Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, an indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a frame 1, and an evaporator 2 and a fan 3 mounted on the frame 1, wherein the evaporator 2 is provided with a water receiving tank 22, and the water receiving tank 22 is provided with a water outlet. This is the inherent structure of indoor set among the prior art also, and when the air conditioning indoor set was installed in rotatable equipment, in order to guarantee that air conditioning equipment should be able to normal operating, water leakage and air conditioner air outlet blow water phenomenon can not appear, guarantee the normal operating of the electronic equipment in the rotatable equipment. The invention changes the structure of the indoor unit and carries out rearrangement design on all parts.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the frame 1 has a rectangular structure, and the frame 1 includes a mounting panel 15 on the back of the frame, a front panel 10 disposed in parallel with the mounting panel 15, a bottom panel connecting four sides of the mounting panel 15 and the front panel 10, a left side panel 12, a right side panel 13, and an upper side panel 14. As shown in fig. 2, the mounting panel 15 is mounted on the mounting wall surface 4 of the rotatable device, and the mounting bracket 41 connects the mounting panel 15 and the mounting wall surface 4.
In addition, the frame 1 is provided with an air outlet 16 and an air return port 17. As shown in fig. 1, the air return opening 17 is provided on the front panel 10 facing the evaporator 2, and the air outlet opening 16 is also provided on the front panel 10. As shown in fig. 3, the air outlet 16 may be disposed on the upper side panel 14 of the frame 1, but may also be disposed on other sides, such as the left side panel 12 or the right side panel 13.
In the present embodiment, the bottom panel of the frame 1 serves as a positioning panel 11 to which the evaporator 2 is mounted. As shown in fig. 5, the positioning panel 11 is horizontal when the air conditioning indoor unit is in the initial installation position of 0 °, and the bottom surface of the evaporator 2 is disposed at an acute angle 25 with respect to the positioning panel 11, while the fins 21 of the evaporator 2 are perpendicular to the bottom surface of the evaporator 2. Therefore, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, when the air conditioner rotates within the range of 0 to 90 °, the fins of the tube fin type evaporator can be prevented from being in a horizontal position at a certain angle, and the fins of the tube fin type evaporator are always in a favorable drainage position, so that the condensed water can be drained smoothly.
The water receiving tank 22 should cover all the water falling positions of the evaporator 2 to avoid water leakage. Therefore, when the indoor unit of the air conditioner rotates within the range of 0-90 degrees, the water outlet is always positioned at the lowest point of the water receiving tank 22, and condensed water in the rotation process of the air conditioner can be discharged through the water outlet all the time.
Preferably, the acute angle between the bottom surface of the evaporator 2 and the positioning panel 11 is 5 to 45 degrees. The bottom surface of the evaporator 2 is mounted on an evaporator inclined support bracket 26. The minimum inclination angle of 5 degrees ensures that the condensed water is smoothly discharged to the water outlet from the water receiving groove 22 along the inclination angle, the maximum inclination angle of 45 degrees ensures that the condensed water does not drip from the outside of the water receiving groove 22, and simultaneously, the installation space of the evaporator 2 is saved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the water receiving tank 22 includes a left portion 222, a bottom portion 221, and a right portion 223, the water receiving tank 22 is integrally L-shaped, the left portion 222 protrudes upward by a small amount to partially cover the left side of the evaporator 2, the right portion 223 integrally covers the right side of the evaporator 2, a first drain opening 23 is disposed at a joint of the bottom portion 221 and the right portion 223 of the water receiving tank 22, and a second drain opening 24 is disposed at a joint of the bottom portion 221 and the left portion 222 of the water receiving tank 22. The acute angle 25 opens to the right. Since right portion 223 of water receiving tub 22 completely covers the right side surface of evaporator 2 at this time, condensed water can be prevented from dripping from the right side surface of evaporator 2.
Alternatively, if the acute angle 25 is open to the left, the left portion 222 of the catch basin 22 completely covers the left side of the evaporator 2 to prevent the condensate from dripping from the left side of the evaporator 2, while the right portion 223 protrudes upward a small amount to partially cover the right side of the evaporator 2.
In short, left portion 222 of water receiving tub 22 completely or partially covers the left side surface of evaporator 2, and right portion 223 of water receiving tub 22 completely or partially covers the right side surface of evaporator 2. The beneficial effects brought by the method are as follows:
1) during the operation of the air conditioning unit, a certain amount of condensed water is accumulated at the bottom of the water receiving tank 22, and at the moment, the air conditioner rotates from other positions and returns to the initial installation position of 0 degree, so that the effect of blocking the condensed water caused by inertial motion is achieved, and the condensed water is prevented from flowing out of the water receiving tank 22.
2) The condensed water which may drip from the evaporator 2 is collected, and the condensed water is prevented from flowing out of the water receiving tank 22.
Further, the fan 3 is a centrifugal fan, the fan 3 is arranged on the back side of the evaporator 2, and the centrifugal fan is provided with a fan rotating shaft which is perpendicular to the installation panel 15. When the air conditioner is at 0 ~ 90 within range internal rotation, ensure that fan 3 is in normal operating position all the time, fan pivot is perpendicular to all the time as the installation panel 15 of rotating surface promptly, avoids the production of the life shortening problem that leads to because of fan bearing position is improper simultaneously avoiding the emergence of air conditioner condensate water drop to fan 3 problem.
