Abstract

本发明公开了一种单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机,其结构组成为:油箱分两个支路,柴油经第一支路的电磁阀作为引燃燃料进入燃烧室。第二支路另一个电磁阀依次串接换热器、重整反应室等。来自第二支路的柴油与水在重整反应室进行混合,生成替代燃料合成气。合成气经第三电磁阀再与来自发动机进气口的空气进行混合,然后油、水、空气三者混合的燃烧气经过冷却器冷却后进入燃烧室燃烧。柴油一部分作为高活性燃料直接喷入气缸;另一部分作为低活性燃料的来源与水蒸气在重整反应室中形成合成气进入缸内预混。通过对合成气与柴油的预混比和喷油时刻的控制,能够大幅提高燃烧效率,有效降低NOx和碳烟的生成。

Description

单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机
技术领域
本发明属于内燃机结构技术,具体涉及一种利用尾气能量重整柴油、水蒸气制备合成气技术以及合成气、柴油RCCI发动机技术。
背景技术
反应可控压燃(RCCI)是发动机领域的一种新兴低温燃烧技术。相对于传统柴油机的燃烧方式,RCCI能够有效降低氮氧化物(NOx)和碳烟排放,与其它低温燃烧方式相比,RCCI能够解决低温预混燃烧不可控的问题。然而RCCI燃烧方式需要两套不同的供油系统:一种是进气道喷射低活性燃料,此部分燃料与空气直接预混形成均匀混合燃气;另一种是高活性燃料缸内直喷,此燃料作为引燃燃料在压缩着火后对预混燃气进行燃烧。因此此种供油燃烧方式在燃料添加方面存在极大的不便。
为解决上述问题,本发明利用尾气余热对柴油、水蒸气重整制备,合成的气体作为高、低两种活性燃料形成RCCI燃烧模式。不仅解决了燃料添加困难的问题,同时利用了发动机尾气余热,提升了能量利用率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一个利用尾气能量重整柴油、水蒸气制备合成单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机,能够对不同工况下的发动机进行合理的能量分配,提供最佳的燃烧环境,达到尾气能量再利用、提高燃料利用率和节能环保的目的。
以下本发明的技术方案予以说明:单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机,包括油箱、电磁阀、水箱、换热器、过滤器、重整反应室、进气口、以及排气口等。发动机分为柴油、水蒸气重整系统和反应可控压燃系统,其中柴油、水蒸气重整系统包括:油箱、电磁阀、水箱、换热器、重整反应室、排气歧管和排气口。反应可控压燃系统包括:进气口、冷却器、燃烧室、以及过滤器。
结构组成的技术方案是:油箱分出两个支路,柴油经第一支路的第一电磁阀作为引燃燃料进入燃烧室。第二支路的第二电磁阀依次串接换热器的工质侧、以及重整反应室;水箱依次串接第四电磁阀、换热器的水侧、以及重整反应室。来自第二支路的柴油与水在重整反应室进行混合,生成替代燃料合成气。合成气经第三电磁阀再与来自发动机进气口的空气进行混合,然后油、水、空气三者混合的燃烧气经过冷却器冷却后进入燃烧室燃烧。燃烧排出的高温气体通过排气歧管依次进入过滤器、换热器,烟气与油、水换热后经发动机排气口排出。
采用四个电磁阀门分别对喷油量和喷油时刻、控制重整柴油流量的分配、水流量和制备合成气流量的控制。重整热量由排气歧管中的高温尾气提供,在重整反应中,柴油与水蒸气的重整反应温度控制在450℃至700℃,在此温度范围下能够得到较高的重整度。柴油发动机的尾气排放温度能够达到700℃左右,完全能够作为热源对重整反应提供能量。通过控制柴油和水蒸气的比例可以调整生成合成气的H2和CO的选择性,可针对不同发动机工况提供合理的能量分配。
在本系统中,RCCI发动机系统由重整制备的合成气作为低活性燃料,与空气一起进入燃烧室,合成气与空气混合气的温度经由冷却器控制在110℃至150℃之间,而后在进气冲程进入发动机燃烧室内。通过柴油、水蒸气重整系统中的电磁阀门能够控制合成气与柴油的预混比以及柴油喷油时刻,为燃料在燃烧室提供最佳的燃烧条件。其中,合成气与柴油的预混比应控制在50%至75%之间,柴油喷油时刻应控制在上止点前45°CA至上止点前30°CA之间。
本发明的特点及产生的有益效果是,针对不同工况下合理分配合成气与柴油预混比例能够有效降低氮氧化物(NOx)和碳烟的生成,充分体现了发动机节能环保的设计理念。通过柴油、水蒸气重整系统以及RCCI系统,碳烟的排放能够达到欧Ⅵ排放标准,即NOx小于0.5g/kW·h,碳烟排放小于0.01g/kW·h,其中碳烟排放几近于0。声响强度能够控制在5MW/m2以内。

