技术领域
本发明涉及一种墨水,特别涉及一种油墨。
背景技术
墨水是一种常用的耗材,可用于日常办公或纺织印刷领域,但传统的一般墨水只有书写功能,不具有提神和产生负离子等保健效果,使用者在长时使用用产生倦怠感,由于传统墨水的功能单一,已不能满足人们的多元需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明为墨水的使用者提供一种气味清新,具有提神作用及负离子保健效果的墨水,它不仅可以长期释放空气负离子,净化空气,利于人体健康;还对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,清新怡神,舒缓压力,还可驱赶蚊虫,不会对人体产生不良影响,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种油墨,其特征在于:由下列组份按照重量份数组成:颜料色浆23重量份,双酚A19重量份,甘油4.5重量份,无水硫酸钠2.3重量份,三乙醇胺2.7重量份,三乙胺3.3重量份,丙酮3.6重量份,双硫代氨基甲酸酯0.25重量份,活性矿物质粉1.7重量份,表面活性剂复配物1.2重量份,缓释剂0.55重量份,中药精油3.85重量份,去离子水62重量份,所述色浆的颜料为高色素炭黑,所述颜料色浆的平均粒径为75nm,所述的活性矿物质粉为锗石、萤石、电气石、锌尖晶石按重量比2.5:3:3.7:2的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物,所述活性矿物质粉的粒径≤13μm,其中所述的中药精油通过如下步骤制备而成,
S1、取逐蝇梅35重量份洗净,自然晾干,然后置于90℃炒锅中炒至有香味逸出,然后喷淋去离子水17重量份,置于恒温烘箱中60℃以下烘干,含水量≤6.5%;
S2、将紫苏叶21重量份洗净,放入盐水中浸泡3.5小时,盐水量为所浸泡药料质量的3.7倍,放入锅中蒸透,取出,晾干,盐水的浓度为27%;
S3、将薰衣草17重量份,打破碗花花4重量份,麝香1.5重量份,甜马郁兰2重量份,龙涎香1重量份去杂质,与步骤S1和S2所制原料药一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力27.65MPa,萃取温度45.10℃,二氧化碳流量为0.6m3/h,动态萃取2.5h,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集挥发油A,备用;
S5、将榆树皮7重量份, 鱼腥草5重量份,苦地丁4.5重量份,沉香3.5重量份,樟木11重量份,菖蒲3重量份,薄荷1.75重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至70目,然后加去离子水浸泡6小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的6.5倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S6、将步骤S5制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠干燥,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S7、将步骤S4和S6所制挥发油A和挥发油B混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌35分钟,静置30分钟,充分搅拌调匀,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为1.3:0.4:0.75:0.6:0.5:0.3。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S3的原料药粉末中还包含有牛至油1.3重量份和白花除虫菊1.5重量份。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S5的中药混合物中还包含有冰片0.6重量份和荷叶0.4重量份。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S7的中药精油中还包含有桉树油0.3重量份。
本发明所涉及的设备、原料及方法,均为本行业惯常使用的设备、原料及方法,在此不再赘述。
其中各精油组分必须和表面活性剂、缓释剂充分混合,以达到缓释效果,各精油及负离子天然矿物质粉的添加量一定要适量,不仅抗菌杀菌,还能安定情绪,所以对失常的心理状态有正面的效果,能净化、安抚心灵,可减轻愤怒和筋疲力竭的感觉,使人可以心平气和地面对生活,因为它能平衡中枢神经,所以对惊慌和沮丧的状态很有帮助,也有明显的平静与舒缓功能,对失眠者有相当好的舒放与精神抚慰,对于安抚躁进或心情不稳的脾气有相当好的效果,可提高工作效率。
本发明参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组重量份协同作用,其中各中药组分简介如下。
