Abstract

本发明是一种污泥或藻渣复混肥及其制备方法,其特征在于该复混肥以重量百分比计由25-40%含水率5-10%的污泥或藻渣、以有效氮计2-6%的氮肥、以五氧化二磷计2-6%的磷肥,以氧化钾计6-12%的钾肥和辅料组成。本发明能充分利用废弃物,具节约了资源又解决了废弃物处理问题,既改善了环境,并解决了含水份较高的湿污泥和藻渣的脱水难题。复混肥可使作物增产,且能改良已板结的土壤,保待土壤的松散性和持水性。

Description

污泥或藻渣复混肥及其制备方法
本发明涉及农用肥料技术领域,具体地说是污泥或藻渣复混肥及其制备方法。
由于污泥和藻渣中含有大量有机质成份和一定量的N、P2O5、K2O、Cu、B、Zn等有效物质,是一种很好的农用肥料。目前国内外利用城市污泥生产肥料,均采用湿污泥直接施用。由于湿污泥含水量较高,施用不方便,一直阻碍污泥的综合利用,同时造成环境的二次污染。
本发明的目的是提供一种利用污泥或藻渣的肥料价值,将污泥、藻渣制成使用方便、卫生肥效好的污泥或藻渣复混肥及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:利用城市污水处理废弃物-污泥或自来水厂处理废弃物-藻渣制取有机复混肥。并采取污泥、藻渣干躁-活化-混合-造粒的方法制取。
本发明的复混肥的配制是以有机物为基础加入一定量的无机成份,具体为:该复混肥以重量百分比计由25-40%含水率5-10%的污泥或藻渣、以有效氮计2-6%的氮肥、以五氯化二磷(P2O5)计2-6%的磷肥,以氧化钾(K2O)计6-12%的钾肥和辅料组成;所用的含氮的氮肥为硝铵、尿素或碳酸氢铵,所用的含磷的磷肥为普钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸二铵、磷酸一铵或氯化铵,所用的含钾的钾肥为硫酸钾或氯化钾,辅料为蛭石、膨润土或磷矿粉。
上述污泥或藻渣复混肥的制备方法是:将含水率为70-80%的污泥或藻渣脱水至含水率5-10%,加入含水10%的甲醇或乙醇作为活化剂,通过醇类活化剂与污泥或藻渣中有机质的结合,达到其活化的目的,然后再按比例加入氮、磷、钾肥混合,经挤压造粒得产品。
其中的脱水方法是在热烟气加热条件下,经过旋转内蒸干燥机干燥得脱水污泥或藻渣,其干燥时间为5-30分钟,干燥烟气的温度保持在130-250℃。
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详述。
图1为本实用新型的工艺流程图
实施例1:
用污水厂排出的含水率为70-80%的湿污泥100公斤,经170℃热烟气干燥得到含水率为5%的干污泥26.5公斤,加入醇类活化剂甲醇0.05公斤,之后与含氮(N)量34%的硝铵14.7公斤,含五氧化二磷(P2O5)46%的重过磷酸钙11公斤,含氧化钾(K2O)50%的硫酸钾20公斤,辅料(蛭石)29公斤混合均匀,机械挤压造粒得产品(N∶P2O5∶K2O∶有机质=5∶5∶10∶12)100公斤。
实施例2:
用自来水厂处理废弃湿藻渣(含水率80%)125公斤,经170℃热烟气干燥得含水率10%的干藻渣27.7公斤,加入醇类活化剂乙醇0.05公斤,再与含氮(N)量46%的尿素13公斤、含五氧化二磷(P2O5)18%的普钙33.3公斤、含氧化钾(K2O)60%的氯化钾20公斤、辅料(膨润土)8公斤混合均匀,机械挤压造粒得(N∶P2O5∶K2O∶有机质=6∶6∶12∶12)有机复混肥产品100公斤。
本发明的复混肥及其制备方法具有以下极积效果:
1、充分利用废弃物,具节约了资源又解决了废弃物处理问题,既改善了环境,又做到废物的综合利用,为农作物提供生长必须的有机质。
2、本发明的配方能保持污泥或藻渣中的有机质成份的稳定,又具有农作物所需的其化营养成份(如氮、磷、钾)。
3、制备工艺中的干躁时间短使污泥或藻渣中的有机成份不会被损坏,以保持肥料的价值,又达到脱水的目的,解决了含水份较高的湿污泥和藻渣的脱水难题。
4、按各种农作物需要,变化氮、磷、钾含量配制的有机复混肥,针对性强,可使作物增产,且能改良已板结的土壤,保待土壤的松散性和持水性。

Claims (3)

1、一种污泥或藻渣复混肥,其特征在于该复混肥以重量百分比计由25-40%含水率5-10%的污泥或藻渣、以有效氮计2-6%的氮肥、以五氧化二磷计2-6%的磷肥、以氧化钾计6-12%的钾肥和辅料组成;所用的含氮的氮肥为硝铵、尿素或碳酸氢铵,所用的含磷的磷肥为普钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸二铵、磷酸一铵或氯化铵,所用的含钾的钾肥为硫酸钾或氯化钾,辅料为蛭石、膨润土或磷矿粉。
2、根据权利要求1所述的污泥或藻渣复混肥的制备方法,其特征在于将含水率为70-80%的污泥或藻渣脱水至含水率5-10%,加入含水10%的甲醇或乙醇作为活化剂,再按比例加入氮、磷、钾肥混合,经挤压造粒得产品。
3、根据权利要求2所述的污泥或藻渣复混肥的制备方法,其特征在于所述的脱水方法是在热烟气加热条件下,经过旋转内蒸干燥机干燥得脱水污泥或藻渣,其干燥时间为5-30分钟,干燥烟气的温度保持在130-250℃。
