本发明公开了一种隔音棉毛毡，该隔音棉毛毡包括有上层防水层、中层隔音层和底层拉力层，所述上层防水层由渗透结晶型防水膜构成，所述中层隔音层由棉绒铺网制成，所述底层拉力层由无纺布制成，所述渗透结晶型防水膜贴合在棉绒的上表面，所述无纺布粘接在棉绒的下表面；层防水层可以起到防水防晒的作用，中层隔音层起到阻燃、隔音、抗老化的作用，底层拉力层起到抗拉作用，使得隔音棉毛毡不易扯断，本发明的隔音棉毛毡性能较多、质量较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛毡技术领域，尤其涉及一种性能更为优异的隔音棉毛毡。
背景技术
毛毡是工业常用工具，采用棉绒制成，利用加工粘合而成，应用于各种产业机械—防振、含油润滑、耐摩擦等行业，现有的隔音棉毛毡性能不够就理想，其防水性能差、容易扯断，因此，解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种隔音棉毛毡，通过改进隔音棉毛毡，以解决现有隔音棉毛毡性能较低的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种隔音棉毛毡，该隔音棉毛毡包括有上层防水层、中层隔音层和底层拉力层，所述上层防水层由渗透结晶型防水膜构成，所述中层隔音层由棉绒铺网制成，所述底层拉力层由无纺布制成，所述渗透结晶型防水膜贴合在棉绒的上表面，所述无纺布粘接在棉绒的下表面。
进一步改进在于：在所述中层隔音层中添加有阻燃剂和树脂粉，所述棉绒、阻燃剂、树脂粉的配比为3：2：5。
进一步改进在于：所述棉绒中设置有抗老化剂。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的隔音棉毛毡设置为三层，上层防水层可以起到防水防晒的作用，中层隔音层起到阻燃、隔音、抗老化的作用，底层拉力层起到抗拉作用，使得隔音棉毛毡不易扯断，本发明的隔音棉毛毡性能较多、质量较高。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述，本实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种隔音棉毛毡，该隔音棉毛毡包括有上层防水层1、中层隔音层2和底层拉力层3，所述上层防水层1由渗透结晶型防水膜构成，所述中层隔音层2由棉绒铺网制成，所述底层拉力层3由无纺布制成，所述渗透结晶型防水膜贴合在棉绒的上表面，所述无纺布粘接在棉绒的下表面。在所述中层隔音层中添加有阻燃剂和树脂粉，所述棉绒、阻燃剂、树脂粉的配比为3：2：5。所述棉绒中设置有抗老化剂。
本发明的隔音棉毛毡设置为三层，上层防水层可以起到防水防晒的作用，中层隔音层起到阻燃、隔音、抗老化的作用，底层拉力层起到抗拉作用，使得隔音棉毛毡不易扯断，本发明的隔音棉毛毡性能较多、质量较高。

1.一种隔音棉毛毡，其特征在于：该隔音棉毛毡包括有上层防水层、中层隔音层和底层拉力层，所述上层防水层由渗透结晶型防水膜构成，所述中层隔音层由棉绒铺网制成，所述底层拉力层由无纺布制成，所述渗透结晶型防水膜贴合在棉绒的上表面，所述无纺布粘接在棉绒的下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔音棉毛毡，其特征在于：在所述中层隔音层中添加有阻燃剂和树脂粉，所述棉绒、阻燃剂、树脂粉的配比为3：2：5。
3.如权利要求1和2任意所述的隔音棉毛毡，其特征在于：所述棉绒中设置有抗老化剂。