逐蝇梅:马鞭草科马缨丹属,属多年生植物,常绿半蔓性灌木,小枝四棱形,长而下垂具有逆向的锐刺,它的枝叶与花朵中挥发出蚊蝇敏感的气味,具有很强的驱逐蚊蝇功效,而对人体无任何伤害,有“驱蚊七变花”美誉。
紫苏叶:为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥叶(或带嫩枝),具有解表散寒,行气和胃的功效,用于风寒感冒,咳嗽呕恶,对葡萄球菌有抑制作用。
薰衣草 能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。” 解毒,排脓生肌,消肿散瘀,具有杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮, 甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
鱼腥草:具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力等作用,对各种微生物(尤其是酵母菌和霉菌)均有抑制作用,对溶血性的链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、流感杆菌、卡他球菌、肺炎球菌有明显的抑制作用。对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌也有作用。
苦地丁:为罂粟科植物地丁紫堇的全草,对甲型链球菌、肺炎球菌、卡他球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制,对副流感仙台病毒亦有抑制作用。
沉香:“本草纲目”记载木具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能 通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
菖蒲:其花、茎香味浓郁,具有开窍、祛痰、散风的功效,可祛疫益智、强身健体,可作香料或驱蚊虫。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
麝香: 具有开窍,辟秽,通络,散瘀的功效;治中风,痰厥,惊痫,中恶烦闷,心腹暴痛,癥瘕癖积,跌打损伤,痈疽肿毒。《本经》:主辟恶气,温疟,痫痉,去三虫。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
龙涎香:是留香最持久的香料,世界上任何一种香料都不能与之相媲美,素有“龙涎之香与日月共存”的说法。《本草纲目》载:可以活血、益精髓、助阳道、通利血脉、化痰平喘;症瘕积聚;心腹疼痛;神昏;廖永言:利水通淋,散癥结,消气结,逐劳虫。

天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
雪莲花精油:具有生理活性有效成分。其中雪莲花伞形花内酯具有明显的抗菌、降压镇静、解痉作用;东莨菪素具有祛风、抗炎、止痛、祛痰和抗肿瘤作用,临床上汉疗喘急性慢性支气管炎有效率为96.6%芹菜素具有平滑肌解痉和抗胃溃疡作用;对羚基苯酮有明显的利胆作用。
柠檬精油:具有杀菌功效,是有效的强心剂,通常用于降低血压。它抗菌的特性能减轻喉咙痛、咳嗽、着凉和流行性感冒,可减轻头痛、偏头痛、痛风和关节炎。感觉炙热烦躁时,可带来清新的感受,帮助澄清思绪,有效提高工作效率。
葡萄柚精油:气味清新、香甜,有柑橘的果香味,具有清热、止渴之效,能滋养组织细胞,增加体力,舒缓支气管炎,利尿,水肿及淋巴腺系统之疾病,抗感染。葡萄柚精油还可以抗忧郁,尤其在冬天出现的忧郁或昏昏欲睡等症状,可以使人恢复精神,是季节性精神失调的调节剂。
牛至油:唇形科牛至属植物牛至ORIGZNUM VUL-GAREL.的全草,又名止痢草、野荆芥等地符名,具有清热、化湿、祛暑、解表、理气极强的杀菌、抑菌作用,从牛至中提取的挥发油,对31种常见致肠炎细菌和福氏痢疾杆菌,是最具有广谱抗菌的纯正中药药物添加剂。
白花除虫菊:菊蒿属(Tanacetum)数种植物的统称,燥湿杀虫、 灭杀阴虱、头虱、体虱、跳蚤、除蚊杀虫的功效。
冰片:辛,苦,凉。具有开窍醒神,清热散毒,明目退翳。主治热病高热神昏,中风痰厥惊痫,暑湿蒙蔽清窍,喉痹耳聋,口疮齿肿,疮痈疳痔,目赤肿痛,翳膜遮睛。
荷叶:为睡莲科植物莲的叶,有清热解毒、凉血、止血的作用。 有清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效。
桉树油:最常见和用途最广泛的精油之一,具有良好的保健作用,帮助集中注意力。能够有效缓解鼻窦感染,流感,支气管炎,伤风鼻塞和其他呼吸系统疾病。具有良好的抗菌和杀菌特性,在一些特定食品中,桉树油还作为香料成分。在旅行时携带这种精油,可以有效抵御蚊叮虫咬,治疗皮肤疹子。是良好的驱蚊剂。与水混合可以成为一种简单有效的消毒剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明为使用者提供一种气味清新,具有提神作用及负离子保健功效的墨水,它不仅可以长期释放空气负离子,净化空气,利于人体健康;还对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,清新怡神,舒缓压力,还可驱赶蚊虫,不会对人体产生不良影响,适用于各个年龄人群,其在适量添加其它功能组分后仍能够保持原有的效果和质量。
