含以下重量份的原料：
人参1-3、白术8-12、太子参5-7、甘草8-12、茯苓8-12、葱白10-12、桂枝10-15、荆芥8-12、防风4-6、白芷5-7、生姜9-12、清半夏3-5、白前8-12、川贝母2-4、海蛤壳5-7、竹沥14-18、桑白皮8-12、枇杷叶8-12、陈皮2-4、桔梗5-7以及炼蜜40-80。
优选的是，所述的治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸中，包含以下重量份的原料：
人参2、白术10、太子参6、甘草10、茯苓10、葱白11、桂枝12、荆芥10、防风5、白芷6、生姜10、清半夏4、白前10、川贝母3、海蛤壳6、竹沥16、桑白皮10、枇杷叶10、陈皮3、桔梗6以及炼蜜60。
一种治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸的制备方法，其中，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、白术、太子参、甘草、茯苓、桂枝、荆芥、防风、白芷、清半夏、白前、川贝母、海蛤壳、桑白皮、枇杷叶、陈皮、葱白、生姜以及桔梗烘干，粉碎，过100-150目筛，得到药粉；
步骤二、将蜂蜜熬制5-15分钟，得到炼蜜；
步骤三、将炼蜜与药粉、竹沥混合，并和成膏泥状，静止20-40分钟后分制成丸状，即得所述中药丸。
优选的是，所述的治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸的制备方法中，步骤三中所加炼蜜的量以使所和成的膏泥能够成型且不粘手为准。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为气虚性感冒的原因是体质素虚，外感风寒乘袭，卫外不固，容易反复感冒或缠绵不愈，气虚无力驱赶外邪而引起发热、恶寒、头痛身楚、咳嗽、痰白、平素神疲体弱。治宜补气解表、止咳化痰。本发明中，人参，补气、补脾益肺、生津止渴；白术，补气健脾；太子参，补气生津；甘草，补脾益气、润肺止咳、缓急止痛、缓和药性；茯苓，健脾补气；葱白，发汗解表、散寒通阳、解毒散结；桂枝，发汗解表、温经通阳；荆芥，祛风解表；防风，祛风解表、胜湿、止痛；白芷，解表、祛风燥湿、止痛；生姜，发汗解表、温肺止咳；清半夏，化痰止咳；白前，祛痰、止咳；川贝母，化痰止咳；海蛤壳，清肺化痰、止咳；竹沥，化痰止咳；桑白皮，消痰平喘；枇杷叶，化痰止咳；陈皮，理气化痰；桔梗，祛痰。本发明通过以上多种中药合理配伍，补气解表、止咳化痰，使气虚性感冒得以治愈。
本发明根据对临床100例患者观察统计，按照每日2-3丸，每丸5-8克的量进行服用，每5-7天为一疗程，连续服用1-4个疗程，对气虚性感冒治愈率达到92％。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做详细说明，以令本领域普通技术人员参阅本说明书后能够据以实施。
一种治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸，其中，包含以下重量份的原料：人参1-3、白术8-12、太子参5-7、甘草8-12、茯苓8-12、葱白10-12、桂枝10-15、荆芥8-12、防风4-6、白芷5-7、生姜9-12、清半夏3-5、白前8-12、川贝母2-4、海蛤壳5-7、竹沥14-18、桑白皮8-12、枇杷叶8-12、陈皮2-4、桔梗5-7以及炼蜜40-80。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、白术、太子参、甘草、茯苓、桂枝、荆芥、防风、白芷、清半夏、白前、川贝母、海蛤壳、桑白皮、枇杷叶、陈皮、葱白、生姜以及桔梗烘干，粉碎，过100-150目筛，得到药粉；
步骤二、将蜂蜜熬制5-15分钟，得到炼蜜；
步骤三、将炼蜜与药粉、竹沥混合，并和成膏泥状，静止20-40分钟后分制成丸状，即得所述中药丸。
实施例1
1、称取人参20克、白术100克、太子参60克、甘草100克、茯苓100克、葱白110克、桂枝120克、荆芥100克、防风50克、白芷60克、生姜100克、清半夏40克、白前100克、川贝母30克、海蛤壳60克、桑白皮100克、枇杷叶100克、陈皮30克、桔梗60克，110℃烘干40分钟，粉碎，过100目筛，得到药粉。
2、取枣花蜜650克，文火熬制10分钟，使水分蒸发后剩余600克，即得炼蜜。
3、将炼蜜与药粉，以及竹沥160克混合均匀，和成膏泥状，静置20分钟。
4、将静置后的膏泥用制丸机制成每个为8克湿重的药丸，即得所述中药丸。
实施例2
1、称取人参25克、白术110克、太子参55克、甘草90克、茯苓110克、葱白120克、桂枝110克、荆芥90克、防风60克、白芷65克、生姜110克、清半夏35克、白前105克、川贝母35克、海蛤壳70克、桑白皮105克、枇杷叶110克、陈皮40克、桔梗55克，120℃烘干30分钟，粉碎，过150目筛，得到药粉。
5、取槐花蜜700克，文火熬制12分钟，使水分蒸发后剩余650克，即得炼蜜。
6、将炼蜜与药粉，以及竹沥170克混合均匀，和成膏泥状，静置25分钟。
7、将静置后的膏泥用制丸机制成每个为6克湿重的药丸，即得所述中药丸。
为进一步证明本发明的药物的临床疗效，选择100位患者进行临床观察。100例患者中，年龄最小者20岁，年龄最大者68岁，平均年龄52岁。
1、疗效评价标准：
治愈：感冒症状消失。
显效：感冒症状明显减轻。
有效：感冒症状较治疗前减轻。
无效：病情无任何改善的表现。
2、治疗方案：
每次服用所述中药丸1颗，每日服用3-5丸，每5-7天为一个疗程，服用1-4个疗程。
3、治疗效果统计：
100例患者中，一个疗程痊愈者56例，两个疗程痊愈者36例，显效2例，有效1例，无效5例，治愈率92％，总有效率达到95％。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。

3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸的制备方法，其中，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将人参、白术、太子参、甘草、茯苓、桂枝、荆芥、防风、白芷、清半夏、白前、川贝母、海蛤壳、桑白皮、枇杷叶、陈皮、葱白、生姜以及桔梗烘干，粉碎，过100-150目筛，得到药粉；
步骤二、将蜂蜜熬制5-15分钟，得到炼蜜；
步骤三、将炼蜜与药粉、竹沥混合，并和成膏泥状，静止20-40分钟后分制成丸状，即得所述中药丸。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗气虚性感冒的中药丸的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤三中所加炼蜜的量以使所和成的膏泥能够成型且不粘手为准。
