Abstract

本发明属于包装领域,具体涉及一种无花果叶茶的包装方法。将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3‑5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充气体,向外包装层填充气体至外包装层完全臌胀后,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;将茶叶填充至内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,内包装层的外侧涂覆有防潮剂,本发明通过两层封装包装无花果茶叶,并在外包装层内填充气体能够起到防挤压防碎的效果,保鲜层可对无花果叶茶起到保鲜、防氧化、护绿的效果,防潮层可对无花果叶茶起到防潮、防吸湿的效果,最终包装得到的无花果叶茶携带方便,重量轻、在常温下保存24个月不会出现霉变、异味现象,茶味依旧浓厚,茶汤明亮,呈浅绿色。

技术领域
本发明属于包装领域,具体涉及一种无花果叶茶的包装方法。
背景技术
无花果叶形较大,加工制成茶叶后,质脆易碎,容易吸湿吸味,若贮存方法稍有不当,就会在短时期内失去风味,目前市场上的无花果叶茶与普通茶叶包装无异,先采取塑料袋封装,再装入硬质茶叶盒中,硬质茶叶盒一般由硬纸板或者铁盒制成,体积大又沉重、且制作成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无花果茶叶的包装方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种无花果茶叶的包装方法,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3-5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充气体,向外包装层填充气体至外包装层完全臌胀后,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
将无花果茶叶填充至内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2-3份三聚磷酸钠、1-1.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份葡糖酸内酯、3-5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
其中,内包装层的外侧涂覆有防潮剂,防潮剂由重量份数比为1-2份硬脂酸、6-8份硅藻土、3-5份碳酸钙与乙醇混合加热得到,将防潮剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧,再经多级烘干,形成防潮层;
其中,外保鲜层内填充的气体由体积比为50-55%的CO2、10-15%H2、3-6%He、20%-30%N2组成。
本发明通过两层封装包装无花果茶叶,并在外包装层内填充气体能够起到防挤压防碎的效果,由三聚磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、葡糖酸内酯、黄原胶与水混合加热得到的保鲜剂在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层可对无花果叶茶起到保鲜、防氧化、护绿的效果,由硬脂酸、硅藻土、碳酸钙与乙醇混合加热得到防潮层可对无花果叶茶起到防潮、防吸湿的效果,最终包装得到的无花果叶茶携带方便,重量轻、在常温下保存24个月不会出现霉变、异味现象,茶味依旧浓厚,茶汤明亮,呈浅绿色。

实施例1、一种无花果茶叶的包装方法,
将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处部分热封合,留3mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层1填充气体,向外包装层1填充气体至外包装层1完全臌胀后,将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处完全热封合;
将茶叶填充至内包装层2,将内包装层2封合即可;
其中,内包装层2的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2份三聚磷酸钠、1份羧甲基纤维素、1份葡糖酸内酯、3份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层2的内侧形成保鲜层;

将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处部分热封合,留4mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层1填充气体,向外包装层1填充气体至外包装层1完全臌胀后,将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处完全热封合;
将茶叶填充至内包装层2,将内包装层2封合即可;
其中,内包装层2的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2.5份三聚磷酸钠、1.3份羧甲基纤维素、1.5份葡糖酸内酯、4份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层2的内侧形成保鲜层;
其中,内包装层2的外侧涂覆有防潮剂,防潮剂由重量份数比为1.5份硬脂酸、7份硅藻土、4份碳酸钙与乙醇混合加热得到,将防潮剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层2的内侧,再经多级烘干,形成防潮层;
其中,外保鲜层1内填充的气体由体积比为53%的CO2、13%H2、4%He、30%N2组成。
实施例3、一种无花果茶叶的包装方法,
将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处部分热封合,留5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层1填充气体,向外包装层1填充气体至外包装层1完全臌胀后,将内包装层2与外包装层1开口处完全热封合;
将茶叶填充至内包装层2,将内包装层2封合即可;
其中,内包装层2的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为3份三聚磷酸钠、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、2份葡糖酸内酯、5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层2的内侧形成保鲜层;
其中,内包装层2的外侧涂覆有防潮剂,防潮剂由重量份数比为2份硬脂酸、8份硅藻土、5份碳酸钙与乙醇混合加热得到,将防潮剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层2的内侧,再经多级烘干,形成防潮层;
其中,外保鲜层1内填充的气体由体积比为55%的CO2、14%H2、6%He、25%N2组成。

1.一种无花果茶叶的包装方法,其特征在于,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3-5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充气体,向外包装层填充气体至外包装层完全臌胀后,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
将无花果茶叶填充至内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2-3份三聚磷酸钠、1-1.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份葡糖酸内酯、3-5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
其中,内包装层的外侧涂覆有防潮剂,防潮剂由重量份数比为1-2份硬脂酸、6-8份硅藻土、3-5份碳酸钙与乙醇混合加热得到,将防潮剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧,再经多级烘干,形成防潮层;
其中,外保鲜层内填充的气体由体积比为50-55%的CO2、10-15%H2、3-6%He、20%-30%N2组成。