1、电气石是一种硅酸盐矿物,其化学式为Na(Mg,Fe,Mn,Li,Al)3Al6(Si6O18)(Bo3)3(OH,F)4,它与水分子接触在静电场作用下,便可将水分子电离成氢离子(H+)和氢氧根离子(OH-),氢氧根离子与水分子结合形成碱性羟基负离子(H2O•OH-),即为“空气负离子”,目前科学研究证明:负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,被称为″空气维生素″。负离子有效吸附室内有害物质,如甲醛、甲苯等建筑装修有害物质,不仅自身不增加污染,而且清洁净化室内空气,从根本上消除建筑装修综合症,保障人体健康不受影响。
2、本发明中含有的中药成分,不仅对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,助荷尔蒙分泌,舒缓焦虑的功效,同时也具有一定的驱蚊虫效果,更为关键的是,长期使用本发明不会对人体产生不良影响,适用于各个年龄人群,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例。
一种油墨,其特征在于:由下列组份按照重量份数组成:颜料色浆23重量份,双酚A19重量份,甘油4.5重量份,无水硫酸钠2.3重量份,三乙醇胺2.7重量份,三乙胺3.3重量份,丙酮3.6重量份,双硫代氨基甲酸酯0.25重量份,活性矿物质粉1.7重量份,表面活性剂复配物1.2重量份,缓释剂0.55重量份,中药精油3.85重量份,去离子水62重量份,所述色浆的颜料为高色素炭黑,所述颜料色浆的平均粒径为75nm,所述的活性矿物质粉为锗石、萤石、电气石、锌尖晶石按重量比2.5:3:3.7:2的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物,所述活性矿物质粉的粒径≤13μm,其中所述的中药精油通过如下步骤制备而成,
S1、取逐蝇梅35重量份洗净,自然晾干,然后置于90℃炒锅中炒至有香味逸出,然后喷淋去离子水17重量份,置于恒温烘箱中60℃以下烘干,含水量≤6.5%;
S2、将紫苏叶21重量份洗净,放入盐水中浸泡3.5小时,盐水量为所浸泡药料质量的3.7倍,放入锅中蒸透,取出,晾干,盐水的浓度为27%;
S3、将薰衣草17重量份,打破碗花花4重量份,麝香1.5重量份,甜马郁兰2重量份,龙涎香1重量份去杂质,与步骤S1和S2所制原料药一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力27.65MPa,萃取温度45.10℃,二氧化碳流量为0.6m3/h,动态萃取2.5h,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集挥发油A,备用;
S5、将榆树皮7重量份, 鱼腥草5重量份,苦地丁4.5重量份,沉香3.5重量份,樟木11重量份,菖蒲3重量份,薄荷1.75重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至70目,然后加去离子水浸泡6小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的6.5倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S6、将步骤S5制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠干燥,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S7、将步骤S4和S6所制挥发油A和挥发油B混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌35分钟,静置30分钟,充分搅拌调匀,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为1.3:0.4:0.75:0.6:0.5:0.3。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S3的原料药粉末中还包含有牛至油1.3重量份和白花除虫菊1.5重量份。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S5的中药混合物中还包含有冰片0.6重量份和荷叶0.4重量份。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S7的中药精油中还包含有桉树油0.3重量份。
使用空气离子静态测试法测试该上述实施例中的墨水,负离子释放量在430-650个/ m3,而且持续释放空气负离子,更有利于长期净化空气,达到人们健康的基本要求。
对照例。
