本发明所述一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，其特征在于：取威灵仙10‑20g、羌活10‑20g、狗脊10‑20g、海风藤10‑20g、牛膝15‑20g、细辛5‑12g、桂枝5‑12g、当归5‑12g、桑枝5‑12g、甘草5‑12g，加水煎熬，每日一剂，分早晚服用。本发明所述一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，经服用2个疗程后经治疗后，患者的腰骶髂颈疼痛、晨僵时间、膝关节痛、足跟痛、消瘦、发热、畏寒肢冷等症状较治疗前明显改善。

一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药。
背景技术
强直性脊柱炎(AS)又称为变形性脊柱炎、萎缩性脊柱炎、韧带萎缩性脊柱炎、竹节性脊柱病等，是一种病因不明的慢性进行性、独立性、全身性疾病。
中医学称之龟背风、竹节风、骨痹、虺痹等，属风湿病及痹证范畴。诸多医者从不同的角度对AS进行了研究。笔者以病因病机学说为基础，从“毒邪”角度对风湿病及各种疾病病因病机进行探讨，提出“毒邪致病”的学术观点，并作了初步探讨和阐述。经临床不断总结，逐渐形成了以“毒邪致病”为理论基础，以解释疾病病因病机的“七毒辨证法”(即风、寒、湿、热、瘀、痰、虚毒)和“攻毒疗法”(即祛、泄、解、制、搜、攻毒)。

为解决上述问题本发明提出一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药。
本发明所述一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，其特征在于：取威灵仙10-20g、羌活10-20g、狗脊10-20g、海风藤10-20g、牛膝15-20g、细辛5-12g、桂枝5-12g、当归5-12g、桑枝5-12g、甘草5-12g，加水煎熬，每日一剂，分早晚服用。
优选地，取威灵仙15g、羌活15g、狗脊15g、海风藤15g、牛膝18g、细辛lOg、桂枝lOg、当归lOg、桑枝lOg、甘草lOg。
优选地，取威灵仙10g、羌活10g、狗脊10g、海风藤10g、牛膝15g、细辛5g、桂枝5g、当归5g、桑枝5g、甘草5g。
优选地，取威灵仙20g、羌活20g、狗脊20g、海风藤20g、牛膝20g、细辛12g、桂枝12g、当归12g、桑枝12g、甘草12g。
本发明所述一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，经服用2个疗程后经治疗后，患者的腰骶髂颈疼痛、晨僵时间、膝关节痛、足跟痛、消瘦、发热、畏寒肢冷等症状较治疗前明显改善。
具体实施方式
实施例1。
本发明所述一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，其特征在于：取威灵仙10-20g、羌活10-20g、狗脊10-20g、海风藤10-20g、牛膝15-20g、细辛5-12g、桂枝5-12g、当归5-12g、桑枝5-12g、甘草5-12g，加水煎熬，每日一剂，分早晚服用。优选地，取威灵仙15g、羌活15g、狗脊15g、海风藤15g、牛膝18g、细辛lOg、桂枝lOg、当归lOg、桑枝lOg、甘草lOg。
用法：每天1剂，每剂煎3次，混合后分3次于早、中、晚饭前空腹温服。待病情缓解或不能接受汤剂服用者，可将上述药物打碎研末制成蜜丸或胶囊或散剂治疗。连服3月为1疗
程，一般需服2疗程或以上。
取患者，共100例。其中男88例，女12例；年龄9～56岁；病程15天-20年。
综合疗效标准：
临床缓解：主要症状体征基本消失，活动功能恢复正常，主要化验指标恢复正常。
显效：主要症状体征好转，主要化验指标趋于正常。有效：主要症状体征有所改善，主要化验指标数值有所下降。无效：未达到上述有效标准或加重者。
病患连续服用2个疗程之后，显效50例，有效15例，无效4例，总有效率为96％。
其中：中医临床症状体征消失或基本消失，证候积分减少95％。
显效：中医临床症状体征明显改善，证候积分减少在70％。94％。
有效：中医临床症状体征均有好转，证候积分减少在30％一69％。
无效：中医临床症状体征均无明显改善，甚或加重，证候积分减少<30％。
实施例2
优选地，取威灵仙10g、羌活10g、狗脊10g、海风藤10g、牛膝15g、细辛5g、桂枝5g、当归5g、桑枝5g、甘草5g。
患者资料赵某，男，37岁，或AS多年，晨僵、腰骶髂颈疼痛、膝关节痛，经服用本发明所述中药后，晨僵减少、腰骶髂颈、膝关节疼痛减轻。
实施例3
优选地，取威灵仙20g、羌活20g、狗脊20g、海风藤20g、牛膝20g、细辛12g、桂枝12g、当归12g、桑枝12g、甘草12g。
患者资料陈某，女，57岁，或AS多年，晨僵、膝关节痛、足跟痛、消瘦、发热、畏寒肢冷，经服用本发明所述中药后，晨僵、膝关节痛、足跟痛、消瘦、发热、畏寒肢冷症状减轻。

1.一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药，其特征在于：取威灵仙10-20g、羌活10-20g、狗脊10-20g、海风藤10-20g、牛膝15-20g、细辛5-12g、桂枝5-12g、当归5-12g、桑枝5-12g、甘草5-12g，加水煎熬，每日一剂，分早晚服用。
