Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有加强层的电力电缆,包括有截面为凹字型的绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管的前侧左右空隙处分别设有主线芯,所述的主线芯包括有主导体以及依次包覆在主导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层和金属屏蔽编织层,在绝缘加强管的后侧空隙处设有横放的椭圆形尼龙骨架,在椭圆形尼龙骨架的内部设有两个控制线芯。本发明使用了凹字型的绝缘加强管,结构合理新颖,将线芯都布置在绝缘加强管的内部,且在两个线芯之间设有椭圆形骨架,使结构更加紧凑,稳定可靠,椭圆形骨架弹性好,且抗压耐拉性能好,抗干扰能力强,在高密度聚乙烯外护套表面涂抹沥青涂层,沥青具有很好的防水防潮防腐的效果,提高电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有加强层的电力电缆。
背景技术
基站户外用的电缆尤其在北方地区冬季气温低且直接受到紫外线照射,易老化和破损,从而影响基站工作。而作为通信基站使用的电缆,应有一定的屏蔽抗干扰性,确保其本身的电磁场不对其他信号造成干扰以及不被外部电磁场对缆芯的干扰。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有加强层的电力电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种带有加强层的电力电缆,包括有截面为凹字型的绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管的前侧左右空隙处分别设有主线芯,所述的主线芯包括有主导体以及依次包覆在主导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层和金属屏蔽编织层,在绝缘加强管的后侧空隙处设有横放的椭圆形尼龙骨架,在椭圆形尼龙骨架的内部设有两个控制线芯,在两个控制线芯之间设有竖放的椭圆形橡胶骨架,所述的控制线芯包括有控制导体以及依次包覆在控制导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层和金属屏蔽编织层,在绝缘加强管的外侧依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层、铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层、涤纶丝编织层和聚乙烯外护套,在聚乙烯外护套表面涂抹沥青涂层,在绝缘加强管的前侧凹陷处与硅橡胶绝缘层之间设有聚丙烯内垫板,在绝缘加强管的后侧与硅橡胶绝缘层之间设有聚丙烯内垫条。
所述的绝缘加强管为尼龙管。
在所述的绝缘加强管的表面设有若干个网孔。
所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层的密度为0.915~0.930 g/cm 3 ,体积电阻率为1014 Ω·m。
所述的金属屏蔽编织层为裸铜丝编织且表面设有聚酯膜层。
本发明的优点是:本发明使用了凹字型的绝缘加强管,结构合理新颖,将线芯都布置在绝缘加强管的内部,且在两个线芯之间设有椭圆形骨架,使结构更加紧凑,稳定可靠,椭圆形骨架弹性好,且抗压耐拉性能好,抗干扰能力强,在高密度聚乙烯外护套表面涂抹沥青涂层,沥青具有很好的防水防潮防腐的效果,提高电缆的使用寿命,使用内垫板和内垫条,弹性缓冲效果好,增加抗振性能。

如图1所示,一种带有加强层的电力电缆,包括有截面为凹字型的绝缘加强管1,在绝缘加强管1的前侧左右空隙处分别设有主线芯,所述的主线芯包括有主导体2以及依次包覆在主导体2外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层3和金属屏蔽编织层4,在绝缘加强管1的后侧空隙处设有横放的椭圆形尼龙骨架5,在椭圆形尼龙骨架5的内部设有两个控制线芯,在两个控制线芯之间设有竖放的椭圆形橡胶骨架6,所述的控制线芯包括有控制导体7以及依次包覆在控制导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层3和金属屏蔽编织层4,在绝缘加强管1的外侧依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层8、铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层9、涤纶丝编织层10和聚乙烯外护套11,在聚乙烯外护套11表面涂抹沥青涂层,在绝缘加强管1的前侧凹陷处与硅橡胶绝缘层之8间设有聚丙烯内垫板12,在绝缘加强管1的后侧与硅橡胶绝缘层之间设有聚丙烯内垫条13。
所述的绝缘加强管1为尼龙管。
在所述的绝缘加强管1的表面设有若干个网孔。
所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层3的密度为0.915~0.930 g/cm 3 ,体积电阻率为1014 Ω·m。
所述的金属屏蔽编织层4为裸铜丝编织且表面设有聚酯膜层。

1.一种带有加强层的电力电缆,其特征在于:包括有截面为凹字型的绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管的前侧左右空隙处分别设有主线芯,所述的主线芯包括有主导体以及依次包覆在主导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层和金属屏蔽编织层,在绝缘加强管的后侧空隙处设有横放的椭圆形尼龙骨架,在椭圆形尼龙骨架的内部设有两个控制线芯,在两个控制线芯之间设有竖放的椭圆形橡胶骨架,所述的控制线芯包括有控制导体以及依次包覆在控制导体外侧的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层和金属屏蔽编织层,在绝缘加强管的外侧依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层、铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层、涤纶丝编织层和聚乙烯外护套,在聚乙烯外护套表面涂抹沥青涂层,在绝缘加强管的前侧凹陷处与硅橡胶绝缘层之间设有聚丙烯内垫板,在绝缘加强管的后侧与硅橡胶绝缘层之间设有聚丙烯内垫条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加强层的电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘加强管为尼龙管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加强层的电力电缆,其特征在于:在所述的绝缘加强管的表面设有若干个网孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加强层的电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂绝缘层的密度为0.915~0.930 g/cm 3 ,体积电阻率为1014 Ω·m。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加强层的电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属屏蔽编织层为裸铜丝编织且表面设有聚酯膜层。
