技术领域
本发明涉及足部治疗技术领域,具体涉及足部形态分析及鞋垫定制系统。
背景技术
足部矫正鞋垫由人体足底三点力平衡为原理设计,使第一跖趾关节、第五跖趾关节、后跟中心点达到三点受力的平衡,从而改善足部不平衡受力。但是传统的足部矫正鞋垫都是专门车间生产,需要石膏取模、灌模、修模、成型、修剪等繁杂过程,制作周期长(3-5天),患者需要长时间等待。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供足部形态分析及鞋垫定制系统,一套专门的检测软件能够根据对足部的形态、膝关节形态、足弓形态、过度内旋、内旋不足、拇指外翻、高低脚、疼痛点以及适合的鞋型等做出快速诊断,并快度制定配套的矫正鞋垫,方便实用。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明的足部形态分析及鞋垫定制系统,它的制作方法:步骤一:首先通过光学验脚仪采集患者脚底数据;步骤二:系统针对患者足部及膝部摄像截取图片,应用系统对顾客步态进行分析,并获得检测报告;步骤三:根据报告选择合适顾客的鞋垫类型和码数,放入专门的加热器内进行加热;步骤四:经过专门加热器加热后,将未塑型的定制鞋垫放在塑形垫上,根据生物力学及足弓生理弧度设计,在鞋垫塑形时能将足弓完美呈现,并对鞋垫进行塑形;步骤五:被加热的产品根据每一只脚的个别情况而定型,使脚部保持正确的足踝排列及步态;步骤六:在两只鞋垫塑型过后,检查它们是否精确地适合顾客双脚的足弓;步骤七:根据顾客实际足患需要添加附件,以达到矫正平衡步态的目的;步骤八:根据顾客鞋子在宽窄进行简单裁剪,保证与鞋子完全吻合。

光学原理:被检测者站到检测平台的钢化玻璃上,钢化玻璃底下有一块倾斜的镜面,玻璃四周有一圈LED灯使脚掌与玻璃的接触面变得清晰,并且脚印会被反射到倾斜的镜面上;
摄像原理:可通过摄像头拍摄足印、足踝、膝盖的照片,存储于电脑上安装的软件里,并经过简单的对比选择和分析得出一个报告;
生物力学原理:检测报告是通过摄像头拍摄的照片进行分析判断的,判断的依据就生物力学原理。
本发明有益效果为:它能够根据对足部的形态、膝关节形态、足弓形态、、过度内旋、内旋不足、拇指外翻、高低脚、疼痛点以及适合的鞋型等做出快速诊断,并快速制定配套的矫正鞋垫,方便实用。

1.足部形态分析及鞋垫定制方法,其特征在于:它的制作方法:步骤一:首先通过光学验脚仪采集患者足底、后跟和膝关节数据;步骤二:系统针对患者足部及膝部摄像截取图片,应用系统对顾客步态进行分析,并获得检测报告;步骤三:根据报告选择合适顾客的鞋垫类型和码数,放入专门的加热器内进行加热;步骤四:经过专门加热器加热后,将未塑型的定制鞋垫放在专用塑形枕上,根据生物力学及足弓生理弧度设计,在鞋垫塑形时能将足弓完美呈现,并对鞋垫进行塑形;步骤五:被加热的产品根据每一只脚的个别情况而定型,使脚部保持正确的足踝排列及步态;步骤六:在两只鞋垫塑型过后,检查它们是否精确地适合顾客双脚的足弓;步骤七:根据顾客实际足患需要添加附件,以达到矫正平衡步态的目的;步骤八:根据顾客鞋子在宽窄进行简单裁剪,保证与鞋子完全吻合。
