本发明涉及一种带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料,包括面料本体(1),面料本体(1)上设有若干条纹(2),所述条纹(2)横竖交叉分布,条纹(2)镶嵌于面料本体(1)所在平面,并与面料本体(1)连接为一体,形成凹凸结构,条纹(2)和面料本体(1)的背面设置拉绒层(3),所述面料本体(1)由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感,而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。本发明吸水、导水。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适,价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的,没有立体感。且不具有吸水、导水功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有立体感的带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体上设有若干条纹,所述条纹横竖交叉分布,所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面,并与面料本体连接为一体,形成凹凸结构,所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感,而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明因细旦锦纶的芯吸效应使织物背面具有很强的吸水、导水作用,与织物正面的细旦高吸水涤纶纱相互配合而达到较强的吸湿排汗目的。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2,所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面,并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3,增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。

1.一种带有防辐射面料层的条纹拉绒吸水、导水面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)上设有若干条纹(2),所述条纹(2)横竖交叉分布,所述条纹(2)镶嵌于面料本体(1)所在平面,并与面料本体(1)连接为一体,,形成凹凸结构,所述条纹(2)和面料本体(1)的背面设置拉绒层(3),所述面料本体(1)由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面,织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