具体实施方案
以下结合附图并通过实施例对本发明的系统组成以及部件连接结构做进一步的说明。
单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机分为柴油、水蒸气重整系统Ⅰ和RCCI系统Ⅱ。柴油、水蒸气重整系统包括:油箱、电磁阀、水箱、换热器、重整反应室、排气歧管和排气口。RCCI系统包括:进气口、冷却器、燃烧室、以及过滤器。
具体组成为:油箱1分出两个支路,柴油经第一支路的第一电磁阀2-1作为引燃燃料进入燃烧室11。第二支路的第二电磁阀2-2依次串接换热器3的工质侧、以及重整反应室4;水箱6依次串接第四电磁阀2-4、换热器的水侧、以及重整反应室。来自第二支路的柴油与水在重整反应室进行混合,生成替代燃料合成气。合成气经第三电磁阀2-3再与来自发动机进气口7的空气进行混合,然后油、水、空气三者混合的燃烧气经过冷却器5冷却后进入燃烧室燃烧。燃烧排出的高温气体通过排气歧管8(图中虚线)依次进入过滤器9、换热器,烟气与油、水换热后经发动机排气口10排出。
利用燃烧室排出的废气作为对柴油与水进行加热,形成合成反应的热源。第一支路柴油作为引燃燃料直接喷入发动机燃烧室,此时第一电磁阀控制其喷油时刻。第二支路的柴油作为重整反应物,经排气余热加热后进入重整反应室。
第一电磁阀用来控制喷油量和喷油时刻;第二电磁阀用来控制重整柴油流量;第三电磁阀用来控制合成气流量,调节水和柴油的预混比;第四电磁阀用来控制水流量。
控制参数为:柴油、水蒸气重整反应的温度控制范围为450℃至700℃。替代燃料合成气与空气的混合温度控制在110℃至150℃之间。替代燃料合成气能量占输入总能量50%至75%。来自第一支路柴油喷油时刻控制在上止点前45°CA至上止点前30°CA之间。
本发明采用发动机尾气作为反应热源对柴油、水蒸气重整制合成气。柴油结合重整反应得到的合成气作为替代燃料完全满足RCCI发动机对低活性燃料的需求,并且重整反应物仅利用柴油(单一燃料)能够在燃料供给方面提供极大的便利。重整系统与发动机系统的结合能够有效回收尾气能量再利用,从能量利用角度是普通发动机所无法实现的。
在柴油、水蒸气重整过程中,调整合成气与柴油预混比不仅是对燃料能量的细致分配,也是对燃烧相位的有力控制,从而有效降低发动机的声响强度。在RCCI发动机系统中,合成气的低温稀薄燃烧能够有效降低NOx的排放,而合成气自身不具备大分子燃料成分,从根本上解决了碳烟排放的问题。这为发动机的节能、环保、高效和平稳运行提供了有力保证。通过对柴油、水蒸气重整程度、制备合成气与柴油的预混比和柴油喷油时刻的控制能够对不同工况下的发动机进行合理的能量分配并提供最佳的燃烧环境,达到尾气能量再利用、提高燃料利用率和节能环保的目的。
实施例1,控制重整温度为450℃能够得到H2/CO体积比为1:1的合成气,调节该比例下的合成气占总输入能量的70%并保证混合燃气温度为140℃,喷油时刻为上止点前43°CA,发动机燃烧效率能够达到96%,NOx排放低于0.5g/kWh,碳烟排放基本被消除。
实施例2,控制重整温度为650℃能够得到H2/CO体积比为7:1的合成气,调节该比例下的合成气占总输入能量的50%并保证混合燃气温度为120℃,喷油时刻为上止点前37°CA,发动机燃烧效率能够达到96%,NOx排放低于0.5g/kWh,碳烟排放基本被消除。

1.单一燃料源的反应可控压燃式发动机,包括油箱、电磁阀、水箱、换热器、过滤器、重整反应室、进气口、以及排气口,其特征是:发动机分为柴油、水蒸气重整系统和反应可控压燃系统,柴油、水蒸气重整系统包括:油箱、电磁阀、水箱、换热器、重整反应室、排气歧管和排气口;反应可控压燃系统包括:进气口、冷却器、燃烧室、以及过滤器,油箱(1)分出两个支路,柴油经第一支路的第一电磁阀(2-1)作为引燃燃料进入燃烧室(11),第二支路的第二电磁阀(2-2)依次串接换热器(3)的工质侧、以及重整反应室(4);水箱(6)依次串接第四电磁阀(2-4)、换热器的水侧、以及重整反应室,来自第二支路的柴油与水在重整反应室进行混合,生成替代燃料合成气,合成气经第三电磁阀(2-3)再与来自发动机进气口(7)的空气进行混合,然后油、水、空气三者混合的燃烧气经过冷却器(5)冷却后进入燃烧室燃烧,燃烧排出的高温气体通过排气歧管(8)依次进入过滤器(9)、换热器,烟气与油、水换热后经发动机排气口(10)排出。
