In order to prevent the speed switch 1 from being stopped by mistake due to inaccurate speed measurement, a switch connected in parallel with the normally closed contact 11 of the speed switch 1 can be further arranged and used for shielding the speed switch 1 when the speed switch 1 breaks down.
