本发明公开了一种高强度环保型炮泥,包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:15~20份、矾土为:10~15份、黏土为:5~10份、SiC‑C复合料为:3~5份、碳化硅微粉为:4~6份、绢云母为:4~6份、氧化铝微粉为:10~15份、Si3N4为:3~5份、焦粉为:2~4份和环保结合剂为:2~4份,与现有技术相比,提高了炮泥的体积密度和基质强度,生产和使用过程中对环境无污染,实现了环保。

一种高强度环保型炮泥
【技术领域】
本发明涉及耐火材料的技术领域,特别是一种高强度环保型炮泥的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着炼铁技术的进步,大型高炉纷纷采用高风压、高顶压、高冶炼强度、大风量、富氧喷吹等新技术;通铁量增加,对铁口炮泥质量的要求也越来越高。炮泥的作用既要填满铁口通道,又要在炉缸内保护泥包的形成与增长,维持足够的铁口深度;同时要容易开口,容易打泥操作,形成的铁口通道能够抗渣、铁产生的物理和化学侵蚀。焦油结合的炮泥在可钻性和可操作性上比较好,但如果配比不适当,强度比较低,因此,形成的铁口通道不耐铁水和渣的冲刷,因此,形成的铁口通道不耐铁水和渣的冲刷,扩孔严重,铁水喷溅大;另外由于焦油系列的结合剂存在苯并芘、酚等致癌物质,污染环境,对人身健康有害。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种高强度环保型炮泥,能够提高炮泥强度,提高了炮泥的体积密度和基质强度,生产和使用过程中对环境无污染,实现了环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种高强度环保型炮泥,包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:15~20份、矾土为:10~15份、黏土为:5~10份、SiC-C复合料为:3~5份、碳化硅微粉为:4~6份、绢云母为:4~6份、氧化铝微粉为:10~15份、Si3N4为:3~5份、焦粉为:2~4份和环保结合剂为:2~4份。
作为优选,所述棕刚玉由1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分构成,所述1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分的质量比例为10:6:4:2,所述所述棕刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3不小于97.5%、SiO2不大于1%、Fe2O3不大于0.25%、TiO2不大于0.25%。
作为优选,所述环保型结合剂的各组份的质量配比为:葡萄糖15~20份;麦芽糊精10~15份、淀粉15~20份、五水偏硅酸钠5~8份。
作为优选,所述氧化铝微粉为活性a-Al2O3微粉。
作为优选,所述矾土为矾土熟料,粒度为:90~100目。
作为优选,所述碳化硅微粉为黑碳化硅微粉,质量指标为:SiO2为96%。
作为优选,所述各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:15份、矾土为:10份、黏土为:5份、SiC-C复合料为:3份、碳化硅微粉为:4份、绢云母为:4份、氧化铝微粉为:10份、Si3N4为:3份、焦粉为:2份和环保结合剂为:2份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过通过环保结合剂替代了部分焦炭作为孔隙多少的调节剂,增加了炮泥的强度;同时产品中采用固体结合剂降低了传统沥青物质带来的毒害。因此在实际炮泥作业中,表现为没有黄色、黑色有毒烟雾产生;采用Si3N4结合SiC替代了部分SiC,提高了炮泥的抗氧化性和高温下的化学稳定性,随着炉温增加,氮化硅与基质反应生成碳化硅,并逸出气体,有利于提高炮泥强度,适当的增加排气孔道;加入了氧化铝微粉添加剂,促进了炮泥烧结,增强了炮泥组织结构的致密性,降低了气孔率,提高了炮泥的体积密度和基质强度,环保结合剂生产和使用过程中对环境无污染,实现了环保。

本发明一种高强度环保型炮泥,包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:15~20份、矾土为:10~15份、黏土为:5~10份、SiC-C复合料为:3~5份、碳化硅微粉为:4~6份、绢云母为:4~6份、氧化铝微粉为:10~15份、Si3N4为:3~5份、焦份为:2~4份和环保结合剂为:2~4份,所述棕刚玉由1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分构成,所述1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分的质量比例为10:6:4:2,所述所述棕刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3不小于97.5%、SiO2不大于1%、Fe2O3不大于0.25%、TiO2不大于0.25%,所述环保型结合剂的各组份的质量配比为:葡萄糖15~20份;麦芽糊精10~15份、淀粉15~20份、五水偏硅酸钠5~8份,所述氧化铝微粉为活性a-Al2O3微粉,所述矾土为矾土熟料,粒度为:90~100目,所述碳化硅微粉为黑碳化硅微粉,质量指标为:SiO2为96%。

本发明一种高强度环保型炮泥,包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:20份、矾土为:15份、黏土为:10份、SiC-C复合料为:5份、碳化硅微粉为:6份、绢云母为:6份、氧化铝微粉为:15份、Si3N4为:5份、焦份为:4份和环保结合剂为:4份。
本发明一种高强度环保型炮泥的性能指标为:
1、主要化学成分(%):Al2O3≥50
SiC+C≥32
2、体积密度(g/cm3):1350℃×3h埋碳烧后≥2.10
3、常温耐压强度(Mpa):1350℃×3h埋碳烧后≥26
4、加热永久线变化(%):1350℃×3h埋碳烧后-0.6~+0.8
5、高炉类型:2500m3以上

1.一种高强度环保型炮泥,其特征在于:包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:棕刚玉为:15~20份、矾土为:10~15份、黏土为:5~10份、SiC-C复合料为:3~5份、碳化硅微粉为:4~6份、绢云母为:4~6份、氧化铝微粉为:10~15份、Si3N4为:3~5份、焦粉为:2~4份和环保结合剂为:2~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度环保型炮泥,其特征在于:所述棕刚玉由1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分构成,所述1~3mm部分、3~5mm部分、5~8mm部分和8~12mm部分的质量比例为10:6:4:2,所述所述棕刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3不小于97.5%、SiO2不大于1%、Fe2O3不大于0.25%、TiO2不大于0.25%。