色素炭黑20g,苯酚11g,甘油4g,苯并三氮唑3g,三乙醇胺1g,三乙胺3g,碳酸氢钠5g,聚氧乙烯基醚类非离子型氟碳表面活性剂1.5g,缓释剂0.4g,甜马郁兰精油0.6g,小麦芽精油0.5g,薰衣草精油0.5g,白芍药精油0.4g,丝柏精油0. 4g,尤加利精油0.4g,艾叶精油0. 4g,薄荷精油0.4g,去离子水75g。
使用空气离子静态测试法测试该上述对照例中的墨水,负离子释放量在0个/ m3,不具有释放空气负离子的功能。
(1)对所制得的中药精油进行急性毒性试验,结果如下:
①小鼠口服急性毒性试验:小鼠口服中药精油的LD50 为383.55g/kg,95%的可信限为294.68g/kg~ 499.31g/kg。而空气清新剂的毒性判定标准是:小鼠口服急毒LD50 ≥ 5g/kg,判定为无毒。本中药精油的LD50 高于无毒标准的76 倍,因此判定为无毒。
②小鼠急性吸入毒性试验:小鼠急性吸入中药精油的LC50 为24863.99g/m3,95%的可信限为16837.34g/m3 ~ 33387.46g/m3。而空气清新剂的毒性判定标准是:小鼠急性吸入(2h)LC50 > 10000mg/m3,属实际无毒级。本中药精油的LC50 高于无毒标准的2486倍,因此判定为无毒。
所制得的中药精油经检验,其香气、色泽、折光指数、相对密度、含砷量、重金属含量、pH 值均符合国家标准的要求。
(2)检验上述墨水性能测试结果如表1:
(3)对改善精神状态的测试。
主要方法是墨水使用志愿者实验,招募60人,分别使用上述2种实施例中的墨水,通过SCL-90问卷(即《症状自评量表-SCL90》,是世界上最著名的心理健康测试量表之一),通过连续1周的使用跟踪,来判定本发明在提神方面的实际功效作用,其中3人无感受;7人感受一般;1人认为本品对于提神作用无效;有49人反馈本品具有较好的提神效果,可以使人注意力集中,有效率为81.67%。
(4)驱蚊效果测试。
依据现有技术中的普通墨水与上述实施例中墨水的驱蚊效果进行对比测试,测试数据见表2。
结论:本发明实施例中的墨水具有较好的驱蚊效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,仍包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.一种油墨,其特征在于:由下列组份按照重量份数组成:颜料色浆23重量份,双酚A19重量份,甘油4.5重量份,无水硫酸钠2.3重量份,三乙醇胺2.7重量份,三乙胺3.3重量份,丙酮3.6重量份,双硫代氨基甲酸酯0.25重量份,活性矿物质粉1.7重量份,表面活性剂复配物1.2重量份,缓释剂0.55重量份,中药精油3.85重量份,去离子水62重量份,所述色浆的颜料为高色素炭黑,所述颜料色浆的平均粒径为75nm,所述的活性矿物质粉为锗石、萤石、电气石、锌尖晶石按重量比2.5:3:3.7:2的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物,所述活性矿物质粉的粒径≤13μm,其中所述的中药精油通过如下步骤制备而成,
S1、取逐蝇梅35重量份洗净,自然晾干,然后置于90℃炒锅中炒至有香味逸出,然后喷淋去离子水17重量份,置于恒温烘箱中60℃以下烘干,含水量≤6.5%;
S2、将紫苏叶21重量份洗净,放入盐水中浸泡3.5小时,盐水量为所浸泡药料质量的3.7倍,放入锅中蒸透,取出,晾干,盐水的浓度为27%;
S3、将薰衣草17重量份,打破碗花花4重量份,麝香1.5重量份,甜马郁兰2重量份,龙涎香1重量份,牛至油1.3重量份和白花除虫菊1.5重量份去杂质,与步骤S1和S2所制原料药一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力27.65MPa,萃取温度45.10℃,二氧化碳流量为0.6m3/h,动态萃取2.5h,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集挥发油A,备用;
S5、将榆树皮7重量份, 鱼腥草5重量份,苦地丁4.5重量份,沉香3.5重量份,樟木11重量份,菖蒲3重量份,薄荷1.75重量份,冰片0.6重量份和荷叶0.4重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至70目,然后加去离子水浸泡6小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的6.5倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S6、将步骤S5制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠干燥,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S7、将步骤S4和S6所制挥发油A和挥发油B混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌35分钟,静置30分钟,充分搅拌调匀,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为1.3:0.4:0.75:0.6:0.5:0.3,所述中药精油中还包含有桉树油0.3重量份。
