Abstract

本发明公开了一种医患满意度调查系统。包括数据采集系统、服务器和计算机终端;所述数据采集系统包括移动终端满意度数据、患者主动评价数据、HIS及电子病历数据和窗口满意度调查数据;所述服务器包括数据服务器、FTP服务器和移动终端服务器;所述计算机终端通过以太网获取服务器的数据,进行处理和分析。本发明通过软件和终端组成,集成电话、短信、触摸屏、窗口评价器等,为住院、门诊、出院患者满意度调查提供多种调查方式,使医院更全面了解到患者的满意度,有利于帮助医院有效的提升服务质量,降低服务成本,扩展医院的利润渠道,提高患者的满意度,忠诚度。

技术领域
本发明属于医患系统技术领域,特别是涉及一种医患满意度调查系统。
背景技术
目的了解患者对医生的满意度及其影响因素,为提高医院服务质量提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对医院住院患者进行电话随访。结果患者对该医院的服务基本满意。结论患者对该医院的医患沟通工作持肯定态度,良好的沟通在医疗服务过程中十分必要,提高沟通技巧有助于提高医院服务质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医患满意度调查系统,通过软件和终端组成,集成电话、短信、触摸屏、窗口评价器等,为住院、门诊、出院患者满意度调查提供多种调查方式,使医院更全面了解到患者的满意度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种医患满意度调查系统,包括数据采集系统、服务器和计算机终端;所述数据采集系统包括移动终端满意度数据、患者主动评价数据、HIS及电子病历数据和窗口满意度调查数据;所述服务器包括数据服务器、FTP服务器和移动终端服务器;所述计算机终端通过以太网获取服务器的数据,进行处理和分析。
优选地,所述移动终端满意度数据通过采集手机或平板或PC机用户发送的反馈信息数据。
优选地,所述患者主动评价数据通过将反馈信息递交到服务器。
优选地,所述窗口满意度调查数据通过窗口满意度评价器进行数据的采集。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过软件和终端组成,集成电话、短信、触摸屏、窗口评价器等,为住院、门诊、出院患者满意度调查提供多种调查方式,使医院更全面了解到患者的满意度,有利于帮助医院有效的提升服务质量,降低服务成本,扩展医院的利润渠道,提高患者的满意度,忠诚度。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1所示,本发明为一种医患满意度调查系统,包括数据采集系统、服务器和计算机终端;数据采集系统包括移动终端满意度数据、患者主动评价数据、HIS及电子病历数据和窗口满意度调查数据;服务器包括数据服务器、FTP服务器和移动终端服务器;计算机终端通过以太网获取服务器的数据,进行处理和分析。
其中,移动终端满意度数据通过采集手机或平板或PC机用户发送的反馈信息数据。
其中,患者主动评价数据通过将反馈信息递交到服务器。
其中,窗口满意度调查数据通过窗口满意度评价器进行数据的采集。
值得注意的是,上述系统实施例中,所包括的各个单元只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。

1.一种医患满意度调查系统,其特征在于,包括数据采集系统、服务器和计算机终端;
所述数据采集系统包括移动终端满意度数据、患者主动评价数据、HIS及电子病历数据和窗口满意度调查数据;
所述服务器包括数据服务器、FTP服务器和移动终端服务器;
所述计算机终端通过以太网获取服务器的数据,进行处理和分析。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医患满意度调查系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端满意度数据通过采集手机或平板或PC机用户发送的反馈信息数据。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医患满意度调查系统,其特征在于,所述患者主动评价数据通过将反馈信息递交到服务器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医患满意度调查系统,其特征在于,所述窗口满意度调查数据通过窗口满意度评价器进行数据的采集。
