Abstract
我国现有的5XFZ-15.0型谷物清选机杂余排
除系统，结构复杂，设计不合理，属于间接除杂方法。
在比重分离台后部设一吸排轴流风机，去掉原清选机
的杂余搅龙和引风机后，提高了杂余逆向流动速度，
使杂余的分离与回流加快，除杂更加彻底，属于直接
除杂方法。采用此项发明，工艺简化，更新了除杂系
统。
Description
我国现有的5XFZ-15、O型谷物清选机，排杂系统结构复杂，设计不合理。属于除杂搅龙和吸风机相结合的间接除杂方法，杂余从侧面和后部排出，污染较大，不便于操作。
在比重分离台后部设一吸排轴流风机，去掉原机的杂余搅龙和引风机系统后，制造工艺简化、並减轻该机的自重、杂余通过性能好、提高了杂余逆向流速、加快了杂余分离，因杂余全部由机体后部排出，降低了污染，便于操作。
采用此项发明，杂余分离快，制造工艺简化，降低污染成度，更新了除杂系统。

- 我国现有的5XFZ-15.0型谷物清选机，采用除杂搅龙和吸风机相结合的间接除杂装置，工艺落后。采用在比重分离台后部设一吸排轴流风机直接除杂装置后，杂余回流速度加快，全部杂余均从后部直接排出。
