本发明公开了一种改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:海带60‑70、黄芪叶4‑5、决明子6‑7、蜜枣15‑20、松针25‑30、大豆20‑30、茶树枝7‑9、竹荪20‑25、麸皮10‑15、熟地5‑6、食盐、乳酸菌、琼氏不动杆菌、水适量。炒盐时加入茶树枝可以增加热盐的香味。竹荪、大豆与乳酸菌的结合具有营养互补、功能互补的增效作用,不仅有独特的菇香、豆香,而且还具有发酵奶特有的风味和香气。麸皮提供了部分营养物质和微量元素,有利于菌体生长。海带经微生物发酵后不仅保留了海带中活性物质,提高粗蛋白含量,具有发酵后的酒香味,易被猪群消化吸收。松针的添加具有促进增重、提高肉质,增加黑猪皮毛色泽,增强免疫力等作用。

背景技术
《大力开发海带饲料添加剂》一文中提及海带含有丰富的营养成分,是重要的饲料资源。海带营养价值较高,含粗蛋白质 8-12%,含无氮有机物30-60%,多种矿物质和微量元素占20-30%,还含有多种维生素及胡萝卜素等许多能促进动物生长的活性物质。海带含有的多种矿物质和维生素能促进猪群对营养的消化和吸收。海带含有某些免疫和抗病物质,能提为机体免疫功能和抗病能力,并能分泌抗菌和抗病毒物质,故有防治疾病的作用。海带含有多种微量元素和维生素,特别是碘和维生素E,能提高畜禽的受精率和准胎率。海带含抗应激因子,能提高动物对环境的适应能力。海带含有生物活性物质和促生长因子,有调节机体代谢和消化吸收作用,促进词料营养平衡,提高动物生长和生产性能。海带含有较多的色素、碘、氯、钠等成分,可以改善猪肉的品质,使畜禽皮肤、肌肉颜色鲜艳,营养丰富,味道鲜美。海带含有苯酚类化合物和琼胶褐胶酸物质,有抑菌和防霉防潮作用。目前,我国饲料用粮短缺,饲料原料匮乏。广辟饲料资源,发展节粮型畜牧业是当前能解决人畜吃粮矛盾的有效途径。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:海带60-70、黄芪叶4-5、决明子6-7、蜜枣15-20、松针25-30、大豆20-30、茶树枝7-9、竹荪20-25、麸皮10-15、熟地5-6、食盐、乳酸菌、琼氏不动杆菌、水适量。
所述改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将茶树枝粉碎后与食盐混合后文火慢炒10-15分钟,再将大豆泡发后捞出,趁热与上述刚炒好的物料混合均匀,保温处理10-12小时,得盐焗大豆;
(2)将熟地加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,与步骤1的盐焗大豆混合后研磨成浆,加热煮沸,分离豆渣与豆浆;
(3)将竹荪放入研磨机中充分研磨后用60-70℃热水保温浸泡12h左右,分离浸提液与竹荪渣,再将浸提液与步骤2的豆浆进行混合匀浆后加入乳酸菌搅拌均匀,37-40℃条件下进行无氧发酵10-15小时,得发酵浆液;
(4)将海带洗净烘干后制成粉末,与麸皮、琼氏不动杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,在28-30℃条件下发酵2-3天,得发酵物料;
(5)将黄芪叶、决明子加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,再与蜜枣混合后搅拌均匀,再将松针放入清水中浸泡1-2天,捞出后烘干,制成粉末,与上述物料混合均匀,得混合物料;
(6)将步骤2的豆渣、步骤3的竹荪渣混合后用双螺杆挤压机进行挤压处理,再与步骤3的发酵浆液、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合物料以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
本发明的优点是:炒盐时加入茶树枝可以增加热盐的香味。竹荪、大豆含有的丰富营养,适合乳酸菌的生长,而乳酸菌本身就是一种益生菌,且生长过程中还能产生多种生理活性物质和特有的风味。因而三者的结合具有营养互补、功能互补的增效作用,不仅有独特的菇香、豆香和天然果汁香味,而且还具有发酵奶特有的风味和香气。海带粉与水混合后会出现粘稠的现象,添加的麸皮增加了发酵基质的疏松程度,增加了通风效果,另外麸皮也提供了部分营养物质和微量元素,有利于菌体生长。海带经微生物发酵后不仅保留了海带中活性物质,提高了粗蛋白含量,使物料具 有发酵后的酒香味。松针的添加具有促进增重、提高肉质,增加黑猪皮毛色泽,增强免疫力等作用。
具体实施方式
一种改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:海带60、黄芪叶4、决明子6、蜜枣15、松针25、大豆20、茶树枝7、竹荪20、麸皮10、熟地5、食盐、乳酸菌、琼氏不动杆菌、水适量。
所述改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将茶树枝粉碎后与食盐混合后文火慢炒10分钟,再将大豆泡发后捞出,趁热与上述刚炒好的物料混合均匀,保温处理10小时,得盐焗大豆;

为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人将200头猪按照日龄、体重、健康状况、性别比例相同的原则将猪平均分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组喂含有本添加剂的猪饲料,对照组喂不含本发明的同样同分量猪饲料,试验期为3个月,试验结果为:料肉比降低12%,生病率降低10%,猪增重率提高11%,养殖成本降低17%,促进猪体蛋白质合成和骨骼生长。

1.一种改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:海带60-70、黄芪叶4-5、决明子6-7、蜜枣15-20、松针25-30、大豆20-30、茶树枝7-9、竹荪20-25、麸皮10-15、熟地5-6、食盐、乳酸菌、琼氏不动杆菌、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善猪肉品质综合利用海带黑猪饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将茶树枝粉碎后与食盐混合后文火慢炒10-15分钟,再将大豆泡发后捞出,趁热与上述刚炒好的物料混合均匀,保温处理10-12小时,得盐焗大豆;
(2)将熟地加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,与步骤1的盐焗大豆混合后研磨成浆,加热煮沸,分离豆渣与豆浆;
