技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃材料技术领域,具体涉及一种导热性阻燃板。
背景技术
阻燃剂目前主要有有机和无机,卤素和非卤。有机是以溴系、氮系和红磷及化合物为代表的一些阻燃剂,无机主要是三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝,硅系等阻燃体系。一般来讲有机阻燃具有很好的亲和力在塑料中,溴系阻燃剂在有机阻燃体系中占据绝对优势,虽然在环保问题上“非议”多端但一直难以有其他阻燃剂体系取代。在防火与环保之间寻找平衡点,是未来阻燃产品发展的重要节点。阻燃剂在现代社会中的重要性不容忽视,但随着欧洲一系列环保政策出台,其发展应用不同程度地受到了限制。如何在保障人员和财产免受火灾威胁的同时,又能使阻燃剂对人体和环境存在的潜在危害降到最低,是国内阻燃剂生产企业、研究机构及下游电子电气、建材、交通及家具等行业共同关注的焦点。
目前的阻燃材料均采用燃点极高的材料,这一点确实能够具有相好的阻燃效果,同时也造成了热量的大量聚集,阻燃材料表面温度极高,这也造成了当出现阻燃效果不佳的时候,火灾基本上也是难以控制了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的一种导热性阻燃板,它采用在导热层两侧设置有阻燃层,通过阻燃层与导热层的连接,能够快速散去阻燃层上的热量,防止热量蓄积,且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种导热性阻燃板,包括导热层、阻燃层、纤维层和面板,所述导热层上下两侧设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层上端设置有纤维层,所述阻燃层下端设置有面板。
所述纤维层采用碳纤维布,所述纤维层孔隙为100ppi。
所述阻燃层采用氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝中的一种。
所述面板采用彩钢板。
所述面板与阻燃层之间设置有隔热层。
所述导热层包括导热硅胶层和金属网层,所述金属网层包裹在导热硅胶层内。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明它采用在导热层两侧设置有阻燃层,通过阻燃层与导热层的连接,能够快速散去阻燃层上的热量,防止热量蓄积;阻燃层与面板之间设置有隔热层,能够通过隔热层的设置能够防止面板过热,导热层采用导热硅胶与金属网双重散热作用,能够大大提高散热效果,同时金属网具有良好的支撑作用,起到框架的作用;且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种导热性阻燃板,包括导热层1、阻燃层2、纤维层3和面板4,所述导热层1上下两侧设置有阻燃层2,所述阻燃层2上端设置有纤维层3,所述阻燃层2下端设置有面板4。
所述纤维层3采用碳纤维布,所述纤维层3孔隙为100ppi。
所述阻燃层2采用氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝中的一种。
所述面板4采用彩钢板。
所述面板4与阻燃层2之间设置有隔热层5。
所述导热层1包括导热硅胶层6和金属网层7,所述金属网层7包裹在导热硅胶层6内。
本发明它采用在导热层两侧设置有阻燃层,通过阻燃层与导热层的连接,能够快速散去阻燃层上的热量,防止热量蓄积;阻燃层与面板之间设置有隔热层,能够通过隔热层的设置能够防止面板过热,导热层采用导热硅胶与金属网双重散热作用,能够大大提高散热效果,同时金属网具有良好的支撑作用,起到框架的作用;且它具有使用方便,操作简单,实用性好,成本低廉等特点。

1.一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:它包括导热层(1)、阻燃层(2)、纤维层(3)和面板(4),所述导热层(1)上下两侧设置有阻燃层(2),所述阻燃层(2)上端设置有纤维层(3),所述阻燃层(2)下端设置有面板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)采用碳纤维布,所述纤维层(3)孔隙为100ppi。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(2)采用氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述面板(4)采用彩钢板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述面板(4)与阻燃层(2)之间设置有隔热层(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述导热层(1)包括导热硅胶层(6)和金属网层(7),所述金属网层(7)包裹在导热硅胶层(6)内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述导热层(1)上下两侧设置有阻燃层(2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热性阻燃板,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(2)上端设置有纤维层(3)。
