本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,包括指趾关节假体及设于指趾关节假体两侧的垫圈,所述指趾关节假体包括设于两侧的连接柄及连接于两连接柄之间的屈伸连接部,本假体适用于掌指关节、指关节和跖趾关节,指趾关节假体指趾关节假体中部基于应力原理,便于屈曲,提供满意的稳定性和最佳的关节伸屈限制,采用压配合固定的垫圈防止骨床对假体的腐蚀、磨损、切割等破坏。

可屈曲指趾关节假体组件
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及可屈曲指趾关节假体组件。
背景技术
掌指关节是属于微动复关节,为一独立的关节,属于鞍状关节,可作屈、伸、收、展、环转及对掌运动.
足部由26块骨头构成,分别为跗骨、跖骨和趾骨,跖骨位于足的中部,与趾骨联合形成跖趾关节。
掌指关节、跖趾关节外伤、足趾畸形、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、退行性关节炎和创伤性关节炎都会引起关节面异常,关节半脱位和关节囊与滑膜撞击,进而引起关节疼痛。此类关节疼痛如果处理不及时,严重并发症可造成肢体致残的发生。因此急需一种能够实现指趾关节的屈伸功能的指趾关节假体。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种够实现指趾关节的屈伸功能的可屈曲指趾关节假体组件。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
可屈曲指趾关节假体组件包括指趾关节假体及设于指趾关节假体两侧的垫圈,所述指趾关节假体包括设于两侧的连接柄及连接于两连接柄之间的屈伸连接部,所述屈伸连接部中部一侧设有向内的凹口,所述垫圈套接于连接柄,所述垫圈包括底板及设于底板中部的导向管,所述连接柄并穿过导向管并在底部与导向管紧密贴合,所述底板紧密贴合于屈伸连接部一侧,底板一侧延伸至凹口边缘,两个底板的凹口对侧边缘相互远离。
所述指趾关节假体为低弹性模量的硅胶假体。
所述垫圈为钛合金垫圈。
所述连接柄为方锥型,方锥型尖端位于连接柄末端。
所述连接柄包括远端连接柄及近端连接柄。
本发明的有益效果是:
本假体适用于掌指关节、指关节和跖趾关节,指趾关节假体指趾关节假体中部基于应力原理,便于屈曲,提供满意的稳定性和最佳的关节伸屈限制,采用压配合固定的垫圈防止骨床对假体的腐蚀、磨损、切割等破坏。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括指趾关节假体1及设于指趾关节假体两侧的垫圈2,所述指趾关节假体包括设于两侧的连接柄3及连接于两连接柄之间的屈伸连接部4,所述屈伸连接部中部一侧设有向内的凹口5;
所述指趾关节假体为低弹性模量的硅胶假体,屈伸连接部中部向内的凹口,基于应力分布原理进行设计,可以屈曲,用来恢复正常的关节间隙以及软组织韧带张力,从而提供满意的稳定性和最佳的关节伸屈限制;有利于假体的旋转轴线对位;
所述垫圈套接于连接柄,所述垫圈包括底板6及设于底板中部的导向管7,所述连接柄并穿过导向管并在底部与导向管紧密贴合,所述底板紧密贴合于屈伸连接部一侧,底板一侧延伸至凹口边缘,两个底板的凹口对侧边缘相互远离。
所述垫圈为钛合金垫圈。
采用压配合固定的垫圈的主要作用是使假体和骨质不接触。它可以放置在假体的近端及远端,防止骨床对假体的腐蚀、磨损、切割等破坏,而这些破坏作用在关节伸屈时很容易出现。
所述连接柄为方锥型,方锥型尖端位于连接柄末端;
连接柄分别插入骨髓腔内,不固定在骨质上,因此压缩应力直接作用于骨质的末端及皮质骨上。这有助于骨质的正常改建,维持骨的长度、保持骨的外形及皮质厚度,也有利于假体周围形成新骨;
连接柄包括远端连接柄8及近端连接柄9,对应的垫圈包括远端垫圈10及近端垫圈11
本假体适用于掌指关节、指关节和跖趾关节,指趾关节假体指趾关节假体中部基于应力原理,便于屈曲,提供满意的稳定性和最佳的关节伸屈限制,采用压配合固定的垫圈防止骨床对假体的腐蚀、磨损、切割等破坏。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,其特征在于,包括指趾关节假体及设于指趾关节假体两侧的垫圈,所述指趾关节假体包括设于两侧的连接柄及连接于两连接柄之间的屈伸连接部,所述屈伸连接部中部一侧设有向内的凹口,所述垫圈套接于连接柄,所述垫圈包括底板及设于底板中部的导向管,所述连接柄并穿过导向管并在底部与导向管紧密贴合,所述底板紧密贴合于屈伸连接部一侧,底板一侧延伸至凹口边缘,两个底板的凹口对侧边缘相互远离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,其特征在于,所述指趾关节假体为低弹性模量的硅胶假体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,其特征在于,所述垫圈为钛合金垫圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,其特征在于,所述连接柄为方锥型,方锥型尖端位于连接柄末端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可屈曲指趾关节假体组件,其特征在于,所述连接柄包括远端连接柄及近端连接柄。
