The ignition needle 6 and the thermocouple 7 are both fixed on the furnace end base 2, and the liquid containing disc 11 is provided with holes for the ignition needle 6 and the thermocouple 7 to pass through respectively.
The fixing member 3 is a circular ring structure, and is an integrally formed structure, and the fixing member 3 includes a hollow portion 31, a circular ring-shaped groove 32, and two symmetrically arranged clamping portions 34, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The clamping portion 34 is formed in a convex structure, as shown in fig. 6.
The air outlet end of the burner base 2 comprises an inner tube 21 and an outer tube 22, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the duct of the inner tube 21 is used for supplying air to the central fire cover 42, and the duct formed by the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 21 at a distance is used for supplying air to the outer fire cover 41.
The outer tube 22 includes a stopper portion 23 and a protrusion portion 24, and the protrusion portion 24 passes through the through hole portion from bottom to top as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The protrusion 24 and the groove 32 are respectively provided with mating threads, specifically, the protrusion 24 is provided with an internal thread, and the inner side wall of the groove 32 is provided with an external thread 33 mating with the internal thread, as shown in fig. 7. The protruding portion 24 is fixed in the groove 32 by means of screw connection, the opening of the groove 32 faces downward (i.e. the opening of the groove 32 faces the panel 1), as shown in fig. 4 and 5, specifically, the clamping portion 34 of the fixing member 3 is clamped by the installation tool and rotated, the fixing member 3 is fixed on the protruding portion 24 from top to bottom by means of screw connection, and the edge 12 of the through hole portion is pressed and fixed between the fixing member 3 and the stopping portion 23 of the air outlet end of the burner base 2. The fixing member 3 is pressed on the upper surface of the edge 12 of the through hole portion, and the stopping portion 23 is pressed on the lower surface of the edge 12 of the through hole portion, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the inner tube 21 at the air outlet end of the burner base 2 passes through the hollow portion 31, and the inner wall of the outer tube 22 is smoothly connected with the fixing member 3. The edge 12 of the through hole portion is a component of the liquid containing tray 11, and surrounds the through hole portion.
A gap is formed between the edge 12 of the through hole portion and the protrusion 24. A fixing member 3 is also provided for closing the gap.
A mount 3 is also provided for supporting a burner 4. The inner tube 21 also serves to support the burner 4. Specifically, a fixing member 3 for supporting an annular outer edge of the burner 4; an inner tube 21 for supporting the annular inner rim of the burner 4, as shown in fig. 4. The pipeline enclosed by the annular inner edge is used for supplying air to the central fire cover 42, and the pipeline formed by the annular outer edge and the annular inner edge at intervals is used for supplying air to the outer fire cover 41.
When the gas stove is assembled, firstly, the bottom of the burner base 2 is fixed on the bottom shell; then, the panel 1 is installed, the inner tube 21 and the outer tube 22 at the air outlet end of the burner base 2 both penetrate through the through hole part of the liquid containing disc 11 of the panel 1, the ignition needle 6 and the thermocouple 7 respectively penetrate through corresponding holes on the liquid containing disc 11, and at the moment, the stopping part 23 of the outer tube 22 is used for supporting the liquid containing disc 11 and further supporting the whole panel 1; then, the fixing piece 3 is fixed on the protruding part 24 from top to bottom in a threaded connection mode, and the edge 12 of the through hole part is extruded and fixed between the fixing piece 3 and the stopping part 23; then, the burner 4 is placed on the fixture 3 and the inner tube 21.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. For example, the protrusion may be provided with an external thread, and the outer side wall of the groove may be provided with an internal thread matching with the external thread of the protrusion; furthermore, the protrusion is fixed in the groove by means of a screw connection, and at this time, the external thread of the protrusion is engaged with the internal thread of the groove. For another example, the clamping portion may be recessed or other suitable structures. The fixing member 3 is provided with an internal thread 33 cooperating with the external thread of the protrusion 24, the internal thread 33 surrounding the hollow 31. The fixing piece 3 is fixed on the protruding portion 24 from top to bottom in a threaded connection mode, the edge 12 of the through hole portion is fixed between the fixing piece 3 and the stopping portion 23 of the outer tube 22 in an extruding mode, the top end of the fixing piece 3 and the top end of the protruding portion 24 are located on the same horizontal plane, and the top end of the fixing piece 3 and the top end of the protruding portion 24 are used for supporting the annular outer edge of the combustor 4.
