Abstract

本发明属于民用醇基液体燃料领域,具体涉及一种新型醇基液体燃料及其添加剂。针对现有醇基液体燃料质量低下、燃烧效率低、存在安全隐患等问题,本发明提供了一种新型醇基液体燃料,其组成包括:主燃成分70‑90%,辅燃组分5‑23%,复合添加剂5‑7%,并提供了一种醇基液体燃料用添加剂。本发明采用甲醇做为醇基液体燃料主燃组分,燃烧完全彻底、热能转换效率高;配合本发明特有的辅燃组分和复合添加剂,配伍组分来源丰富经济、便于存储运输,价格低廉,复配工艺简单,技术成熟,无三废产生,有效的保护了环境,本发明提供了一种清洁、环保、有发展潜力的替代燃料,具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。

一种醇基液体燃料及其添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于民用醇基液体燃料领域,具体涉及一种新型醇基液体燃料及其添加剂。
背景技术
目前的醇基液体燃料大多数是甲醇为主也有加入少量的工业乙醇,混配的醇基液体燃料由于甲醇热值较低,燃料消耗量从理论上讲是燃用柴油的1.8倍以上,但由于醇基燃料燃烧完全,再配置效率高的燃烧设备,使其热效率提高,甲醇燃料消耗量与柴油比完全可以达到柴油的1.3倍。所以在众多的清洁燃料中,醇基燃料由于具有来源广泛、丰富、排放低、燃烧彻底清洁卫生、节能环保深受用户的欢迎。
目前,醇基液体燃料市场混乱,缺乏各个环节的统一质量标准和使用规范;甚至一些生产经营者在醇基燃料中添加氧化剂,造成安全隐患或不应有的事故。有些醇基液体产品燃烧不充分,污染环境且增加燃烧成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为:现有醇基液体燃料质量低下、燃烧效率低、存在安全隐患等问题。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:提供一种新型醇基液体燃料,该燃料的组成包括:按体积百分比计,主燃成分70-90%,辅燃组分5-23%,复合添加剂5-7%。
其中,上述新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的主燃成分为甲醇。优选的,所述的甲醇为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的甲醇。
其中,上述权利新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的辅燃组分为C4~C10正、异构烷烃和C6~C9芳烃按体积百分比60-80:20-40的混合物。
其中,上述新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的复合添加剂组成包括:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
本发明还提供一种新型醇基液体燃料添加剂,包括以下成分:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用甲醇做为醇基液体燃料主燃组分,燃烧完全彻底、热能转换效率高;配合本发明特有的辅燃组分和复合添加剂,配伍组分来源丰富经济、便于存储运输,价格低廉,复配工艺简单,技术成熟,无三废产生,有效的保护了环境,并且,本发明的醇基液体燃料具有较高的汽化性和正效加和性。调和组分在复合添加剂均相汽化过程中所生成的过氧化物及裂变产生的自由基发生的氧化链反应,使自由基被化合成稳定的化合物,形成稳定的中心火焰燃烧状态,保证了燃料燃烧安全、充分、完全。因此,本发明提供了一种清洁、环保、有发展潜力的替代燃料,具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种新型醇基液体燃料,该燃料的组成包括:按体积百分比计,主燃成分70-90%,辅燃组分5-23%,复合添加剂5-7%。
其中,上述新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的主燃成分为甲醇。优选的,所述的甲醇为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的甲醇。
其中,上述新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的辅燃组分为C4~C10正、异构烷烃和C6~C9芳烃按体积百分比60-80:20-40的混合物。
其中,上述新型醇基液体燃料中,所述的复合添加剂组成包括:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
本发明还提供一种新型醇基液体燃料添加剂,包括以下成分:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
本发明所述的醇基液体燃料具有较高的汽化性和正效加和性,调和组分在复合添加剂均相汽化过程中所生成的过氧化物及裂变产生的自由基发生的氧化链反应,使自由基被化合成稳定的化合物,形成稳定的中心火焰燃烧状态,燃烧效率高,并且保证了燃料燃烧安全、充分、完全,没有安全隐患,且与环境友好。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的解释说明,但不将保护范围限制在实施例所述范围内。
实施例1按下述配方制备本发明新型醇基液体燃料
配方组分按体积百分比:主燃组分:70%,辅燃组分:23%,复合添加剂:7%。
其中,主燃组分为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的工业甲醇;辅燃组分中,正戊烷20%、异戊烷23%、环戊烷17%、混合二甲苯40%;
复合添加剂的组成为:二甲氧基甲烷40%、甲基叔丁基醚30%、2-羟丙基丁基醚10%、环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯6%、正丁醇9%、异戊醇4.97%、T1201 0.01%、T502A 0.02%。
制备的新型醇基液体燃料的性能指标如下表1。

实施例2按下述配方制备本发明新型醇基液体燃料
配方组分按体积百分比:主燃组分:80%,辅燃组分:14%,复合添加剂:6%。
其中,主燃组分为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的工业甲醇;辅燃组分中,90#基础汽油60%、混合二甲苯40%;复合添加剂的组成为:二甲氧基甲烷50%、甲基叔丁基醚27%、2-羟丙基丁基醚8%、环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯5%、正丁醇5%、异戊醇4.97%、T12010.01%、T502A 0.02%。
制备的新型醇基液体燃料的性能指标如下表2。

配方组分按体积百分比:主燃组分:90%,辅燃组分:5%,复合添加剂:5%。
其中,主燃组分为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的工业甲醇;辅燃组分中,加氢精制石脑油60%、混合轻芳烃40%;复合添加剂的组成为:二甲氧基甲烷60%、甲基叔丁基醚25%、2-羟丙基丁基醚5%、环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯3%、正丁醇5%、异戊醇1.97%、T1201 0.01%、T502A 0.02%。
制备的新型醇基液体燃料的性能指标如下表3。

由实施例结果可知,本发明配方的醇基液体燃料醇含量高,燃烧效率高,且各项指标均满足国标对醇基液体燃料的要求,配方各原料易得,成本低廉,本发明提供了一种质量高、燃烧效率高、无污染的新型醇基液体燃料。

1.一种醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,组成包括:按体积百分比计,主燃成分70-90%,辅燃组分5-23%,复合添加剂5-7%;所述的复合添加剂组成包括:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述的主燃成分为甲醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述的甲醇为符合GB 338-2011《工业用甲醇》标准的甲醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述的辅燃组分为C4~C10正、异构烷烃和C6~C9芳烃按体积百分比60-80:20-40的混合物。
5.一种醇基液体燃料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下成分:按体积百分比计,二甲氧基甲烷:40-60%,甲基叔丁基醚:25-30%,2-羟丙基丁基醚:5-10%,环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯:3-6%,正丁醇:5-9%,异戊醇:2-4.97%,T1201:0.01%,T502A:0.02%。
