Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a conversation method and a conversation device.
Background
With the development of current handset technology and the rise of the fourth generation mobile communication (4G) Long Term Evolution (LTE) and the subsequent evolution new technology, Voice telephony has evolved in the 4G standard to replace the circuit domain scheme in the third generation mobile communication (3G)/second generation mobile communication (2G) wireless communication by a packet domain call, i.e., Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Since the era of LTE follows, it is also called Voice over LTE (VoLTE) technology. VoLTE technology will be widely used as a mainstream voice technology in subsequent terminal and network products.
Due to the complexity of a wireless environment, if a mobile phone of a user has VoLTE, in the call setup process, in order to guarantee the call Service Quality of the user, VoLTE requires to check whether the Quality of Service (Quality of Service, abbreviated as QoS) can be guaranteed or not in the call setup process; if the call cannot be ensured, the call can be directly hung up.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a VoLTE call flow according to the related art, and as shown in fig. 1, in a standard processing flow in the related art, if a calling party and a called party both enforce QoS requirements, a call is dropped if one of the parties fails to allocate network resources to meet the QoS requirements. As shown in fig. 1, in the negotiation process from step 1 to step 3, both the calling party and the called party will agree on some QoS parameters such as coding scheme, resource bandwidth, etc. for the subsequent call setup process. Once the agreement is reached, the network can start the real resource allocation work in step 4, only when the resource allocation of both parties meets the QoS, the call establishment flow party can continue, otherwise the call is abnormally ended. The processing mode is particularly easy to cause the problems of repeated call-making inaccessibility or call-making failure for users when the signals are not good, the network is crowded or resources caused by other reasons are not satisfied.
However, in the research process, it is found that there are many areas with poor signal coverage due to poor deployment of the LTE network in the early stage; meanwhile, the call can be directly hung up under the condition that the QoS cannot be guaranteed by the VoLTE in the call establishment process. Therefore, the call completion rate of the VoLTE is reduced, the user experience is seriously influenced, and the popularization of the VoLTE service is not facilitated.
Aiming at the problem of low call completion rate of VoLTE call in the related technology, no effective solution is provided at present.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a communication method. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a call method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, judging whether a calling party or a called party which carries out the call of the mandatory QoS communication meets the resources required by the mandatory QoS communication;
and step S204, under the condition that the judgment result is negative, carrying out the call without forcing the requirement of QoS between the calling party and the called party.
Through the steps, under the condition that the calling party or the called party cannot meet the resources required by the QoS call, the calling party can initiate a call without the QoS call; for the called party, the calling party can be accepted to initiate a call without mandating the QoS call, so that the call without mandating the QoS is carried out between the calling party and the called party, and the call completing rate is guaranteed. By the method, the problem of low call completion rate of the VoLTE call is solved, the call completion rate of the call is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Wherein, not mandatorily requiring QoS call means: it is not mandatory to allocate resources required to meet specific QoS requirements to the calling party or the called party and to conduct the call with best effort to allocate resources to the calling party and the called party.
Preferably, the user may select whether to accept the QoS call that is not mandatory, according to the requirement, for example, in case that the determination result is no, determine whether the called party or the calling party allows the QoS call that is not mandatory to be performed with the calling party or the called party; and under the condition that the calling party and the called party are allowed to carry out the call without the QoS requirement, carrying out the call without the QoS requirement between the calling party and the called party.
Preferably, the above scheme can be applied to a called party and also to a calling party.
Preferably, in some preferred embodiments, the selection of whether the user performs the non-mandatory QoS call may be received by means of a pop-up window, for example, in case that the determination result is no, a selection interface (i.e., a pop-up window) is presented, where the selection interface is used for the called party or the calling party to select whether to allow the non-mandatory QoS call with the calling party or the called party; receiving a selection result of a called party or a calling party; and under the condition that both the calling party and the called party select to allow the call without the mandatory requirement of QoS, the call without the mandatory requirement of QoS is carried out between the calling party and the called party. By the method, whether the calling party or the called party allows the call without the mandatory requirement of QoS can be known.
Preferably, in the case that the calling party or the called party is not allowed to make the call without mandatorily requiring QoS as a result of the determination, the current call is terminated. Meanwhile, when the current call is terminated, the reason for terminating the call can be returned. For example: and returning to the called party that the calling party is not allowed to make a call without mandating a QoS (quality of service) and the like.
Preferably, the VoLTE call may be preconfigured, and the configured content includes: and under the condition that the calling party or the called party which carries out the call for forcibly requiring the QoS call cannot meet the resources required by the call for forcibly requiring the QoS, judging whether to carry out a strategy for not forcibly requiring the QoS call. In this case, in the case where it is determined that the calling party or the called party performing the forced QoS call cannot satisfy the resources required for the forced QoS call, the call processing may be performed according to the preconfigured policy. For example: the method comprises the steps that a strategy of not carrying out the call requiring QoS by force is not carried out under the condition that a calling party or a called party carrying out the call requiring QoS by force is judged to be incapable of meeting the resource required by the call requiring QoS by force; the current call is terminated directly and no further call is initiated that does not impose a requirement on QoS.
Preferably, the QoS call is mandatory between the calling party and the called party in case that the calling party and the called party making the QoS call mandatory requirement are judged to satisfy the resources required for the QoS call mandatory.
In this embodiment, a communication device is further provided for implementing the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again, and the following describes modules involved in the communication device. In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
In order that the description of the embodiments of the invention will be more apparent, reference is now made to the preferred embodiments for illustration.
