一种品牌西瓜子分拣系统,筛体由四根吊杆悬挂在框架上层内,筛体后侧面由连杆连接在电机主轴转盘偏心处,筛体内有第一层筛网与第二层筛网,框架下层置有通风管,通风管下方分别置有第一抽斗与第二抽斗,通风管为矩形置有接料斗,接料斗上方有矩形联通管与中下料槽相通,通风管前方有风机,二层筛网网孔均为西瓜子形,网孔横向排列相同,前后排列方向相反,通风管与风机之间置有风速均布器。由于筛网网孔采用西瓜子形网孔,可以将大小分拣精度提高,风速均布器使风选效果提高,能将饱满西瓜子与欠饱满西瓜子分离,调速电机使风量与风压同时变化,方便找到适合的风力进行分离。

一种品牌西瓜子分拣系统,筛体(1)由四根吊杆(11)悬挂在框架(2)上层内,筛体(1)后侧面由连杆(12)连接在电机(13)主轴转盘(14)偏心处,筛体(1)内有第一层筛网(15)与第二层筛网(16),第一层筛网(15)出口与左下料槽(17)相通,第二层筛网(16)出口与中下料槽(18)相通,筛底面与右下料槽(19)相通,筛体(1)上方固定着均料器(3),均料器(3)上方进料仓(4)固定在框架(2)上,框架(2)下层置行通风管(5),通风管(5)下方分别置有第一抽斗(51)与第二抽斗(52),通风管(5)为矩形置有接料斗(54),接料斗(54)上方有矩形联通管(6)与中下料槽(18)相通,通风管(5)前方行风机(7),二层筛网网孔(8)均为西瓜子形,网孔横向排列相同,前后排列方向相反,通风管(5)与风机(7)之间置有风速均布器(9)。
第一层筛网(15)网孔面积比第二层筛网(16)网孔面积大百分之八。
风速均布器(9)为矩形,内有均速条(91)其断面为三角形,风机(7)所用电机为调速电机(10)。
积极意义;由于筛网网孔采用西瓜子形网孔,可以将大小分拣精度提高,风速均布器使风选效果提高,能将饱满西瓜子与欠饱满西瓜子分离,调速电机使风量与风压同时变化,方便找到适合的风力进行分离,以前采用闸门控制风力,在减小风量的同时,风压增加,难以达到风选的优良效果。

一种品牌西瓜子分拣系统,有筛选与风选二个部分组成,均处于框架2内,框架分上下二层,上层中筛体1由四根吊杆11悬挂在框架2上,筛体2为矩形,后侧面由连杆12连接在电机13主轴转盘14偏心处,当电机运转时筛体产生振动,振幅50毫米,频率每分钟300次,筛体1内有第一层筛网15与第二层筛网16,二层筛网网孔8均为西瓜子形,第一层筛网15网孔面积比第二层筛网16网孔面积大百分之八,网孔横向排列,前后排列方向相反,筛体1上方固定着均料器3,均料器3上方进料仓4固定在框架2上,第一层筛网15出口与左下料槽17相通,第二层筛网16出口与中下料槽18相通,筛底面与右下了槽19相通,中下料槽内西瓜子由矩形联通管6进入风选,其余二种大西瓜子与小西瓜子作为为普通西瓜子,框架下层置有通风管5,通风管5下方分别置有第一抽斗51与第二抽斗52,通风管5为矩形置有接料斗53,接料斗53上方有矩形联通管6与中下料槽18相通,使上下工序贯通,通风管5前方有风机7,在通风管5与风机7之间置有风速均布器9,风速均布器9为矩形,内有均速条91,其断面为三角形,风机7所用电机为调速电机10,通风管5出口处于室外,装有滤尘布袋。

1.一种品牌西瓜子分拣系统,筛体(1)由四根吊杆(11)悬挂在框架(2)上层内,筛体(1)后侧面由连杆(12)连接在电机(13)主轴转盘(14)偏心处,筛体(1)内有第一层筛网(15)与第二层筛网(16),第一层筛网(15)出口与左下料槽(17)相通,第二层筛网(16)出口与中下料槽(18)相通,筛底面与右下料槽(19)相通,筛体(1)上方固定着均料器(3),均料器(3)上方进料仓(4)固定在框架(2)上,框架(2)下层置有通风管(5),通风管(5)下方分别置有第一抽斗(51)与第二抽斗(52),通风管(5)为矩形置有接料斗(54),接料斗(54)上方有矩形联通管(6)与中下料槽(18)相通,通风管(5)前方有风机(7),其特征在于,二层筛网网孔(8)均为西瓜子形,网孔横向排列相同,前后排列方向相反,通风管(5)与风机(7)之间置有风速均布器(9)。
