技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的中药配方。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损，或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖，导致各种组织，特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。严重者可引起失水，电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等急性并发症酮症酸中毒和高渗昏迷。糖尿病属于中医“消渴”范畴，现代中医学将糖尿病称为消渴病。
现代医学将糖尿病分为两大类：胰岛素依赖型糖尿病和非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病。在我国以非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病为最多。在10余年观察中发现，糖尿病可分为5个类型：1、气阴两虚型；2、阴虚火旺型；3、阴阳两虚型；4、气虚血瘀型；5、燥热入血型。其中以气阴两虚型为最多见。气阴两虚型糖尿病患者表现为多饮、多食、多尿，乏力、消瘦，抵抗力弱，易患外感，舌淡暗、脉沉细等症状。
目前治疗糖尿病的西药有：二甲双胍片、格列吡嗪、阿卡波糖、罗格列酮等。以上西药对气阴两虚型糖尿病的治疗有一定的效果，但是存在副作用大或见效慢、疗效不稳定的缺点，为了克服上述缺点，本发明结合现代中医药发展理论，从提高药物疗效、降低副作用的角度出发，经过对中药成分进行筛选提取和/或配制得本药剂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种克服现有副作用大、技术疗效差、见效慢的治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的中药配方。
为实现本发明的上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：黄芪30-50g、生地黄20-30g、玄参20-30g、苍术5-10g、葛根15-30g、丹参15-30g、山药30-50g、山茱萸15-30g、骨龄10-20g、玉米须20g。
本发明按照中医理论和中药组方的协调作用，黄芪补气升阳，实卫固表，生地清热生津、滋阴凉血、黄芪与生地相须为五则气阴双补；玄参滋阴清热，生津润燥，能加强生地滋阴已之力，苍术燥湿健脾，苍术虽燥，但五玄之润，即可展其长而制其短，，山药补脾固精，山茱萸固精敛气，收敛浮火，两药兼治脾肝，茯苓、玉米须渗湿健脾，葛根与丹参相伍，既能生津又能活血，使气血流畅，提高降糖疗效。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：上方每周5剂，每剂煎取500毫升左右，分2-4次温服，服3个月后改为每周3剂分服维持。
本发明是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选出各原料药及其配比，利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用，提高疗效；本发明具有疗效显著，副作用小，制备简单，成本低的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：黄芪30-50g、生地黄20-30g、玄参20-30g、苍术5-10g、葛根15-30g、丹参15-30g、山药30-50g、山茱萸15-30g、骨龄10-20g、玉米须20g。
每周5剂，每剂煎取500毫升左右，分2-4次温服，服3个月后改为每周3剂分服维持。
实施例2：如果患者有津商口渴较重症状，在上述组分中加天花粉10g。
实施例3：如果患者有燥热、烘热、口臭、舌苔等症状，在上述组分中加黄连10g、金银花15g。
实施例4：如果患者胃火偏热、食欲亢进症状，在上述组分中加玉竹12g、石膏15g。
实施例5：如果患者有夜尿频多症状，在上述组分中骨脂12g、桑螵蛸10g。
实施例6：如果患者有大便干燥症状，在上述组分中当归10g、白芍15g、火麻仁13g。

典型案例：
患者，女，60岁。患者自诉3个月前在本市某医院体检时发现空腹血糖12.0mmol/L，被诊断为2型糖尿病，在门诊治疗，口服达美康与二甲双胍等降糖药，至今已有3个月而未获效。初诊时检测空腹血糖为11.0mmol/L，餐后2小时血糖为15.6mmol/L.中医诊断：2型糖尿病。证属气阴两虚，燥热伤津，治宜益气养阴，清热生津，兼予活血。服用本发明配方14剂，水煎服，连服两周后，复查空腹血糖为7.3mmol/L，餐后2小时血糖为13.0mmol/L。再服30剂。复查空腹血糖为6.7mmol/L，餐后2小时血糖为10.8mmol/L。嘱调节饮食，加强锻炼，并服用六味地黄丸以善其后。至今病情稳定。