In a call processing flow in a VoLTE-related standard in the related art, if a calling party and a called party both enforce QoS requirements, a call is dropped if a certain party fails to allocate network resources to meet the QoS requirements. For example, in the QoS negotiation process, the calling and called parties will agree on some QoS parameters such as coding scheme, resource bandwidth, etc. for the subsequent call setup process. The network can start the real resource allocation work, only when the resource allocation of both sides meets the QoS, the call establishment flow can continue, otherwise, the call is abnormally ended.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention are directed to: giving the user the right to select to perform the secondary negotiation of the QoS strategy; if the user can accept the reduction of the call quality to a certain degree to make the call, the call is not directly hung up, but a secondary negotiation mode is adopted instead to establish the call which does not require QoS forcibly.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, an optimization scheme is provided based on the existing processing mode, so that the user can intervene in the whole call establishment process, the user selects whether the call quality can be compromised to continue the call establishment process, if a low-quality call scheme is selected, secondary resource negotiation is performed, and the network is allowed to allocate resources as far as possible in a Best Effort (Best Effort) mode to establish the call so as to meet the experience requirement of the user.
Accordingly, in order to implement the above solution, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a system architecture, including:
a signaling receiving and sending unit, which is used for signaling interaction between the terminal and the network;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the network side can allocate enough resources and feeding back the resources to the display unit;
and the display unit is used for giving reasonable prompt and selection to the user.
The user selects the display unit, the selected result is fed back to the judgment unit, and the judgment unit determines to hang up the call or negotiate the secondary low-quality call.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described and illustrated in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, for the negotiation process of the VoLTE call setup Session Description Protocol (SDP for short), reference may be made to step 1 to step 4 in fig. 1, which is a technique well known in the art and will not be described again in the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the calling party network area cannot satisfy the requested QoS.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a call process in which a calling party network area cannot satisfy a requested QoS according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, including the steps of:
step S701, during the SDP negotiation process (i.e. step 1 to step 3 in fig. 1), the calling party sets the QoS requirements of both the calling party and the called party as mandatory requirements, for example, the possible SDP message segments of the calling party are as follows:
a=curr:qos local none
a=curr:qos remote none
the SDP fragment indicates that the calling party has not allocated resources meeting the QoS requirement currently, and informs the called party that the current call needs to require the QoS forcibly.
Step S702, if the called party obtains the QoS meeting the requirement in step 4 shown in fig. 1, the calling party may be notified by an SDP message including the following fragments:
a=curr:qos local sendrecv
a=curr:qos remote sendrecv
the SDP fragment indicates that the called party has completed resource allocation meeting the QoS requirement, and informs the calling party to also perform resource allocation meeting the QoS requirement.
Step S703, if the calling party can not distribute the resources meeting the QoS requirement, the calling party can pop up a prompt to prompt whether the current high-quality call can not be guaranteed or whether the low-quality call is attempted; if the user selects no, the subsequent call flow is not continued and the call is directly hung up; if the user selects yes, step S704 is performed.
In step S704, the calling party notifies the called party of the message that the QoS enforcement requirement is canceled, and attempts a low quality call.
For example, an UPDATE (UPDATE) message may be sent containing an SDP that does not mandate QoS, with the SDP fragments being shown below, with other SDP parameters being consistent with the parameters negotiated by the two parties.
a=des:qos none local sendrecv
a=des:qos none remote sendrecv
Wherein the des: qos field is null (none) for both local and remote (remote) fields; indicating that the call between the calling party and the called party has not been forced to meet QoS requirements.
Step S705, after the called party receives the SDP which does not require QoS, the two parties' communication does not need to satisfy QoS requirement, at this time, the mobile phone of the called party can also pop up a prompt to the user to inquire whether to allow the low quality communication; if the user selects no, hanging up directly; if the user selects yes, step S706 is performed.
Step S706, the called party sends a 200OK message carrying SDP parameters agreeing to make a call without mandatory QoS, where the SDP message includes the following segments:
a=des:qos none local sendrecv
a=des:qos none remote sendrecv
wherein the des: qos field is null (none) for both local and remote (remote) fields; indicating that the call between the calling party and the called party has not been forced to meet QoS requirements.
Step S707, the network performs best effort (i.e. best effort) allocation to support the resource bandwidth that does not require QoS for the call, and the mobile phones of both parties start the ringing process, and start the call process with lower quality after the mobile phone is connected.
For the scenario that the QoS of the called party cannot be guaranteed is consistent with the above-mentioned implementation idea, fig. 8 is a flowchart of a call process that the network area of the called party cannot meet the requested QoS according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the flow is shown in fig. 8 and is not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the call system according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the system includes a user terminal and a network unit, where the user terminal includes a display unit, a decision unit and a signaling transceiving unit, and the network unit at least includes the signaling transceiving unit; and the signaling receiving and sending unit of the network unit and the signaling receiving and sending unit of the user terminal are interacted through signaling.
In summary, through the above embodiments and preferred embodiments of the present invention, the compatibility and robustness of VoLTE or other types of VoIP terminals in a network are solved, and the present invention can adapt to more complicated and changeable wireless environments, and improve a higher call completing rate for users. By adopting the scheme of the invention, the usability and the friendliness of the terminal can be improved by optimizing the related standard protocol, and the problem that a user cannot dial a call when the network service is poor is avoided.
In another embodiment, a software is provided, which is used to execute the technical solutions described in the above embodiments and preferred embodiments.
In another embodiment, a storage medium is provided, in which the software is stored, and the storage medium includes but is not limited to: optical disks, floppy disks, hard disks, erasable memory, etc.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
